Sheraton Munich Westpark Hotel - ميونيخ

Room was a tad small, but overall happy w/hotel. Location is not in city center, but only 3 subway stops away from everything.

The hotel is beautiful.The beds were comfortable and the room was a great size comparable to U.S. hotels. The subway stop is just a few feet from the back entrance to the hotel. So convenient to get anywhere in the city. The hotel offered us free use of umbrellas as it was raining all day. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Room was too hot and no air conditioning was available. We were told that, even though it was hot the air would be turned on only in Spring time. The only option was to sign a document, at our own risk, allowing the window opening with all the noise coming from the streets. Free internet availabe with no hassle. Great hotel except for the comment above.

It's a lovely hotel, convenient location if you prefer to stay somewhere quieter out of the city centre - it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the central station, or 3 tube stops to Karlsplatz. The staff were friendly, food was good, rooms were nice. My only complaint was, for the standard of the hotel, they could do with bigger fluffier towels and it was a bit wierd having two single quilts on the king size bed instead of one big quilt.

We really enjoyed a stay in this Hotel. The personnel, the room, everything was very nice ... and, above all, a great gym! Highly recommendable!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very modern, with great light controls, and the bed was very comfortable too. The bathroom was very modern as well. There are also free internet terminals in the lobby (45 minutes per day free in the lobby), but they do charge for internet access in your room. On the downside, our bathroom had some issues with producing hot water, but the staff did try and fix it while we were there. Also, the spa was closed when we were there for construction, so we complained and the staff provided us with free breakfast. The hotel location is right on top of an S-bahn and U-bahn train station; we didn't hear any trains thanks to the thick windows, and the convenience for getting into the heart of Munich was great. The hotel is 3 stops from the center of town.

Located just30 seconds from the awesome metro and only a few stations away from central Munchen. Had a good stay!

Very close to the subway to get to wherever you need to go. Quiet and comfortable, with great hospitality. Will be my "Go To" hotel for by trips to Munich.

The staff at the Reception were generally unfriendly and not at all helpful. Although rated a 4-star hotel, the staff did not bother to even provide us a map of the city and briefly introduce the local attractions when we checked in. When we asked for recommendation regarding where to go to sightsee and shop, the staff was extremely reluctant and unwilling to provide the information. She was very vague when we asked for directions to the subway station. Getting information out of her was like pulling out a tooth! We were pretty appalled that we were only given a set of pillows and duvet for one person when our booking clearly stated that it was for 2 adults. The sheets had remnants of big patches of blood stains on them. Overall, a disappointing stay at what we thought is a good hotel chain.

Excellent hotel, good location. Very much a "business" style hotel. Breakfast was very expensive if you did not have it included (good food options down the street). A bit further out from the Old Town than ideal, but a wonderful area.

We were a little early and as a result there was only one of our rooms ready. We were asked to wait 30 minutes while the adjacent room was prepared. After 45 minutes we agreed to leave the hotel as we had limited sightseeing time and get the keys later that day. On return, they told us they had only one room left, two floors below and no longer a King Room, only a double! The staff were not that helpful (common in the big corporate chains) and only some temper fraying helped get us a King Room that we had paid for. Astonishing considering they said they had none left moments before!! Saying that, the rooms were quite nice, although no kettle for a cuppa in German hotels (£2.50 downstairs instead). The water in the room was 4 euros each SMALL bottle which is a rip off and breakfast is an incredible 23 euros EACH! Great little cafe across the road for 6.50 euros each though. Would I stay there again? Probably, as nice hotel, close to underground station and comfy bed. Just be prepared to fight your corner when everything doesn't go your way. They did discound the 20 euro parking bill as way of an apology!

So stayed in the Sheraton in Munich. I really recommend this hotel. great location near underground stop and the comforts of the hotel were really good. service and quality were ace. I would stay there again. The window blinds were electric!!!!

Die 10te Etage in der sich die Club Lounge befindet weist eine schlechte Luftqualität auf. Im Flur vor der Lounge roch es nach faulen, brackigem Wasser. Die Kaffee Qualität ist leider nicht der Hammer :-(

２泊しました。おすすめのビアホールをフロントで尋ねたところ、１泊目に対応してくれた女性スタッフは感じがよく、おススメの店として「アウグスティーナー」と「ホーフブロイハウス」を挙げてくれました。そのうえで、「どちらかといえば、アウグスティーナーがおススメ」といって、目の前で予約を取ってくれました。 ２泊目に同じ質問を別の女性スタッフの対応はいまいちでした。 スタッフによって、対応に差があるのを感じました。

Ich hatte in September also sehr früh gebucht um kostengünstiger zu sein. Leider hat uns das Hotel nicht aufmerksam gemacht das der Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna nicht zur Verfügung steht. Außerdem wurde uns ein Kostenloser Wlan für das Zimmer versprochen was leider nicht eingehalten wurde. Beim Frühstück hatten wir auch Probleme wir hatten für die 3 Tage 132 €.- voraus bezahlt leider wurde am 2. Tag das Frühstück in Rechnung gestellt erst mit Absprache mit der Rezeption hat sich das Problem gelöst. Sonst waren wir zufrieden bis auf das Personal an der Rezeption überfordert war und sehr unpersöhnlich und unkonzentriert wirkte es gab auch keine Verabschiedung .

Les tarifs sont très bon pour les chambres. On peut toutefois prendre le petit déjeuner dans des restos tout près de l'hôtel et économiser 25 euros pour deux personnes. La station de métro est au pied de l'hôtel et seulement quelques stations du centre-ville. Si vous aimez la marche,35 minutes de Marienplatz.

Es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel. Das einzige, dass uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Mangel an Personal an der Hotelbar unten bei der Rezeption. Am Sonntagmorgen musste man den Kaffe sogar selber aus dem Automaten lassen. Für solch ein Hotel ist das schon ein kleiner Dorn im Auge. Sonst super Hotel.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter im Sheraton und wir hatten eine Junior Suite im 2. Stock. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Walking Distance zur Theresienwiese und U-Bahn Station gleich neben dem Hotel. Für einen Stadtausflug ideal. Die Leute an der Rezeption sind ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück, auch wenn der Frühstücksraum ein wenig DDR Retro-chic verströmt und selbst um 09.30 Uhr ziemlich überfüllt gewesen ist. Aber damit konnten wir gut leben.

Jag är besviken, tog ett uppgraderat rum, executive. Det höghastighetsinternet som ingick hade en uppmätt hastighet på 0.1 mb och det var med kabel. Detta är något hotellet tar betalt för annars. Dessutom ingick inte frukost. Detta kostade väldigt mkt för en vuxen och ett barn. Jag kan inte rek detta hotell tyvärr då jag själv aldrig komer att bo där själv igen.

中央駅からUトラムで3駅。先頭車両に乗っていれば出口からすぐのホテル。中心地から少し離れているが、観光・ビジネスに十分な距離なので便利。部屋内も綺麗で、フロントの対応も良かった。 値段も安いので、次回も使用したいホテル。

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, (das ist heute nicht mehr so normal!!). Die S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind direkt vor dem Hoteleingang, in ein paar Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Das Hotel hat ein kleines Schwimmbad, Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirlpool, alles klein, aber trotzdem ausreichend. Im Wellnesbereich ist sogar eine Bar. Das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Schöne/saubere Zimmer. Freundliches Personal.

Uバーンでマリエンプラッツまで二駅と大変便利！ その上地下鉄の入り口出たらすぐのばしょにあります。 部屋も清潔で広くお勧め。 ただWifiが有料で、ブラウザを閉じると接続終了する。と説明されたが、iphoneなためその説明は当てはまらず 具体的なWifiログアウト方法、課金のタイミング、終了方法を説明してほしかった。

Mjög fátt starfsfólk sem hafði lítinn áhuga á að aðstoða á nokkurn hátt. Fáránlega dýrt að kaupa sér drykki og morgunmat á hótelinu.

schoene grosse zimmer, mit top lage. alles ist super erreichbar! man ist nicht auf strassenverkehr angewiesen!

not ideally situated but rather accessible to the city center with U-bahn 4 & 5, the Sheraton is higly recommendable it's too bad breakfast wasn't included in hotels.com best deals, the buffet was awesome (22€ of supplementary charge)
