The Allentown Four Points Sheraton was one of the nicest hotels I've even had the pleasure to stay at. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the pool was as well, and the staff was extremely helpful whenever asked. Check-in as well as check-out were fast and efficient. The shuttle service was very convienent, friendly, and helpful. The proximity to the Allentown airport couldn't have been more perfect. Great place to stay!!!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful- pool area is great for kids and location convenient to airport, mall and route 22- rooms are clean and comfortable and appointed as you might expect for between seventy and a hundred bucks, which was our rate- you will hear the air traffic on the third floor.

Overall a great value for the price. It was clean had FANTASTIC restaurant menu (try the burgers) and a bar on site. The pool and hot tub was nice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. BUT...the beds were really uncomfortable! They looked so nice...then I had an awful nights sleep. I would still go back, but may sleep on the pull out sofa instead!

hotel was nice, clean...food was ok....booked thru Hotels.com...the room we booked, they didn't have. paid for a suite, got 2 doubles

The staff at both the front desk and housecleaning were just excellent and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The Park & Fly combination is just super. I must note that the guest onsite washer & dryer were not operable and no notification or signage was present. Still an excellent facility.

we stayed here to be close to dorney park & because this hotel has a indoor pool & hot tub. the service was excellent - everyone was super nice & accommodating. the breakfast buffet was very tasty. could've been a bit warmer. good variety tho. the pool was huge. icy cold tho. hot tub was kind of warm & small. just beyond the pool is a nice outdoor area to layout. the downside, it took us moving to 3 different rooms before they finally got it right. we booked a king bed room for two. the 1st room they put us in had a king bed & a full size bed. there was hardly any room to walk in the room or put our belongings. so we immediately let them know & they put us in a room down stairs in what seemed like a basement. hard to explain. room seemed fine tho. by the way there are no elevators in this hotel. all was good until I took a shower. the water would not drain. disgusting! finished up quickler than I'd have liked & called maintenance. they came right away. he did what he could. but said it wasn't much better. he was nice tho. then my boyfriend got in the shower & the water wasn't draining for him either. so we went to the front desk & explained. they quickly put us in another room, which was perfect. I tested the shower out right away. lol

Nice play, nice stay, nicer people! Couldn't ask for more for the price. Would stay there again next trip to Allentown area. Can't really go wrong by staying here.

We stayed over 2 nights. After the first night, our room was never cleaned, despite us going out 3 times, giving them plenty of chances to clean it. When I called the front desk to complain, they had no explanation and didn't seem to care at all. Although the pool was indoors, the water was freezing. And we were told there's a complimentary breakfast, but there's not. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The staff and room were nice until the other guests decided that it was okay to be extremely loud from midnight intermittently until 2:30 am. When I discussed with the management in the morning, they said they didn't get any complaints. Why is it my job to narc on people who are so loud? Supposedly they have security staff patrolling the hotel. Can't believe none of the staff heard the noisy guests.

Our family stayed here one night because we were going to Hershey park the next day, the location was convenient (we were driving from NYC area) and we were excited to find this room and chose it over a couple of other similarly rated but slightly less expensive options because other experiences with Four Point Hotels had been positive. This was not, however, the case for this experience. We arrived late at night, and from the moment we walked into the room there was a strong odor of mold. The air had been turned on and down to 60 degrees which would indicate that someone had been in the room and probably noticed the same, but rather than putting us in a different room, they stuck us in this damp, smelly, room. This would lead us to believe that the hotel either did not care enough about their guests to move us, or that all other available rooms were in a similar state. Had our children not been so exhausted and the room being quite far from the reception area we would have demanded to be moved. I wish we had, because when we got into the bed, noticed the sheets were damp from the humidity in the room and withing 30 minutes one of children was coughing and the other was sneezing. The next morning, we noticed that there was black mold all over the shower grouting and numerous stains on the carpet. I am not sure about the state of other rooms in this hotel, but I would urge anyone choosing to stay there to examine their room before unpacking/unloading.

Hotel has no elevator - was not warned in advance. A public pool party was being held and there was no one monitoring the pool. There was alcohol and loud inappropriate music being played. 10 kids decided to pile into the very small hot tub, causing there to be no water in it when we wanted to use it. Was hit in the head several times by kids playing with pool safety devices. Then went to take a shower (there was mold on the ceiling in the bath tub) and the water wouldn't turn off. Water was extremely slow to drain. Next thing I know there's a maintenance man at the door asking us if we're running water. Apparently we were flooding the room below us. Some baseball activity was going on in town and there were coaches sitting outside the hotel room doors drinking beer after the kids were in bed when I went with my daughter to our car. It made me fee very uncomfortable!! The room size was fine and the beds comfortable, but it certainly wasn't worth the price I paid for it. I'd have a hard time recommending this hotel to anyone.

I arrived at the hotel at 10:45pm. After check-in, I went to my room. The room key did not work and there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Walked back to front desk and advised. They swore no one was in the room and they gave me a new room card. Walked back to room, used the card, but could not get in the room. I knocked on the door and woke up a guest who was pretty angry that I was waking him up after 11:00pm. I walked back to the front desk and informed them that there was someone in the room in spite of their assurances otherwise. I finally got into my room around 11:30pm. The front desk seemed little concerned for my inconvenience. They offered nothing as compensation. Not very caring or friendly. Be warned!!!

The hotel is very nice. We were concerned that we would hear airplanes taking off and landing but did not. Our room was on the same floor as the pool and was near to it. This was the only problem, that people would let their children run up and down the hall and be loud, people passing on way to pool were loud. I would suggest to ask for room away from the pool. Other than that our stay was very nice.

Filthy, dirty, moldy, scummy hotel. Sink did not drain. Bath tub did not drain. Moldy walls. Ice machines broken. Internet security would not allow me to send emails. Carpet in my room was new, but dirty. This place needs to be billdozed.

I think they could add a few more handicap parking spaces. There are only 2 that I saw. However, I had a pleasant stay. I was greated by Michael at the front desk with a warm smile--he was very helpful and very nice! Also, Paris, another employee was very helpful, friendly smile and helped me with my bags. The room was spotless and comfortable--the staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: -Very close to the airport -Great room service -Airport shuttle Cons: -Hotel seems somewhat understaffed -the walls are very thin (I could audibly hear what the people in the next room were saying while speaking at a normal volume Overall: This hotel was just ok, I could have gotten the same quality from a less expensive hotel. The only true negative is that the front desk was not staffed when I departed for my morning flight.

We stayed one night after the area had a week of rain. Frankly our room stank, musty and dank. The people across the hallway began banging their door constantly for about an hour that night and began again the next morning. Why do hotels bunch everyone together? Do they prefer we dont get any sleep? We ate at the restaurant at the hotel, and although the food was good they overcharged us on the dessert. I will find another hotel next time.

Housekeeping left my door wide open and didn't provide clean wash cloths or soap, I found this at 9:00 pm after returning from a days work. The hotel has no elevator.

When I arrived, I was given keys for a third floor room and told there is no elevator. I informed them that I had my disabled mother with me and I needed a first floor room. They assigned us one. When I asked where is the closest door to the room, I was told I could enter through the lobby or into a side door. We entered the side door and found that we had to walk around three sides of the hotel to get to our room. The staff showed no consideration for the fact that my mother is disabled. I called the desk upon reaching our room and I was told, "oh I'm terribly sorry." POOR Service. Upon further unpacking in our room, we discovered that the quilts on the beds were stained and dirty. Very unsanitary facilities! I would not recommend this particular hotel. You can stay at the Hampton for the same price and get a refrigerator, microwave and hot breakfast thrown in, and they have elevators. No deals here!

The hotel was not that great the soap dish fell off the wall as i placed my soap on it and there was only stairs for a two story hotel.

I have stayed here more than once and it has been a mixed bag. The room was not bad as far as cleanliness but there are not elevators and sometimes they can help you with you bags. Other times you are on your own. More on your own than with help. I have had issues with the new air conditioners not working and normal amenities not working as well. The staff is friendly but not always helpful. I think its a level of frustration with them as much as it is with the guests who need their help. I can honestly say this last visit will be my last. It's a shame. I enjoyed the other visits but each one has gotten a little worse.

This property is designed to be an overnight near the airport, and I think for that purpose is OK. You can tell that this property is quite old, though has been recently remodeled. It is clean, reasonably bright and generally utilitarian. Everything works, the shower was good, the bed OK, the HVAC system new and workable. Perhaps the oddest thing about this property is that there is no elevator. I have no idea how they got around ADA requirements, as the stairways are quite narrow. If you have tons of luggage, this might be inconvenient. For the typical business traveler a flight of stairs isn't a big deal. I didn't stay for breakfast, but saw a large breakfast area. It looked to be clean and bright as well.

Great hotel right across from the airport but amazingly quiet. Lobby is amazing as is the pool and fitness center. Hallways are musty but the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a room with a super comfortable king bed and no bed bugs!! My only two complaints were that the room was small and the layout of the hotel is weird. Don't forget to check out the lehighvalley mall which Is is only a seven minute drive. Also there is Club Horizon down the road.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. There are no nearby restaurants and the hotel restaurant closes very early. Unless you have a car, I would not recommend staying here.

Plenty of parking, pool was warm, hotel room was clean but they forgot to leave tolietries, decent lounge downstairs, woman at the check-in counter at night was not very helpful, close drive to the Sand's Casino

Nice hotel. we were on the first floor, which is below ground level. A ltlle dark but okay. Great staff.

My title pretty much says it all. No elevators so take that into consideration when booking if you need that amenity. They have a great bar, good chicken wings. Their restaurant has a great staff. The Airport Pizza next door is a BYOB and has fantastic Italian food from sandwhiches, pizza, calzones and pasta dishes. Sit and eat or take out. Excellent service either way. Oh, and they have canollis!!! When in Allentown, that is where I will be!
