The hotel has a very weird layout and it can be difficult to get around. Other than this small issue, everything else the amazing. The room are huge and very clean and comfortable.

Excellent and friendly service. Late checkout was much appreciated, so that we could change clothes after a funeral service. I plan to use the pool next time.

I chose to stay at this hotel when I was in Belleville to check out loyalist college with my daughter. It was convenient to the college and many decent restaurants as well as a shopping mall. The rooms were nice, clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was handy.

Conveniently close to the 401, clean room, friendly staff and awesome free continental breakfast!

The rooms were spacious and clean. Even with a big storm on it way, the staff were calm, helpful and kept us informed as to what to do if the lights went out. They took the time to talk to us and give insight into the area and the local college (we were there for a campus tour). If my son chooses the college we toured in Belleville, this will definitely be my first choice hotel when I visit him!

My friend and I were coming from different cities and we arrived around noon and even though check in time was 3 pm they checked us in immediately. The staff where pleasant, room spotless, the room had a fridge and a microwave oven as well as a TV. All these where new. Even though the hotel was right off the highway we found the room very quiet. Will go back again.

Stayed in a suite for one night only. Excellent room with lots of space. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet Bath towels were a little thin. Sitting area with an extra TV was a nice touch.. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was great, loved the room very comfortable, lots of room very hip!

Elevator to take bags upto your room would have been good instead of having to use the stairs, but overall very nice

Good location, but had to wait about 20 min to get a seat.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was the first time for us but have stayed at several of the other hotels in Belleville on previous visits. We will be returning here, a very pleasant experience. Thanks!

The hotel appears to not have elevators, and it can be a bit of a walk to the front desk - we opted to walk around the hotel. But really that is small potatoes, the hotel was clean, rooms spacious. You don't hear the highway even from outside, let alone in your room.

It was fine for where we needed to go.

Great room, pool and healthy breakfast.

this was my first stay at this hotel. I have stayed at other Belleville hotels and now will always come back to the Fairfield. Great service and courteous staff. And when I noticed I forgot my razor, the night manager went out of his way to find me one. I highly recommend this hotel

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, particularly sofa bed.

The hotel is right off Highway 401, which is very convenient. Our room was clean and in good repair. It also had a couch that turned in to a bed, which was an added bonus, so our oldest daughter could have her own bed. The free breakfast was well stocked.

The hotel has been nicely renovated from the stays I recall under other ownership over 25 years . The location is very convenient to North Front Street where there is shopping, theaters, a wide assortment of restaurants. The facility provides a welcoming reception staff , cookies a reasonable self serve breakfast area for a nourishing but quick start to the day. Due to room availability I was able to do an early checkin which was very much appreciated as I went off to a business day and my wife was able to relax in the room before exploring the nearby businesses.The only drawback is the 2 storey facility has no elevators so you have to carry luggage up stairs.

I slept like a baby the bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to the Hwy 401. Staff was very accomodating.

For the most part our stay was good. We were very disappointed however that we were not able to use the pool area as it had to be closed down for cleaning because of an occurence that happened the night before with some guests. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over ather ones in the area. The staff were very friendly however and the rooms were very clean.

It was a comfortable atmoshphere however the bed was not at all. The pool and spa were also very clean and nice. There is a dennys right across the hotel which was awesome and the breakfast at the hotel with make your own waffle was neat. Overall not a bad stay.

Big and modern rooms, clean rooms and comfortable beds, free WiFi works fast; self service buffet breakfast suits basic requirements but servicing the buffet can definitely be improved. Next to motorway and shopping malls.

Conveniently located. Reasonably priced.

Stayed one night, treated very well by staff and room was amazing. Would come again for sure

Parking lot poorly desinded

We were very pleased with this hotel - would highly recommend it to all travelers. Service and staff were excellent and made out stay an enjoyable experience.

Delighted by the cheerful colour scheme of the room. For its category, a pleasant, clean and comfortable hotel. Close to shopping mall - very convenient.

While not a new hotel it has been very well refurbished. What impressed me the most was the helpfulness and friendliness of not only the front desk staff but also the cleaning/maintenance staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

We found the hotel to be a perfect location for a wedding we where attending just south of Belleville on the Big Island. It looks like it has been newly renovated and the beds where extremely comfortable and loved the white duvets, felt like home.
