As usual if i am in HKG on a layover this is a good choice of hotel

Pleasant stay and great to have a late checkout for a moderate fee.

For travel convenience you cannot beat hotel connected to airport by internal walkway.

We arrive late at night tired of traveling and she got a rude attitude when check in we only wanted to sleep and she acted like she was giving us a favor , no Wifi in room!! Which I found terrible the only way is to pay for it! No slippers also

So conveniently located just off the main int'l terminal, you never even have to go outside. Friendly and welcoming staff, good food, good, spacious room. Bed wasn't the softest on earth, but by no means unpleasant. Express check out makes it great for early morning flights to catch.

no free WI-FI in the room, found some really old water in the heater, pillows smelled like cigarettes, free WI-FI in the lobby for just 1 hour, maintenance was very poor, the only plus was the closeness to the airport, otherwise, you are not going to get your moneys worth.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel. WiFi very expensive at $120

Problems with broken toilet which were not sorted out efficiently. Overall not a great stay and the price was not very competitive compared with other airport hotels, slightly further away, which offer better facilities.

Very convenient to catch connecting flight. Below average quality of service.

The hotel and the room were extremely clean and comfortable. The service was excellent as well. The hotel being just down the corridor and adjacent to the airport terminal is a very excellent location and I would recommend that hotel to all my friends.

Booked in overnight from Sydney to London, although the booking stated "24 hour privileges" for this room, be aware the hotel doesn't offer this, or late checkout unless you pay extra at reception to upgrade to the Club floor rooms, and only if available. We did as we had no option as we had a late flight out - the club floor rooms were lovely and very comfortable, free lounge access etc. The TV remote refused to work but we weren't there long enough to complain. Great gym, pool and spa and dining options (room service dinner not so great). Would stay again as its so convenient and generally high quality.

Rather than get up early for a morning flight out of HK, I decided to spend a bit more and stay at the Regal. It was a pleasant experience! The room was comfortable, service was good, and amenities were nice - including a full-sized gym. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is pretty nice, big and like the decoration. Service, very pleasant and efficient. Just one negative thing, mi neighbour woke me up at 2am because was banging on his door. Thanks I had my ears covers. The rest is fine.

It was a convenient place to stay overnight for a connecting flight BUT the rate is very expensive! I did not realize Hong Kong Airport Hotel being the only one is SOOO EXPENSIVE! We have no choice as we need to catch up for a funeral of my father in Cebu so we have to take this flight and stay overnight for connecting the following morning...

For the price of this hotel, there were no amenities included-- there were not even little cakes of soap to use in the bathroom, nor a complimentary basket of fruit or other snacks, which we found in less expensive Hong Kong hotels.

Had a 12 hour layover in Hong Kong before a flight to Hangzhou, so decided to stay at the Regal. Its connected right to the airport, so is tremendously quick and easy to get there after picking up the bags. Not the cleanest or freshest hotel, but served the purpose of getting some sleep prior to venturing out the next morning. Lobby is nice with some beautiful water features, but rooms are somewhat dated, and do have a strong musty smell. I would stay here again, as it suits its purpose very well, but when you're used to staying in 5 star hotels across Asia, its a tough transition to a 3 star if you're picky like I am. Overall, it was just fine for a night.

I had an overnight lay-over from Hong Kong to Toronto and wanted to stay as close to the airport as possible. None closer than the Regal Airport. We had about 2.5 hours delay coming from Hanoi to Hong Kong because of a thunder storm in Hong Kong. Therefore, I was in a hurry to access my room and to get some sleep. The check-in was incredibly fast, courteous, and efficient. When asked for my credit card, I said that I would only be sleeping and showereing so I did not have to give it. The check-out was equally as fast and efficient. Overall, while my experience was limited, I was suitably impressed.

This is a great hotel if you have a quick turn around flight since it is walking distance from the airport... you never have to leave the airport to walk to this hotel :) It is also great if you have a conference at the Expo center. The beds and pillows are great. If you stay more than 2 nights I recommend upgrading to the club floor for a nice breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Well worth the extra money.

If you need a place to sleep for a couple hours you can't beat the airport location (connected to the airport) However, if time is on your side I'm sure you can fine a much better hotel near by. I don't think this property has been updated since it was built. in addition to the beat up rooms the Internet fees are crazy at 6 HK dollars per minute so you're stuck paying the 120 for 24 hours regardless. How this property received a 4 star rating blows my mind at best (because of location 3 star). I base my opinion on my room and not the lobby

Nice location and good service, clean room.

Easy to walk to from airport. Comfortable reasonable price.

The location cannot be beat. Everything was fine with the stay. Only criticism is that the room had a funk to it and the wi fi was not free. I would only stay there if I had to stay at the airport.

I was satisfied with hotel in general but had to pay for middle price room? and it did not include internet hook up. As a business traveler internet is important and at the price I paid - it should have been included and not for an additional charge. In the states I can stay at Hotel 8 for $60 a night and have internet hook up with out paying for it, why not at Regal, and it includes a complimentary breakfast. Too bad it is the only one there at airport.

Excellent location as it is right next to the airport. Really really nice rooms and very clean.

Nice hotel at a good price (special). No free in room wifi was annoying. Very quiet.

Stayed in Spa Room which was very nice but bed was truly on the floor next to massage table (I didn't get it??). Otherwise stay was great for next day travel and convenience to Asia World Expo Convention Center. I would stay here again!

If you have more than 24 hours in Hong Kong, make sure you stay in the city. They have to do something about their lack of a shower curtain.

Was OK. Staff's not exactly the friendly.

Stayed this hotel because i have a midnight flight. Very close to the airport which makes travelling easier.

It was very convenient

The hotel is big and nice. Next to the airport. if you have an early flight, this hotel is your perfect choice. You can walk to the airport without going outside. The room itself needs some update. However, there is nothing else around the hotel and it is extremely far from downtown. You should only choose this hotel because you have an early flight to catch, otherwise stay somewhere else.

It was great ! the regal airport was port hotel was very close to the airport , witch was very easy. nearly everything was perfect but, the t.v was not working at first, than a men came to fix it and than it worked. ( and the t.v could be a bit bigger). the hotel swimming pool was awesome ! And one of the sauna was smelly or something.but anyway, the swimming pool was so big and i swam in there for like about 1 hour and 30 minutes! me and my brother really enjoyed the new play ground!

The room is only 3 stars at most. Do not stay here if not needed.

uncomfortable and stressful

Very slow service in the Afficionado Restaurant thought the food was very good (ordered from the menu). If two people order the buffet for dinner that will come to about $100 and you would be better off purchasing a club room that includes food in the evening and morning. We did that on a previous visit to the hotel. This is a great location when in transit overnight.

Upon getting to my room in this hotel I found out that they have incredibly hard beds, I expected a whole lot more out of a 4 star hotel. When I enquired about a softer bed I waited 3 hours before contacting the hotel manager. The manager was not helpful and he even said the problem was with me, not the beds as they were soft enough. I couldn't believe a manager would say such a thing. Avoid this hotel and try one of the 2 other close by airport hotels (I switched to one for the first night and tried the other the day before I flew out of Hong Kong), they may not be connected to the airport and are a little more expensive; but they are very close by and they both have soft beds with amazing staff.

A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and in this case a very professional hotel with staff willing to help you at all times. The standard rooms are nice although a little boxy the second night upgraded to there club regal rooms which were Devine. Overall a great experience.
