Loved our stay in this hotel. Friendly efficient staff, comfy bed, high pressure shower, gym and pool, great location. There was nothing I didn't love about it.

Hotel design was very nice. Food was great. Staff were very friendly. Location was very central and close to bus station and train station. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Room service was good. If your thinking of staying in Cork for any reason, you couldn't go wrong with this ok.

Excellent service provided by staff, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bar food was very good too. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff went above and beyond.

although the hotel and rooms are very comfy i feel the house keeping could have been better as glasses had not been moved on occasion and the same with cups and the floor behind the doors had fluff and dust during my stay but apart from this i enjoyed my stay as the staff were very helpful,friendly and would stay again and i will be recommending the hotel for any future visits to cork .The hotel is also located in a prime area.

Nice clean hotel but some hidden extras - watch out for extra payments for the car park and breakfast. Restaurant was good - asian food was delicious and reasonable.

I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay but i did have a couple of issues,i would have preferred to have a window in the room that could be opened also the shower was not very good it fell down and broke then i decided to get a bath and the plug would not stay in the bath, and last thing was the bar food menu could have had more choices of food on it . My over all experience was satisfactory .

I can not praise this hotel enough. Lovely room, very clean, good staff, good bar, fantastic location. Very very good.

I had a lovely stay, the staff were very helpful and gave us a map of the city to help us get around. Our room was huge with a great view of the river, very comfortable and though we saw lots of people in the lobby and bar of the hotel we didnt notice any noises from groups at night. I have stayed in Cork before but the Clarion is by far my favourite hotel and I would stay there again

This is a great location from which to enjoy Cork. Staff were helpful and the room was spotless. The breakfast was poor but this complaint was taken seriously by the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay

Went there with my wife and enjoyed it very much. Great location, near to everything Cork has to offer. This is the place to stay if you do not want to use your car while in the city

Nice property in good location. Martina, at desk-very helpful. Property is impossible to find; as a tourist, not a good thing.

Staff was very helpful and pc/printer is available for customers

I stayed here for one night. It is 10 mins walk from the train station and is therefore very accessible. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The area around the hotel was quiet (it was a Saturday). Overall a very pleasant stay, I would use it again.

Lovely, luxurious, comfortable. Perfectly located for night out in Cork, shopping, etc

Have stayed here several times, right from the time it opened. It is now a bit rough around the edges. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and most of the floor grouting was missing, stains on the inside bathroom door, hairs on the floor.But a great location, got an internal room as requested. Glad not to have been there the following night as a wedding was planned and it was all happening in the central atrium!! Would be happy to stay again, breakfast was really good and the location is super convenient.

This is a great hotel in a suberb location.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice.

Well placed, city centre, convenient access to everything. [Could improve sound-proofing of room doors - I would not take a room overlooking the Atrium again - very noisy.]

We had a fantastic time at the Clarion. The service was faultness and the staff were extreamly polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cork. Great location, great rates, spotless rooms great weekend in all!! Thankyou for a lovely stay !!

This is a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. We found it difficult to locate but that was because of the on-way system. A sat-nav would probably help. It ihas an underground carpark and, as it is close to the city centre we didn't use the car. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel was very modern, clean, centrally located and had a decent restaurant. On the downside, it was a bit pricey for the area, had extremely bad sound transmission issues and some of the staff weren't the most helpful.

Haveing stayed 2 nights in a Beautiful hotel had a great time I could not beleave having to PAY €20 for the car park did leave a sort of bad taste it is the first time i have to pay for car parking in one of our top hotels.

The hotel was excellent but the most striking thing was the helpfulness of all the staff. They went the extra yard to ensure a great stay.

From the moment we walked into hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us from checking in to leaving , everyone was so pleasant and friendly , the food in kudo was hit and on time, the bar staff didn't have the cocktail I wanted on there menu but I was asked what was in said drink and it was made special for me ,and I wasn't charged more for it like I was in another bar. We would highly recommend this hotel clean , and the staff are the best iv every met in any hotel 100% .

Very convenient location certainly within walking distance of the city centre. Nice ambience in the bar with a duo playing some really nice music. The room was very spacious and had really comfortable bed. Breakfast was a very elaborate buffet. Service at all points was very good. I have stayed at the Clarion in a number of locations and this is a classic example of how it should be done.

we were room only so cannot comment on the meals, but location good or bus station and walk into town. Not the most picturesque view onto the river,but its convenience made up for that. Would recommend.

The hotel has great surroundings, canals, fantastic eaterys, and a wonderful table settings for a wedding.

A little far from town but regular shuttle bus helps.

Paper thin walls and 'view' of courtyard made this feel far from my expectations of a four star hotel. Also the extra charge of €10 for use of car park overnight was a bit much considering the room itself was already expensive enough (breakfast not included)! I have previously stayed in Jurys Hotel, which is almost next door and rated 3 star. If chosing between the two in future I'll be picking Jurys. Would not recommend.

Great location, friendly and efficient staff. Couldn't ask for better.

Got lucky with a river view room! Very centrally located, short walk from train station and very easy stroll to city center. Would recommend to any traveler staying in Cork.

Only short as flew over to attend family funeral but no complaints at all. Helpful and attentive staff.
