Hotel is far out of Munich and in a small town, Don't pay for parking as it stated $8 euros but they didn't charge me. Hotel is outdated and room are old and worn but ok.. Good for what you pay...

The hotel was overall convienent and clean but the breakfast was overcharged - 14.50 - for a very limited arary and very cold...

This hotel is apparently on a "bus tour" route and every night between 23:00 and 00:30 a large tour group would arrive and the hotel has sound proofing issues. There's nothing like trying to sleep and having 50 teenagers running up and down your hallway giggling till 3:00 and knocking on your door by mistake because they thought they had the whole floor to themselves. Other than being kept awake by the noise, the hotel is nice and clean.

The hotel is a good 15 min drive west from Munich airport, and far enough to be quiet. No plane, or road noise. Excellent. The hotel has a small carpark, but is otherwise well equipped.

Nice, clean spot for overnighting between flights about 15 mins from MUC. A little isolated but is a 25 min walk to the S train into Munich (30 min ride). Staff was very friendly and multi-lingual. Shuttle by a fee and small sauna available.

We've stayed here before, but the hotel was almost empty and very run down. Mold all over the shower doors, cracked tiles in bathroom floor, toilet not working. Hotel restaurant only offering two items at 7 p.m. for supper. Tried to charge us for drinks we didn't consume. You might as well stay at the airport.

The hotel is a bit isolated but is fine as an overnight business stop being close to Munich airport. My single room was incredibly small and the international tv channels are very limited compared to other hotels I stayed at on my business travels through Germany. I slept badly because the curtains were made out of very flimsy material, not blocking out light and strangely the curtains were about half a foot to narrow to cover the entire window ( there were no other shutters or blinds as is often the case in Germany ). On the plus side the parking & internet is free.

nice rooms, and free internet.... also smoking rooms... but car park is not free....

The room was supposed to be non smoking and there was a significant Cigarette odor in the room.

A couple of things...it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room...something that we didn't see too much of in Europe, but if we had one in Neufahrn we might have considered staying there again in the future. The hotel personnel could have advised us better re transportation. We were there for two nights before we realized that the bus ran right in front of our hotel, each direction. We ended up taking a taxi to and from the train station about 1 1/4 of a mile away for 20 Euros, and we could have taken the bus for less than 2 Euros per person...a waste of our good money.

Hotel and room were clean, staff very nice and helpful. Surrounding town was quaint and quiet. Decent local restaurants.

I only had an overnight stay, but I felt very comfortable in the hotel and in my room

This hotel was chosen for its reasonable price and location to the Munich airport. It satisfied both requirements. Friendly staff provided a free carafe of hot water and two nice cups so I could enjoy my tea in my room. In the morning a carafe of coffee helped us on our way.

15-20 min to the train station (walk). the train station does not have any human attendants, good luck with the ticket vending machines. the train takes about 20-30 min to Marienplatz and costs some 9.20 euro for a one day pass (of all combinations, this will work for you the best). going back to the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and they all speak English (had some bad experiences in other parts of Germany). impeccably clean. overall the entire room was kinda small, narrow beds and the bathroom is really small (have to dance around the shower cabin door to close it so you can walk out of the bathroom). Very quiet, at the end of the village, backing to open country.

I had booked another night at a later time in that week as I was staying with friends in between...... I never showed up even though it was paid for. My room was so hot that I had to get up and use the shower just to get some moisture in the room. All the windows were open, and still it was to hot. I said at the desk in the morning, and they said they would look into it.... NOT WORTH THE RISK to stay again.. I would never stay there again. I plan oin returning to Munich, but not there.

We came from USA to spend time in Bavaria during Christmas season to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I found this hotel through Hotels.com and got a great price. It is located in a small, pretty and safe village a short drive from Munich. There is a market with everything you could need for food just two blocks away. We stayed there for 9 nights while visiting surrounding towns, Christkindlmarkts and other attractions. I cannot say enough good about this hotel. They went above and beyond in taking care of our needs, answering our questions and just being personable and friendly. The rooms were VERY clean and well maintained. We did experience two black outs in our room while there, but once we'd informed the front desk, the power was on within 20 minutes. We used the restaurant only once for dinner and found the food good. We never did get the breakfast buffet because for us, it didn't meet our budget as the USD is weak against the Euro. But it looked and smelled great. Staff was friendly, courteous, professional, helpful, accomodating and kind. To say they were flexible to our needs would be an understatement. Shower was hot enough to please anyone and room heater worked great. If we ever spend time in Munich area again, it will be here.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of a two week trip. The hotel was clean and the town is nice. The restaurant is moderately priced and the food is delicious. We ate dinner there both nights we stayed at the hotel. You should be aware the hotel is about a 30 minute S-Bahn ride from Marienplatz. We stayed at a hotel in the heart of Muncih at the beginning of our trip and we very much wished we had stayed at this Best Western to begin with and take the S-Bahn in to tour Munich. It is a very nice town with a few shops and an excellent bakery. Nice if you want to enjoy Munich but not be in a hectic city.

The hotel is a little ways from Munich but 2 train stops from the airport. If you need a place to stay that is clean its nice but not recommended for people who will not be using a car to get around.

Cute little hotel with a sufficient little room. The only thing that was less then perfect is the availability of hot water. The water was only low warm, never hot.

Hotel room that was reserved was not available at arrival. No airport pickup.

We would recommend this hotel. It is very convenient as a shuttle takes you right to the airport. They have an excellent restraunt, and everyone is efficient and helpful. Great place to stay, and the price is reasonable.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were small. The beds were kind of low to the floor. Overall it was what I expected. I would recommend it to others as long as they knew the size of the rooms.

Very nice and quaint hotel. Beds are smaller, single-style european. Hotel restaurant was great. Down side was you need to take a bus to get from the S-Bahn metro station to the hotel.

The hotel has no air conditioning and was rather hot. There is nothing to do in the area.

This hotel is billed as a Munich airport hotel...but it's about 30 minutes away from the airport. It does NOT have an airport shuttle...it depends on taxi service which may range anywhere from 35 to 65 dollars one way. The hotel is at the end of a street...very far away from any restaurants or other attractions. We had a room that was very small and very hot! We finally determined that the bathroom floor was heated...boosting the temperature in the room to well over 80 degrees. The front desk tried to resolve the problem, but the maintenance staff had left for the day. Finally, we were moved to another small room...this one had two windows allowing for a flow of cool air from the outside. The whole situation was so horrendous that we booked another hotel for the second night of our stay...even though we could not get a refund of our second night at Best Western. If you're really looking for a good hotel near the Munich Airport, try the Holiday Inn Express...a little more expensive but much nicer...and it does have an airport shuttle that runs 8 Euros.

Not bad people, but the hotel is 1 mile from the train station. It would have taken me less time to hop a train in Munich for the airport.

Room was a little warm. No air. Nice location. Little difficult to find .Would stay there again.

Hotel was better than I expected. Quiet, comfortable and safe. Large modern bathroom, especially for Europe. The bus schedule from the train station was somewhat limited, although you could walk in 20 minutes. The train into downtown Munich takes another 40 minutes. You be the judge of whether this suits you.

Hotel is not hard to find just follow directions. Staff very nice, hotel very clean, and nice comfortable rooms. Easy access to major roadways if you have a car. 8 euros via shuttle with reservation made with hotel from airport. Close to train station also. I did not use the shuttle but was informed about it by staff.

The hotel is located in a farm-town turned bedroom community near Munich. It's location near the airport is great and the rooms were comfortable. The weather for me was great, but it may be a problem if the days are hot since there is no air conditioning. However, this is usually not a problem since the Munich area rarely gets too hot.

Its only 2 stops away from the Airport via MVV rail. Then its a 15 minutes walk from the Neufarn Train station to the hotel. Or you can take a taxi (which is about 5-6 euros). The outside may look small, but the insides are very clean, looks new, and the staff are very helpful and very friendly. The staff speaks english (and very understandable). They are always willing to assist you. They are very friendly and always greet everyone as soon as they walk in the door. fridge in the room is a great plus.

We had mistakenly thought our rate included breakfast. The breakfast was laid out, and we sat down and ate. At no point did anyone say anything about the cost of the breakfast until we went to check out. Fourteen EUROS per person! With the exchange rate at the time, that meant an $80 charge on our credit card for breakfast. It cost more than some very nice dinners we had on our trip. In addition, the salmon reeked, and I found a bug in my cereal. The room was very comfortable and quite reasonable for the price. The location was nice -- very convenient to the airport without being right next to it. It was a little difficult to find, though. Overall, not too bad of a place to stay when arriving or departing MUC -- just don't eat the breakfast.

良かった点 １、室内及び館内で無料Wifiが使用できる。 ※ログインコードとパスワードを受付でもらいログインします。 ２、無料駐車場がある。 ※ガレージ駐車場もあります。（有料） ３、部屋がそこそこ広い。大型スーツケースを広げられるスペースあり。 ４、朝食にベーコン、スクランブルエッグがホットメニューとしてあります。 ５、スタッフは比較的やさしい。　（Ｎｏと言われるケースが少ない。） ６、西側の部屋からは広大な農地（まさに平原状）が見えます。 ７、徒歩5分の所にスーパーが、10分の所に教会があります。 ８、大通りに面していないので、初めて訪れる際に交通状態に影響されず探せます。 ※大通りにある場合、後続の車両のプレッシャーが大きくて、ゆっくり探せない事に対して！） ９、冷蔵庫、ヘアードライヤー、石鹸、シャンプー、クローゼットがあります。 １０、隣室の声、航空騒音は聞こえません。通路の音は若干聞こえます。 １１、空港までのシャトルサービスがあります。（有料） １２、レストランが館内にあります。 １３、エレベータが南北に１基ずつあります。 個人的の感謝したい点 １、搭乗券を印刷しないといけなかったのだが、ＪＡＬのそれはPDFなどのファイル形式では 無いため、ファイルをダウンロードして、ホテル受付に渡し、印刷という事ができなかった。 館内の共有ＰＣにプリンターがあるのでそれを試したが、ホテルのＰＣとＪＡＬのセキュリティー の関係でやはりＮＧ、最終的には、プリンターと自分のＰＣを接続して印刷させてもらえた。 通常こういった自分のＰＣとホテルのプリンターを接続というったケースは拒否されるが、 ここはまさに笑顔で対応してもらえた。※プリンターはサムソンのＨＰから別途ドライバーをＤＬ 残念だった点 １、レストランのメニューが少ない。味は可もなく不可もなくです。 ２、室内の照明がやや弱い。 ３、室内の暖房がちょっと強い。 ４、無料駐車場の台数が少ない。先着８台分です。 ※スタッフはホテル裏の農道に停めているので、最悪そこでもいいかもしれません。 ５、ベーコンが辛い！

Ich hatte am Flughafen MUC zu tun und dafür war die Lage des Hotels super.

Das Hotel war grundsätzlich gut. Die zusätzlichen Kosten fürs Frühstück waren etwas zu hoch. Leider wollte man mir noch 2 Nächte, die schon bezahlt waren, in Rechnung stellen bei der Abreise.
