Ramada - Canoga Park - كانوجا بارك

I was rather surprised with the room. It was very clean, very presentable. What got me was the constant reminder (papers every where) stating "If you want to help the earth, reuse your towels. Hang your towels if you plan to reuse them, leave them on the floor if you want them washed". Well, I'm a farm girl, I reuse my towel. So when I got back to the room every night, there was fresh towels. Not very earth friendly if your going to wash them anyway. Over all, hotel was awesome. I was just there to meet up with a friend, so I was never there for very long during the day. Vending machines didn't work, aside from the soda one.

I did not have any problems with my stay. The rooms were well maintained. Two beds, a flat screen tv, lil fridge to keep your drinks cool for a good price. The sink/vanity area is outside the bathroom so you can do your make-up and hair w/o being in the bathroom. It might not be in the best neighborhood but you have a few fast food places and gas stations right next to you and you are only 10mins away from the mall.

The hotel is located in a good but really not recommended for the family. We arrived at midnight and saw loving couples promenade of the occasional visit. Simple breakfast and went to eat out because there are only two tables for entertaining In short skip the hotel

Right on the street. Thin windows. They refused to move us to another room.

That's what we were looking for and that's what we got. Needed to spend less than a hundred on the west end of The Valley so here we were.

the bed was comfortable. it was great to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. was handy when we had left overs. the guys at the front desk were great. i needed some plates and silverware and he was able to get them for me. another time i asked for more towels and agian it was no issue. the parking was convenient. you can hear some noise, but it was only annoying when it was unattended children running around and screaming. will use this hotel again when i have to go back!!

Great Hotel with a very clean atmosphere.

It was clean the room was very nice it had all the amenities u could need.the customer service was awesome&it close to stores gas stations& restaurants! I would totally stay there again!:)

same thing with no breakfast not with the Xtra little thing at 20 bucks

I asked for a ground floor, but the clerk said there were none available at the same rate. He said the ground floor rooms were more, but that I could upgrade for an extra charge. I ride a motorcycle and like to be close to where I park, for security reasons. I passed, but I will not return to this location. The neighborhood is full of graffiti, homeless people, and traffic noise.

I wrote the previous review about the toilet paper being the worst ever. They have actually since started using something else that, while still not great, it closer to at least what you'd expect from a hotel.

I had an amazing time while staying here, they have a very helpfull and freindly staff

this hotel is a very good motel for its rates. stayed there for three nights. the breakfast is not so much, but it is sufficient. I would very much recommend this stay for its current rates.

The indian(native from India) was really poor in costumer service.

Very poor customer service. Unfriendly staff, on the border of being rude. The room although clean, smelled pretty bad. I will stay away from this chain for sure.

The bed was very comfortable...which was impressive. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. They state that they offer pay per view movies, but they do not. We were very disappointed about that. Room is comfortable, nothing special. It did what we needed it to do. Can't complain too much.

Good for staying over night. rooms were clean and bed was good.

Room was clean and "ok". Person at the front desk had such a strong accent i could hardly understand him. Continental breakfast wasn't available until 7:00am, so was unable to benefit. Coffee was not good.

I was very pleased with my King size room! The flat screen t.v. and the amazing showerhead was a bonus too! Excellent price too :)

Outside condition poor; breakfast a joke; carpet dirty . Bed was clean; microwave and frig worked well, towels and shower clean.

I stayed here for business, it was cheap and that's what I got a cheap room to sleep in for a night. The bed kinda sucked . . .

Despite the smell of bleach in the room there were things that did not impress. Dirty handprint in the tub and black hair on the lid of the toilet seat (right next to the paper strip stating "Sanitized for your procection"). Water rings on the nightstand. Continental Breakfast options are limited. The furniture was modern, nice flat screen tv, had fridge and microwave.

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. I will certainly stay here again. All the rooms are non-smoking, which was nice to know that I would not be put into a smoking room by mistake. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The next day I was on my way to Malibu, and this was a hotel close to Malibu that was affordable. The continental breakfast is free and had orange and apple juice, cereal, and toast. Very decent place to stay at a good price.

I checked some reviews after booking my stay so I was bit apprehensive. But it turned out surprisingly good, Parking is inside so very safe, there is an Indian Restaurant right next door, which is turned out to be amazing, so I don't have walk anywhere. Its bit far from freeway but all in all I will recommend it to anyone - Raj

was so afraid of the toilet not being adequate, it was absolutely fine. had several rooms for family wedding event. no pool was the biggest gripe, and continental breakfast selection was poor, and opens later than would like, but coffee was good.

very friendly staff.the room was very clean and smelled fresh.very confortable beds.i defenitly would go back to that hotel

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip. It was the most convenient location at a very reasonable price. The stay was decent until we got home. Apparently we came home with a few "bed bugs". Partially my fault because I told the maid not to change the sheets the last two nights (being the conserver I am). Turns out "bed bugs" are common in that area?!? The breakfast was sufficient and the staff was nice. Next time I'll be sure to have them change the bedding every night and I'll bring some Lysol.

An excellent property for the money. The accommodations were very nice for a hotel in this price range. Clean, conformable, contemporary an a courteous staff to boot!

Very poor customer service.I was personally insulted by the Manager of the Hotel,who was on duty.I am a business traveler and see hundreds of hotels everywhere.This was the first time it happened to me.I understand it is CA and there are not many choices,but why to insult Your customers on purpose.I will probably stay away from Ramadas all together.

I was surprised at how nice the rooms were. I would not go out and walk around after dark but the hotel itself is safe. The staff was nice and on duty all night long.

The staff was great - even got suggestions on restaurants in the area. My room was very clean, and maintained every day. Had flawless WiFi service. The flat-screen TV and cable, made the evenings and mornings nice, being able to access stations I'm use to. I liked it so much, that I have recommended my collegues to stay there. I actually checked back in, and will be staying for a month (for business). You can't find a better place for the money, cleaniness, location, services, and staff

The hotel room had everything it describes, extremely clean with all the perks we needed (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker). The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day; your basic coffee, tea, OJ, milk and cereal, toast and pastries. The only downside was the toilet , it was smaller in size than your average toilet. It fit my toddler's tush just fine, but mine just didn't quite make it, only 1/2 of it fit. But hey, I was not going to spend the entire stay sitting in the toilet either. Just a heads up.

Great room for the price. Upscale with granite counters and even on drawer tops. Furniture dark wood with modern, spa like look/ feel. Microwave, refrigerator and separated sink from shower/ toilet. Surprised how nice it was. will certainly stay here again. Lisa

I do not understand why the sink is outside the bathroom. I found this very unhygienic. Nowadays they do not recommend you touch a doorknob with your barehands more so after using the bathroom without washing them.

Kinda dumpy on the outside & from the street. The Ramada is in a working class area. But the room was a great surprise. Two huge comfortable beds, big flat screen TV, M/W & small refridge. The room was clean & updated. Breakfast was standard no meat, no egg continental type cereal & danish etc. The staff is subcontinent ethnic & not terribly friendly. The maids were very cheerful & friendly & obviously do a good job of keeping the rooms spotless. We were attending a tennis tournament at nearby CSUN & this was the closest (cheap) motel & it worked out great. I'd definitely stay there again especially if i get a hotel.com deal.

I WOULD NEVER REFER THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY WITH TOYS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND PIZZA LEFT IN THE MICROWAVE. THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE DISRESPECTFUL AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A CREDIT FOR NO INTERNET. MY WORK WAS AFFECTED.
