The Peninsula Bangkok - بانكوك

There is simply nothing to complain! The property is excellent, the service is impeccable. We chose to stay in the grand deluxe suite-beautiful room with fantastic river views. We dined at the Thai restaurant Thiptara, the food was superb! The spa is a world in itself. It is HUGE! The treatment (spirit of Peninsula) went well with all my mates and most of them slept off during the treatment!

Superb service. Upgraded to corner room with windows overlooking river. Arrived on public holiday(king's birthday) when almost all sites were closed. Concierge was able to recommend one or two places that remained open for sightseeing. Main Chinese restaurant was not our favorite but all other eateries on property were fine.

This is the best hotel in Bangkok, probably followed closely by the Four Seasons, but being right on the river at the Peninsula is nice for traveling tourists that want to do boat tours. The restaurant out by the water and the pool are also great and very relaxing.

This hotel is one of the best in the world. The servise and the rooms are five star. I stayed for a week

Whatever you do in Bangkok, stay at Peninsula. A little over pricerange than others, but a whole other world. Try to book a room above 10th floor and enjoy the view. the service is great

I loved the service. I was not too impressed with the location, but the comfort of the hotel room was amazing. I would recommend the stay for a business visit to Bangkok.

The Peninsula lives up to it's expectations. The whole staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I expend my birthday in the hotel and they were great, send me a birthday cake and note. The spa is out of this world, and the ferry boat let's you connect with other means of transportation to get to the main sights.

The hotel and services are definitly 5 stars. The spa - aromatic masage - is top 10 in the world.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff are the most efficient and friendly we have found anywhere in the world. Service, comfort, quality of room and location are all excellent, and the attention paid to every detail of quest comfort is outstanding.

The perfect calm, cool, efficient oasis of excellent service in one of the bsuiest cities I've been to. We always looked forward to coming 'home' to the Peninsula.

We jumped ship literally. After 10 days on a 5-star cruise, we got off early and booked into the Peninsula Bangkok for 3 nights and then flew to Singapore, the ships final destination to get back onto our original itinerary. We were so happy that we did so. We used Hotels.com from the ship to reserve the room at the Peninsula. When we checked in, we inquired about an upgraded room and the hotel immediately offerred us a suite for a moderate increase over our original room rate. The suite was large - huge living room and a powder bath in addition to the typical bedroom and bathroom - with a great view of the river. The hotel has a free shuttle service to take guests across the river and back, which we used regularly to circumvent the traffic in Bangkok. The service in the hotel was over-the-top including the nurse who is available for no charge 24 hours a day. She provided me with an antibiotic, a decongestant and throat lozenges for no charge and arranged for a courrier to pick-up another medication that they did not have on hand at the hotel for approximately $10 USD including the delivery fee. We also used the hotel's car service to take us to the airport in Bangkok. The driver handed us off to another hotel employee who stayed with us through check-in and assisted with issues that we encountered with the airline. After 2 weeks in Asia prior to reaching the Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok, I finally felt like the experience that I had expected materialized. I can't say enough positive things about the hotel rooms and service level. Breakfast is good and our dinner at the hotel's Thai restaurant overlooking the river was one of the best that we had while in Asia. The only negative I can think of is that the shower leaked badly. The first day I slipped on the water that had literally flooded the bathroom entrance following my shower.

The room is well decorated. We upgraded our room to a suite which consists of an adjoining living rm and the river view is fantastic! However the 2 twin beds are abit too small, can only sleeps one person.We also like the river transport, It's efficient and the boat is clean, interesting night scene and cooling. The weather was fantastic during our stay. We were very lucky indeed!

The main grass terrace along the hotel's riverfront was rented out for a large wedding. This negatively impacted any private dining experience at the outdoor restaurants. I felt out of place at theexpensi e place I was paying for. I feel loud music and lights should be relegated to private function rooms that don't make us feel like we don't belong there. After all, we paid a lot of money for the privilege of the entire hotel public infrastructure. Made me feel like I was at someone else's convention. Wouldn't stay there again unless it stays private.

This is the best Hotel I have evered stayed in. I have visit around 25 countries (Europe, US etc). This hotel was perfect!

The hotel was pure luxury with excellent service

Very friendly and helpful staff, met every need. Fantastic rooms. Great breakfast buffet, 5 star all the way. Only downside is that it is a bit out of the mainstream area, but on the river and easy to get to metro

Hotel ligt mooi aan het water maar wel aan de overkant. Goede service mooie SPA en zwembad.

Ikke uden grund at hotellet flere gange er valgt til Asiens bedste. Vi har haft 9 ophold på hotellet. Hver gang 3 til 4 overnatninger. Lækre værelser med stort badeværelse.Flot udsigt over floden og byens skyline. Skal simpelthen opleves.

vue splendide, très bien située, chambre spacieuse (grand deluxe), un personnel plus que accueillant, un service qui dépasse toutes les espérances, le ménage est fait dès que vous sortez de la chambre et plusieurs fois par jour : des petites attentions tellement personnel (on remplace un fruit dès que vous avez mangé un, des nouvelles bouteilles d'eau à chaque fois que vous avez fini une, le seau de glace rempli dès que la glace fond), des remises sur les boissons consommées au bord de la piscine ou au buffet au bout de la 3eme fois....On n'a toujours l'impression d'être un hôte particulier alors que l'hotel est immense... Un petit regret : le bateau de l'hotel ne dessert qu'à l'heure pile le centre commercial "River City".. Indispensable de ne pas séjourner dans cet hotel incomparable, comme le sourire Thai....

Oppholdet var en ren fornøyelse. Et fantastisk flott hotell som har det lille ekstra hele veien. Anbefales virkelig!!!

早朝のチェックインで予約した部屋のカテゴリーとは違う部屋に案内され確認書を見てくれと言っても見ない、午後になり日本人のスタッフに説明したら完全な予約担当社の入力ミスで謝罪、知名度とは随分ことなる、清潔感はあったがバンコク特有の物が部屋に残っていて清掃不足、夫婦ーカップル利用の物、嫌な感じで驚き。

Ingen over, ingen ved siden av!! Alt var perfekt fra mottakelse i Rolls Royce på flyplassen til utsjekk etter en uke med ren luksus.

位置不错，坐酒店提供的渡船到对岸乘坐BTS等交通工具非常方便。 酒店落成虽然有一段时间，但设施维护得非常好。 房间配套设施丰富，非常人性化。服务员态度非常好，对得起5星级的标准。强烈推荐酒店西餐厅提供的英式下午茶，和香港半岛的水准基本一致，对得起半岛酒店这个牌子。

Grym service Kvälls buffén var av hög klass Fin svit Smidigt att ta gratisbåteen över till andra sidan floden när man ville. Mycket bra limoservice o prisvärt så man slipper alla taxiförare som inte kan engelska och inte hittar till bra restauranger och barer.

방콕의 트래픽이 점점 심각해지고 있는 요즘.. 정말이니 강을 활용한 보트 교통편을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 페닌슐라 호텔은 정말 최적!!! 무엇보다 엄청난 서비스에... 무한 감동을 받을 수 있다!! ^^

环境美、服务佳！

曼谷半島酒店，交通十分便利，飯店坐船至中央碼頭，不管是搭交通船去大皇宮或是搭乘BTS都十分方便，從半島酒店房間窗外望去，看者湄南河，享受難得的寧靜與安詳，感覺真好

流石にザ ペニンスラ という感じで申し分のないサービスとハードだと思いました。食事の質もそれなりのレベルで問題ないと思います。 朝食は、ブュフェの食材は申し分なくリーバーサイドで頂きました。プールは広くデッキも多くありゆったりできます。部屋は、バスルームが広くこちらもゆっくり出来て清潔です。ホテルの方のサービスは阿多羅いはずればなく非常に高いと感じました。 1点だけ悲しい事は、Check In の際のフロントの日本人女性がホテルウーマンらしからぬ厭味な感じでした。 それ以外は、非常に完成度の高いホテルだと思いますが、反面個性がないとも感じます。

The Peninsula is a super luxury hotel, located on the river shore in Bangkok. This is one of my best experiences ever, and I do travel a lot. The highlights were: - Complimentary water taxi to go to shopping centre, sky train, river boats - Best breakfast buffet ever - The Thai restaurant located by the river - Spectacular pool area - Magnificent view over Bangkok and the river (we stayed at 29th floor) plus first and foremost, the most service minded personell I ever met at a hotel. Only downside I can think of is the pricing in the spa, which were at least 5 times more expensive than thai massage at the shopping centers around Bangkok. This is an experience I highly recommend to everyone.
