Expensive meal for a 3 star hotel. no means of taking a card payment at the bar, very inconvenient

The hotel room was clean and the hotel facilities OK.. However, the food served in the bar wasn't great and neither was the breakfast.

First impressions of room were positive, but window was very dirty, and litter drinks bottles & cans outside. Claimed free WiFi in rooms was inaccessible. This compounded lack of mobile signal inside hotel. King size bed was comfortable, but small double size bed linen & duvet! Made complaints about these issues from Day1. Apologies, and a second small duvet to cover us up at night!! Not quite the romantic stay I had in mind Excuses that 'contractors' staying in hotel responsible for litter. Despite daily reminders, nothing was resolved 5 days later. Upon checkout, the manager was 'unavailable'. I left a written complaint for him with phone & email contacts, without response... Very poor on his part!

We had a very good stay at this hotel and the staff were very helpful. The location was just as we had expected, a 20 miniute drive from Chester and within easy reach of Liverpool. A very good base for a few days.

Needs updating, more suitable for an older clientelle. I think we were the youngest there by about 50 years! Ate in the restaurant one night to discover the menu online and in the rroms is a smaple menu, and the real menu does not have any of the nice options in the sample menu. Boring options and not good quality food at all. Service was pretty awful too.

Hotel was ideally located for trips to Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port and Chester city centre. Very friendly welcome and helpful breakfast staff. Facilities were slightly dated (gym and swimming pool) but Mecure have recently taken over, and we were advised that they are due to be revamped Would definitely stay again. Rooms were nice ad comfortable and ideal for what we needed

Clean and comfortable, perfect for an overnight stop.

Looks nice at a glance. But stains on wall of bedroom and around skirting boards. Had to que for breakfast in morning. Tried to have a shower about 9.15am but no hot water. Went for breakfast hoping water will be back. But no. So off to reception! Told waiting for the tank to Boil up again and should be no longer than an hour. The receptionist kindly gave us a late check out so we could stay and wait for the water to heat up but hour Later no warmer. Got fed up and left.

Very pleased with the standard of the hotel and facilities. Disappointed that our rooms were not ready having rung twice to confirm that we could have an early check in.On arrival the desk was not aware that we had requested early check in.

Excellent value for money, great service

Dont go to this hotel if you wish to use your computer on their advertised Free Broadband service - In spite of several complaints to the front desk the broadband service was never detected by my computer so I was unable to keep in contact with my business for the two days of my stay.

Booked at the last minute, arrived at 1.45am, but our reception was warm, efficient and helpful. Room was excellent, if a bit of a distance away. Left early so didn't try the restaurant, but will happily use this place again when I'm next in the area.

バス停までは歩いて２０分で、街まではバスで４０分とかかかります。でも、ウィークリーのバスチケットを買って毎日街まで通いました。慣れると　バス停までの道は閑静な住宅街なので、いい気持ちで歩くことができます。 WIFIはなぜか　このホテルでだけつながらなかったのですが、ホテルの人はとても親切で　オンラインでしなくてはならないことも　助けてもらったりしました。 自分たちには、過ごしやすい部屋で、良かったです。１週間ずつ色々なホテルに滞在してみると、一度もシーツを取り替えてくれないところもありますが、ここは３－４日に一度替えてくれるようで、良かったです。部屋数は多いのに、とても静かでした。
