Ok for one night

Clean and comfortable.

generally average.... motel does require some maintenance. Fulfilled our needs as we spent most of our time out and about town and only required a clean and safe place to stay.

Room was clean and staff helpful. No microwave in room or breakfast area was a disappointment as we had leftovers from dinner out.

The hotel is right on the highway. Unable to sleep with the traffic noise. would not go back.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean. Toilet did not work very well and we reported it. The highway was a noicy, however it was a shopping weekend and we did not spend much time in the room, overall for the price it was good.

It was surprisingly nice. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean (a deal breaker for me). Only downside was that I found the bed too hard (but that's a personal preference) and our room was at the end of the building, which meant we heard people come and go, but again, not a fault, just circumstance. I would stay there again. It's not far from the outlets and about 25 minutes from Portland.

Room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast simple but was good

Typical hotel with simple amenities, priced right. There was limited seating in the breakfast room. Chairs missing. Breakfast selections were also limited. Probably would stay there again.

I bring my parents here every year, the reason we return to this motel verses all of the others in the area is the staff. The same staff seems to be here every year and are so friendly. This means a lot to us, very comforting

This was a good room for a quick over night stay. The room was clean, the shower worked well. The freeway was located just outside the window and was rather noisy. The front desk staff were not very helpful or friendly, it appeared that customer service was not their strong area. The breakfast served in the morning was poor. The tables were dirty. The girl looking after the front desk was also in charge of the breakfast area. I would suggest this hotel as a one night option.

Stayed in the area to attend a conference at Pinelands a short distance away. This hotel was convienent to the Interstate, shopping in Freeport and other not too far from Portland. I needed wifi for business and this service was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet even though it faced the highway, I was not bothered by noise. The breakfast was OK but there were not enough tables so had to sit and eat in the lobby or take things back to my room. Overall a nice, cost effective stay.

First time in Maine and first time ever staying at Super 8; no complaints.

Our stay got off to an unpleasant start. We were assigned to a room that had not been cleaned. Apparently, the housekeeper had told the desk clerk all the rooms had been cleaned. He was very apologic and quickly assigned us to another room. The rest of our stay went okay. We would recommend the return of the luggage bench to the rooms Not happy about having to open our luggage on the floor. Forget the continental breakfast. Diluted orange juice was nasty.

I have stayed at other super 8's with my job, and i like them. thats why i picked this one. it looked like it was a good spot to spend the night. i would stay there again in the future.

Very good. Service slow at counter. No room in brakfast area for continental breakfast. 3 tables only. Clean hotel and rooms.

While staying at the Super 8, the rates were good and so was the location. The only issue we had was that the guy I checked in with gave me no information at all. We had to call the front desk numerous times for info on wifi and breakfast, etc. understanding that it is peak season right now, I actually felt that the people in Portland was nicer than the people in Freeport. Anyways - this was a decent stay and a nice vacation.

seems over-priced but adequate and clean

Service and location are good. Ok for overnight place to stay. Hotel seems to be used as personal residence by a multi-family run buisness. Not a very professional way to run a Hotel.

An inexpensive hotel. Clean! Fridge in room and moderately comfortable bed.

The hotel was ok but could use some updating.

The room smelled terrible and the beds were very small and uncomfortable. The linens had stains on them and the pillows must have been ten years old. The front desk person was very pleasant but that's the only good thing I can say about our stay.

Very competitve price and decent location for car travel to surrounding interests or downtown.

Even though this hotel is practically on the intrestate, the room was very quite. It appeared clean however, a musty ordor greated me upon entery to the room. I think the hotel went through a recent renovation, however the painters stoped midway through my room, the jagged line separating old and new paint clearly evident. Overall, my experience at the Super 8 was a good one, convenience and price compensating for any shortcomings.

Hotel is a little dated but well maintained with a clean comfortable bed. Great location for your shopping get away. I would stay there again.

very ordinary, smell, not clean, noisy, lady at the front desk had a attitude...and breakfast....what breakfast....conclusion...bof wont go back next time.

For a quick shopping trip where you only need a place to sleep, you can't go wrong here. For the price, you get a very clean room. The bedding is comfortable. I only gave "comfort" a 3 because the heat didn't work and we had a very cold night, so we were freezing. This motel is close to major shopping, lots of restaurants and the highway.

We picked this one because it was all that was available. It's VERY basic. Room was small (we were 4) and well worn. They forgot to do our room on the first day, and we had to call to get them in to do it. It was pricey for what you got, but since it was all that was left (our fault for booking late), what can you do?

Need more seating for breakfast area and better selection of cereal besides Fruit Loops and Cheerios would be nice.

The TV set and the bathroom are really items of the past. Flat screens are now available!!! The bath was not as clean as expected. It's also very rare in our times that hotel would not supplied as least a bottle of water in the room. The coffee at the breakfast was something like coffee but not a drinkable morning starter. In short, it's a cheap and lean operation compare to the Super 8 we have here in Caraquet N.B.

I was pleased with the overall condition of and convenience of location in Freeport, Me. My room was clean and easily accessed from parking area. The bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional.

This place is in good overall shape. Pretty much a no-frills motel in a good location (Freeport). Great value for the area which tends to be on the pricier side. Bed and bathroom were clean and everything in the room worked as expected. No problems at all - would stay here again.
