Overall service and staff were excellent, however our room had a damp smell and wasnt sure if this was the laundry or smell in the room itself, however it wasnt to the point of being unbearable.

great hotel--pool, bar, deli, restaurant, and fitness center are all excellent. Staff is very friendly and does a great job.

Wonderful, friendly, up to date, clean place to stay in downtown Atlanta. Great serfice from entire staff.

Enjoyed the hotel and the club room. The only difficulty we had was with the open parking lot. Sometimes the entrance would be blocked with a sign "closed" for seemingly no reason (there was always plenty of space, and it was late at night).

I guess I expected more for the money.

The hotel is very nice and the value was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. The service was very good, and I did not have any negative issues.

Fandangles was amazing, server Viera was great in providing good service quickly at our request, so that we could get to a concert in good time. Crab cakes and duck flat bread were delish. Bacon wrapped shrimp starter is a definite hit too.

Every thing was very good , I will be back .

Convenient downtown location. Clean, comfortable rooms. Perfect location for our visit to watch the Atlanta Braves

Small and easy to navigate. Easy interstate access. Nice staff. Clean.

Everyone who was working during the 3 days i was here was very friendly and customer service focused. This hotel is just a 3 block walk from the MARTA station. nice hotel

The hotel needs a serious facelift inside and out except in open public areas. Rooms and hallways were gross and have an emerging odor. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly.

For this expensive hotel, they didn't even have free wi-fi. The toilet barely flushed. The bed sheet wasn't fitted, and came off every night. These things are all inexcusable for a 'quality' hotel.

overall very good. hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. rooms were clean. only complaint was we had to wait a while for the room to be ready, but it was ncaa final four weekend and the whole city was at capacity. would still stay there again

It was a quality stay. I wish we would have had more space in the room outside of the bed. There just wasn't much space to move around. Since I did have a roommate, we just didn't have much room to put our luggage. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, the parking situation and procedures especially for checking out were rediculous. The hallways were dark and dreary. The "clean towels" hanging in the bathroom were covered in hair. I would not recommend anybody I know to stay at this hotel.

Our hotel when we paid for it said we had free breakfast included and they tried to charge us $80 for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The parking garage is horrible at this hotel. You have to walk through the car entrance to get into the hotel! On top of that they charge $22 a nite! Its just silly.

Found a bed bug on one of the beds (looked it up on smart phone to verify), the battery for the safe was dead, the bathroom door lock was broken, the "white" towels had black stains on them. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, a comparable room at a DoubleTree would have one. Over 6 dollars for a domestic bottle beer? Had it have been at least 4 dollars, I would have enjoyed two or three more and may have even had some more to eat. Sorry, not worth it. Did not know we had to walk on a small walkway next to traffic through the cold parking garage with our luggage to get from the car to the elevator, then back out from the elevator to the lobby. 29 dollars per night for valet or 24 for self parking, but did not use the car for the three days there. Not sure what was worse, paying extra for a valet to be used once or the 50yard dash in the cold with the bags? The area where the indoor pool was, was very nice and romantic! The staff was your typical Georgia friendly!!! That's always nice to see.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Sheration.

I ordered a steak and chicken wings from room service around 7 pm on Sunday of my stay. They indicated over the phone that my food would be cooked and delivered to my room within 30 minutes. It wound up taking an hour and 15 minutes before my food was delivered. The food was excellent, but I was very grumpy sitting around my room for an extra 45 minutes waiting for my food as I was starving at that point.

It was convenient to area restaurants, and the MARTA transportation system. We had a bad experience with room service but the management wiped all charges from my bill (including the food we were able to consume)! Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. The closet door would not close. Had to pay for Wifi in room. Restaurant food and service was good.

Went for a staycation for my birthday. Floated in the pool looking up at the clouds and stars. The weather was unseasonably warm for January. Couldn't pass up on swimming. Room service was exceptional, room was was huber-comfy! The only issues were the toilet took forver to flush and used so much water it took forever for the tank to fill up, and there was some mold (black mold) on the ceiling in the shower. View was nice from the window. Club Room had over-cooked potstickers, but very fresh fruit. You could take any and all foods from the Club Room up to your own room and keep coming back for more. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and had a relaxing time. I will return.

I loved everything about this hotel, the location, my room, and the price. My only issue was parking. I had to pay $30.00 to park when I was told I could park with my room key but initially I wasn't allowed to park for free.

my room was very nice. The bed was sooo comfortable! However, I requested a car pick me up @ restraurant and was told I would be called back. I called back after 30min and told they had tried to find me.??? I waitied 1 and half hrs for my ride. They sent a hired van which had no idenification as Sheraton. I wasted most of my evening. called them 3 times .

Very nice hotel that is close to the downtown restaurants and only a few blocks from everything else. Nice snack/coffee bar. The pool area is beautiful. You fell like you are on a tropical island! Elevators were far away from lobby for our rooms. Self Parking was convenient.

Price was great, service was AMAZING.I had some special requested regarding late checkout and they were all honored, including business related that i had to print and desk manager took care of it personally without any charge.- one of my best experience in any hotel.
