This was a nice hotel and the staff was great. Hotel was clean, well run, dinner was good and the services like the airport shuttle were very satisfactory.

Checked in with wife and kid after a long flight waited at the front desk for 25mins just to check in for my room that was already paid for, So I finally got checked in to get my room when up to the room and it was not clean so had to come back down to inform the desk that the room was not clean. Waited to see if they had another room to give me at that time when to the new room it was clean put my bags down with family and someone was trying to enter the room. Of course the desk give someone else this room. The staff didn't know how to run a business. Will never stay at this location again....

the rooms are very clean the service was professional... will recommend to friends

The room was excellent and the room service was great. The food was very good. We will come back soon.

I had a very pleasant stay starting the day I arrived! Mary the desk clerk was very very pleasant and helpful . Anytime I'm in that area Sheraton would be at the top of my list!!!! And if you're reading this text it would be wise for it to be yours too! Go Heat! Go! :)

Almost excellent , except the last night a/c performance .

Customer service was excellent. The location was ideal, close to the airport and cruise port. While the bed was a little squeaky, the bed and room was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and reccomend it to friends.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful the front desk was exceptional the bartenders not so friendly and one in particular was very rude. The prices were very high for food. And no free coffee or continental breakfast. Their onsite taxi service was very expensive considering there was nothing close by and you had to take a taxi everywhere you went.

Excellent. Great staff, especially reception, airport shuttle and restaurant waitresses and waiters. Good job.

My first impression was somewhat disappointing. It was very unclear where a patron of the hotel was supposed to park. So I took a chance a pressed the button at the "toll booth" to dispense a ticket and open the gate. The sign at the booth mentioned several parking rates, but none that applied to hotel guests. So I figured there was some sort of parking validation for hotel guests. I was wrong. In addition to the archaic practice of charging guests for internet access (something I knew about ahead of time and decided to deal with), this hotel charges a per night for rate parking. So plan on adding an extra chunk of change (this site prohibits me from disclosing the exact amount) to your bill if you want to park and use the internet. The restaurant staff (while extremely friendly) are not in any hurry to serve your food... as least while it's still hot.

We returned to this hotel where we had stayed pre-cruise 3 years ago because we were so impressed with the staff, guest services and terrific bar menu! We are still impressed. A special shout-out to Fitzroy in particular, who took such good care of us. But the hotel in general is starting to show its age, needs some refurbishing and more attention to cleaning in general. They clean the rooms, make beds, change towels, and clean the washroom every day, but we stayed a week and never saw any dusting or wiping down of the desk, dresser, tv, etc., and the comforter covers, bed skirts and shower curtains had stains on them. Also the pool is not cleaned and maintained well enough, sludgy build-up around the sides all week, and oily residue and bits of plastic and hair elastics and clips floating in it for 2-3 days straight... UGH!! If the cleanliness of this hotel was of the same magnitude as the service, it would be outstanding!

There were no stores in walking distance but hotel was nice.

A beautiful old hotel with some interesting architectural details in the lobby and restaurant. Would be a five across the board with a few buckets of paint. The hallways are looking bit shabby from wear and tear. The room was very nice with comfortable beds. Especially nice was access to the Club Room on 12 for breakfast the next morning. This came with the Cruiseport special of shuttle to and from the airport, appetizers in the evening and breakfast the following morning.

It is a nice hotel, quite convenient. Close to various areas, including airport, shopping and expressway. Room was spacious and clean. Pool is nice.

I had a couple of bad experiences (little bugs on desk, my to-go dinner was 'lost ' so I waited a very long time for a ceasar salad). However, the lobby was fun, location great for airport needs, all staff was friendly and helpful in all areas. I would stay again if the price is competitive.

Only stayed for 1 night, but the personal was very nice when checking in and out, and the room was OK.

Everything was excellent had alittle bit of trouble with hot water not being availiable but this was soon rectified. No other issues at all the price was reasonable

The Sheraton is a very nice hotel. The restaurant closes at 9:00pm but they serve dinner in the lounge till midnight. That is a plus!

Everything was great!!

A pleasant and clean place to stay that is close to FLL airport, Port Everglades cruiseport, and I-95. The airport shuttle is free, but the cruiseport shuttle costs $10 per person. Breakfast is NOT included. An onsite restaurant and lounge serve food that is moderately priced. One downside is that there are no other restaurants within walking distance. There is a small fitness center, outdoor pool, and outdoor hot tub on the property. Ask for a room that is away from I-95.

My stay at this hotel was fine except for the lower bar/restaurant area. The lady who was an attendent there was very rude to me and my daughter. We had brought in food from the outside and she rudely told us that we could not eat there, in which there are no signs posted stating this. I asked why she said stated you just can't . It was not a matter of following a rule but her rudeness toward me and my daughter. on the other hand in the restaurant to the right as you enter the hotel where we had breakfast, the sevice was excellent as well as the service on the 12th floor. Learning how to communicate is important in the service field.

The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness in the room was good. The bathrooms were not as clean. I would still stay again.

Everything was done efficiently, particularly the airport shuttle, and close to the airport. Room was comfy, shower was excellent, bed very comfortable. Nice dinner in the dining room with excellent service. I would definitely use it again.

Thee hotel was great as we stayed in for a conference. We thought that the restaurant menu was very limited as we stayed for 10 days and there was very little difference between lunch and dinner. being close to the airport, there were very little restaurants close by

I was very comfortable. Great bed and pillows too.

When checking in the front desk was very nice and accomodating. At first they could not find our reservation but completely worked with us... apparently names were switched but we got our room. We were going to have to pay for parking which I thought was outrageous but the front desk offered to sign up for their rewards system which allowed him to give me complimentary parking... Bonus! Guest services provided transportation to local restaurant near by which was good... They quoted wrong price at first but it was ok.... Went to hotel bar after and bartender was very nice and efficient makes on good dirty martini! Bed was comfortable and it was your average room over looked the highway close by. It was extremely close to the airport which is what we were looking for. Overall good stay!

room was nice but I would suggest some air fresheners be used regularly to give rooms after each use a more pleasant aroma like the lobby has on arrival. I do look forward to returning to same hotel in very near future. thanks hotel.com

The hotel was very close to the cruise dock.

Excellent! I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was wonderful; the room nice; bed was very comfortable

We had to have some cleaning done . They were quick to respond and quite willing to change the room.

The entire staff and stay were awesome! We even stayed again after our cruise. Rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfy. Free Shuttle service to shops & food.

I was not satisfied with check-in or Check-out. The professional service was not given during either. As for the hotel, its not worth the price except for the convenience to the airport.

It was great value for price.
