The stay in L'Ermitage was realy a memorable one and surely I recommend this hotel for those who wish to visit Hollywood in future. I Wish to visit Hollywood again and stay in there again. The location, the calm and quite atmosphere all atracts me a lot. Thanks for the maintanance of the hotel as such.

We had a very large room, clean and comfortable.. Staff was more than helpful and accomodating. Lobby bar great for cocktails and snacks. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice gym and spa. Low-key yet luxurious ambience.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. Excellent food, great spa and workout facility. Very romantic. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed for only 2 days but we enjoyed the excelent service, large rooms, good neighborhood and very, very good new restaruant. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and could not have been more pleased. We used to live only a couple of blocks from the hotel so we did not need the lemo the hotel provided as we knew the area and could have driven ourselves, but it was perfect as well. Can't say enough good about the place.

We have travelled to LA and stayed in Beverly Hills many times. This was our first time experience at L'Ermitage - from the moment we arrived curbside it was evident that we were going to enjoy our stay. Staff were plentiful and extremely helpful , professional & friendly. Superb location (just a short walk to shops and restaurants.) Our room was very comfortable and well appointed with a stunning bathroom. We will be back!

Third time at this beautiful hotel with the most careing and lovely personal on earth. Will never stay at anorher hotel while here. Will give this hotel my warmest recomodations.

I really like this hotel. Small, easy to get to and out of. Fast valet service. Easy to Beverly Hills and to West Hollywood. On this visit, my first since Raffles was replaced with Viceroy group, there was a problem. The TV reception was very snowy. Engineer couldn't fix. They moved me to another room with the same problem. Engineer said, the entire hotel had the problem and they'd work on it in the AM. Next day, front desk said they were trying. That evening, same problem. So they tried the same fix, same result. Then they moved me to another part of the hotel and low and behold, better reception. So obviously not a hotel-wide problem and one that could have been solved by checking on the issues more thoroughly. So finally on a three day stay, one night of good reception. However, no offers of concessions, free meal, discount. Just, a "we're thinking of changing our cable provider because of this." Not what I felt was a proper recognition of their obligation to perform high levels of service.

Ppl I won't waste my time and yours if you can afford it go for it don't think twice just go there. Thanx Alot armitage staff ur the best

L'Ermitage is sited in a very quiet, upmarket area of Beverley Hills, we felt safe walking around. Rodeo Drive was a short walk away. The staff were superb, very efficient.and we were well looked after. The room was modern with every business facility you could need. The roof top pool was very relaxing. The bar food and drinks were reasonable.

Boutique hotel with something extra; excellent service and amenities; Close to key shopping and restaurants in Beverly Hills. Concierge services offered great insight for sights, directions, and restaurants that perfectly matched our requests.

Hotel was exceptional, the service second to none, very helpful conceirge and Sean who worked on the valet was very helpful and memorable from our stay. Great location 5 mins walk to rodeo drive with shops, bars and restaurants. The only one thing that let the room down, for a 5* (which it clearly was), some parts of the room let it down, just little things like missing screws on the shower, plug sockets surrounds that fell off the wall and the light switch that wasnt flush with the wall - just little petty things nothing major. Highly reccommend!!!

Staff excellent , room very nice and spacious, good spa & gym, pool heated and overall a great stay I would highly recommend

This is a hotel with a subdued elegance that's unusual in Los Angeles. It's quiet, luxurious, and infinitely tasteful, if a bit out of the way in regards to restaurants and shopping. However, the most impressive element to this property is the staff and service levels, which are top-rate, from the front desk to the valet parking to the pool attendant. The employees are attentive, engaging, eager to please but never obsequious.

A superb hotel with a very large room. The staff couldn't do enough for you and it came across as a very well run hotel Negatives? - Very minor. Taxi drivers had never heard of it. No tea/coffee in the rooms and they forgot the complimentary newspaper on the last day.

From check in to check out, the service, hotel and location was the best I have ever seen. Sean and his team outside are amazing and the property is beautiful.

This was quite possibly the most enjoyable hotel stay we have ever experienced. Safe location but short walk from shops ( Rodeo Drive) and variety of restaurants. The hotel staff were exceptional and accommodation spacious. We wish we could have stayed for much longer and will return.

The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Staff were very friendly and professional especially at the entrance of the hotel. We had a great time there.

In general the hotel is good. Majority of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is also comfort, hugh, and clean. However, the communication skill of the night shift manager was really poor. More training is definitely required. My terrible experience was that water was found on the floor of the bath room. The night shift manager strongly accused us of overthrowing the bath tub that caused the water left on the water. After half hour inspection, it was found that the plastic hose inside the bath tub was broken that caused the water leakage. The night shift manager hasn't apologised, but also needed us (The customer) to 'PROMISE' not to use the bath tub. To be honest, we are ok not to use the bath tub. However, if a more well-trained staff working in a 5 star hotel, he will say 'Is it possible to help us not to use the bath tub' instead of asking the customer to 'PROMISE' something!!! He is not teacher, and we are not student!!! If the management read this message, I hope that you could provide more communication training to your staff, expecially for those working at the night shift. Sorry, I will go to Four Season at the present moment until the communication skill of your staff has improved.

Very good hotel. Good location. Clean and simple.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and found everything to be outstanding. The entire staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly - no snobbishness here!! The chauffeured Mercedes for local trips (within 2 miles) was a nice touch. The room was very comfortable and extremely quiet - the hotel is actually located in a residential area so there is no street noise. The bathroom was amazing and well-appointed. I only wish our schedule in Bev Hills wasn't so hectic that we could have taken advantage of more of the amenities offered by the hotel.

We were delighted with our 3 night stay at this small but well located hotel for Beverly Hills. The outstanding Concierges there, Christine and Dana were most helpful and there was never a queue for their services; restaurant recommendations were great. The room was huge and a true luxury. Finally, the limo service for short trips near the hotel was always available and very convenient. All in all, one of the best we have stayed in.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff were very professional and made my stay a dream. The hotel is small enough to be intimate and cosy yet with plenty of star power for Beverly Hills. I cannot fault it in any way.

Absolutely recommended, one of the better hotels we ever stayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Good location at the heart of Beverly Hills.

Excellent service, room has luxurious minimalist design but still very comfortable and cozy, super quick and delicious room service, free wifi, quiet residential neighborhood but only minutes from shops and restaurants. Will come back again!

Was all that I expected based on hotel.coms description! Wonderful place for recovery after any kind of trauma.

The price for a one night stay was too pricey for the value of the room. We frequent a lot of high end hotels and we were really disappointed. The service in the dining room was slow to serve the first cup of coffee. Several staff members passed the table never offering to provide us with A beverage.

Hotel lived up to previous reviews. Only disappointment was restaurant closed on Sunday and no complimentary limo service either on Sunday. Also, breakfast was somewhat disappointing, but quality and standard of hotel and staff quite exceptional.

staff friendly and helpful they moved me to a higher nicer room with no problem.

I visited my daughter in Canada and felt very satisfied with my hotel choices and bookings there, but when I got to the L'ermitage, in Beverley Hills, I was amazed at the staff's attention to detail and efficiency. I did not only get looked after, but every one of my needs were catered for. The staff made me feel very special indeed. I took away with me a memory which made me feel safe and secure-I know I will return to this special hotel and the lovely caring staff. Sincerely Marilyn

First time guests of the Hotel and was extremely pleased with everything about it. Staff was extremely helpful, rooms were very nice, and food at hotel restaurant was great.

This hotel has it all. Excellent service, friendly staff who will do anything to make your stay more comfortable and every aspect of this hotel functions, performs and delivers at the highest level I have ever experienced. I had a noise problem with a room neighbour but the hotel not only sorted it out but were apologetic and understanding. Every aspect of the entire hotel was amazing and the roof pool / gym and spa are just fantastic. The only (and I mean only) aspect I didnt like was that my room overlooked a car park and some outbuildings but thats such a small part of what was a wonderful 8 day stay. Thank you L'Hermitage and a special mention to the valet parking guys - you guys rock and always had a smile and a quick chat with me every day and were genuine. Kinda rare in Beverly Hills ...;-)

Amazing service and Hotel, the food is just awesome. Few things to watch, Alcoholic beverages and coffee were rediculously expensive.

I was given a tour of the hotel as I was taken to my room. Once in the room, I received complimentary berries and fruit.

This hotel was perfect, it was simple and elegant and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

All the staff members we encountered at L'Ermitage were extremely considerate and genuine. Being in Beverly Hills we were expecting haughtiness. We loved the hotel and the service all around was top notch.

The hotel was great the moment we pulled up to valet. Everyone was so helpfull and polite. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.
