استحق موظفو البوابات 5 نجوم بينما كان حارسو البوابات نادرًا بالقرب من الأبواب. كانت درجة حرارة الغرفة غير مريحة نظرًا لأن مكيف الهواء لم يكن قد تم تشغيله في هذه الفترة. يستحق هذا الفندق 4 نجوم بكل تأكيد.

موقع الفندق مركزي جدًا ويواجه خط المترو مباشرة. كان دفع مبلغ 39 يورو للفطور غير المدرج مع الغرفة محبطًا جدًا. اتساع الغرفة كان جيدًا لكن الغرفة كانت بحاجة لبعض التجديدات. لم تحتوي الغرفة أي غلايات أو مياه مجانية. تكلفة العشاء بالغرفة مرتفعة جدًا حيث تشمل حسابًا إضافيًا.

Was an ok hotel, but external look was somewhat underwhelming. Breakfast was fine. Staff was helpful. Concierge was very helpful in locating a great restaurant. A downer was not having complimentary internet even though I am a Starwood gold member and receive it at other Starwood hotels.

very good hotel, service was NOT 5 star but adequate; breakfast very expensive and average, but hotel was far less expensive than all other 5 star places

Hotel itself was amazing...staff, service, room etc, all excellent. As mentioned by other reviewers, prices for basic services are extraordinarily high especially when you consider as soon as you walk out of the door you have amazing coffee shops, restaurants and bars as you head towards Brera. So, if you can get a decent rate, and are happy eating outside the hotel, i would definitely recommend staying there.

This hotel is very conveniently located for sightseeing downtown Milan. The Repubblica Metro Station is 50 meters from the hotel entrance, or you can choose to walk through the nearby park and then Via Manzoni, which will take you to the La Scala and the Duomo in 30 min. The hotel is rather upscale though, so you won't blend in very well in ripped shorts and flip-flops. Breakfast is very expensive, but there are several cafes nearby. The staff is great. Only thing I missed was in-room coffee-making facilities.

despite of first time staying in westin milano very pleased definetly will stay there next time

30 Euros for breakfast, give it a miss. Turn left out of the hotel then 2nd left and a little cafe is 20 yards on your left. Great Value. Jo's Cafe.

Perfect hotel for a shopping trip in Milano! The hotel was beautiful and nothing at all to complain about.It is a short walk to all the shopping and historical areas. The area was in a safe area and very close to the park so perfect for walking.I would stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Common areas outstanding, however, our double room had a leak in the bathroom and we were moved to a single room. We experienced hot water instead of cold in the second room which was attempted to be corrected. We did not request another move since we were only staying two nights.We feel that these plumbing issues were overlooked when guest rooms were inspected. The Concierge made up for these flaws with excellent service.

This is my second time staying at a Westin Hotel (once in Seattle and now in Milan) and the experience was good in both instances. The room was clean and very spacious. My only compliant was that the shower wasn't so good, but it could be an isolated case.

Very friendly, accommodating, multilingual staff. Were very helpful in dealing with my early arrival and need to check out late. Great restaurant recommendations. Newly-refurbished, quiet room. Pervading sense that they wanted me to have a good stay. Will definitely return.

A very nice high end hotel in a relatively good location. About a 15 minute walk from the central train station. Everything is in perfect condition, everything works. Not a great neighborhood for restaurants (more of a business district) and a bit of a walk to Milan's attractions.

After reading many negative reviews we were pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check in at 11am. then the very nice gentleman at the front desk (Johan?) upgraded both my room and my friends room. Marble everywhere, super comfortable bed, chandelier, etc. Did not eat in the hotel or use the minibar. Only minus was no view from the room and had to walk aways to find a restaurant open on Sunday.

Great hotel and staff but internet problems every day. Otherwise, excellent choice.

We booked 2 nights in a superior room that we found really superior regarding the vey sumptuous decor and real comfort. The staff were curteous and helpful. The concierge has been very efficient in booking for us a tour of the city and the tour bus came to the hotel to collect us for the tour. The location of this hotel is excellent just few minutes walk from Milan central station, but a taxi ride.The only negative point is that there is only one restaurant in the hotel and its menu is very limited so we did not try the food there. We recommend this hotel strongly for all types of customers.

The staff and hotel were superior. Our room was very generous, clean and fully equipped with the essentials needed for our stay. I am only sorry we couldn't enjoy this "delux" hotel longer. We were on a connecting flight and could not enjoy the history of Milan.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight in Milan. Excellent comfort at a reasonable price. Food & drink is expensive in the hotel however it is worth it after a day of travelling. The hotel room was a good size, clean with a large comfortable double bed. I'm nitpicking by not giving it top marks in all categories but I would stay again next time in Milan.

Wonderful stay except on two experiences in hotel resturant we were very disappointed with the food and the staff were VERY unfriendly so we would probably not recommend this hotel to friends for that reason. Hotel staff were excellent!!

It's a 5 star American hotel so it was exceptional in every regard. Nothing more to say.

Nice place at a good price. The front desk gentleman was rude and not nice, eventhough I am a Starwood Preferred member and was extremely polite to him. He left a bad impression. The valet, baggage handler, manager, and especially the conceirge were helpful and kind. Would recommend the hotel. Please note: this is not an palace but a normal hotel.

Really excellent hotel! worth the money!!

Wonderful hotel. Would stay again. But, the incidental charges for everything are annoying -- and seem petty. Internet should be free, especially for Starwood Preferred Guests.

We found Milan very expensive city, but the hotel was fntastic value for money!

This hotel has a sufficiently convenient location: 25 minutes of walking and you will be at Duomo di Milano and La Scala, and there is a metro stop almost across the street. However the neighborhood suffers a total lack of charm and character. The hotel staff is courteous and efficient enough though impersonal and business cold. They definitely had a light occupation rate but did not give us the room upon our arrival at around 1pm! When we came back after 3pm, our room had a strong unpleasant smell of an old, neglected and out-of-use place, though no dust was visible. The bathroom looked clean but had the faint odor of old urine and sewage. The carpet was stained and discolored, and the furniture was in horrible condition: 2 of the commode's drawers had their front panels dropping down, the armoire/wardrobe was stripped of its wood lacquer in many places, the door handle fell off when we grabbed it to open the armoire. The elevators were very small, 2 people with shopping bags had no room to maneuver. When we went down to the business center at the lobby level to print our boarding passes we were told that we must pay to use the internet, and there is a minimum charge of 4 euros for a half hour! The management of the hotel could do more and should have done more to improve the conditions of the facilities and the style of their personnel. This hotel is run as an adequately efficient rooms-for-rent business, this hotel does not offer hospitality and definitely not the world famous Italian charm!

Hotel is very good and service as well but it was but airconditioner was turned off and they refuse to turned On - they said that it will turned ON only in summer. Big big dissapointment. Temperature in room was 24C and about 3am people start working outside and it was noise. Also door in bathroom was rotten. I do not think that this hotel can consider as a 5 star - about 4

Near Central Train Station at Milano, only 7 minutes walking, less than the fingers on your hands Euro by taxi, safe, and clean, however, breakfast bar very expensive.

Hotel staff were great, menus and room service great, room was large and comfortable but bathroom was disappointing: more suited to 3 star than 5 star.. badly needs updating.

Good location, everything in walking distance. Beautiful lobby and gorgeous bar. Rooms very spacious and very comfortable. Good service and good rates.

Great property, the place to be in a hotel in Milano, the subway, and train by the hotel door ! The service perfect, except for some little details in the room, cup of coffee, not removed after one day... Big rooms, great atmosphere VERY POSITIVE GLOBALLY, will return for sure !!!
