Palace Hotel Hakone - هاكوني

A great draw for this hotel is it is easily reached by the Hakone Tozan bus and there is a convenient stop right outside the hotel along the Togendai line. The pirate shops and Hakone ropeway is only 3 stops away from the hotel. So don't forget your hakone free pass which covers everything except the Odakyu Romance car to shinjuku. Another attraction of the hotel is there are 4 onsen in the hotel 2 outdoor and 2 indoor for men and ladies separately. A highly recomended hotel if you want to be close to nature.

The location is a bit isolated, but as we driving so not a big problem for us. Has 24 hrs onsen, which I am quite please about it. Meal is quite expansive, if u r on budget then perhaps should buy some food prior u get to the hotel.

given a smoking room,but asked for non-smoking, so upgraded to a corner suite. Hotel slightly dated but rooms large for Japan. Close to ropeway and Lake Aishi but farther from Odawara. Very quiet area and hotel seemed empty.

Located a few bus stops from the Togendai station. Free onsen with stay, indoor and outdoor. Hotel looks like it was very popular about 20 years ago, interior decoration and bathrooms need updating. Unfortunately not a whole lot of options for dinner nearby, and hotel restaurants are a little on the high end, although probably typical for being in Hakone and a higher end hotel.

Large hotel offering a swimming pool (in Summer only), Onsen and restaurant. As the hotel is in an isolated location the restaurant can be seen as expensive. The bus stops right outside the hotel which is just over an hour from Odawara JR station and less than 10 mins form the Ropeway and cruise terminal. Make sure you get the Hakone two-day pass if you will be travelling around Hakone and using the Ropeway and cruise. This hotel was the only one in our two weeks in Japan that offered an transformer which allowed us to use 220v items! The room we stayed in was large as was the bathroom – comparable to Western standards. It also had its own vanity area. Staff were friendly. Wifi is in public areas only. Rooms offered a minibar and tea and coffee facilities. Ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Hakone.

This hotel was a very mixed experience for us. First and foremost, I have to say that we got very good rates for our two-night weekend stay, so room price-wise there's nothing to complain about. The hotel's two strong points are its location (removed from the very commercial area towards the entrance of the national park) and views of the mountains, lake and (on clear days) Mount Fuji as well as its very own hot spring facilities (separate facilities for men and women as no clothes are allowed in the springs), the use of which is complimentary. The two biggest downsides are the lack of luggage transport facilities (unless you have a car, you will have to take a 75-minute bus ride from Odawara station with very little room for luggage) and the fact that the hotel appears very tired and run-down. The decor is very old-fashioned and reminded us of a care home more than a hotel, and our bathroom had little bits of mould all over the tile spaces near the shower, as well as a showerhead almost completely clogged with limescale which almost came off the wall and was difficult to fix in a permanent position. Food prices are very high, so we didn't eat at the hotel but got our food from a nearby convenience store and village restaurants. It's a shame as this place has a lot of potential - with a good refurb, a luggage/guest bus to the station a few times a day and upping the ante on customer service a bit, we reckon it would be a brilliant place to stay!

I had a very pleasant stay ther. I like the view of the mountain so much. Love the outdoor onsen. There's a foot massager at the onsen changing room which oversee the greeneries. It take about an hour from Odawara Station and the road is very winding. I feel like riding a roller coaster in the bus. It's very easy to find as the bus station is just right in front of the hotel. There's no other restaurant around other than that in the hotel itself. It's a bit far from the town though. Overall I find it very relaxing and comfortable staying there and will definitely want to go back again.

The hotel location among the mountains are beautiful and serene but getting to the hotel from Hakone Yumoto is a long bus ride and you have to change bus everywhere in the center of Sengoku, and the buses frequency is not ideal and limited. There is no convenience store or even nearby restaurants.

Pleasant hotel, however views of Mt Fuji are not so great. Really need a car to get around, as public transport takes a long time to get there and back to the train station. Dinner at the traditional Japanese restaurant was worth the experience.

this is an older hotel, in pretty good shape. Onsen is great. Desk staff most helpful; restaurant staff abit stiff. Had no idea it was 40 mins. out of the city, but enjoyed all the modes of trans. we took to reach this out of the way hotel.

Not a fancy hotel, and older but clean and well-kept. Very good front desk service. Nice indoor and outdoor bath was a additional benefit. Staff are very friendly and helpful The only problem was access if you are not driving. Access is by bus service from Odawara or Hakone-Yumoto train station. the bus stops on the road just outside the hotel. You must be able to bring your own bags to the hotel lobby. Same when you leave. It was raining when we left. Load your own bags on the bus.

久々に　箱根へ温泉に入りたくて出かけました。女性のお風呂はとても良かったのですが、男性の方は　風呂から自分達の居る部屋が見えた！と　言っていました。それは　ちょっと困りますよね。せっかくの良い気分が台無しになってしまったようです。その部分で評価を下げさせて頂きました。フロントの人たちは　丁寧で良かったです。が、一泊二食付を選んだのに対し　帰り際の清算の時に　夕食分を請求されました。「手違い」という事で納得しましたが、予約時に電話で確認したのに！と　いささか疑問を感じてしまいました。予約のコピーをしっかり持参しましょう！

整體而言是個很棒的飯店，溫泉很乾淨，可以看見富士山，不過吃的方面比較不方便。

不太好找地方吃饭，有点偏僻。酒店吃的很贵。但是晚上24小时的浴池很棒，尤其在没人的时候

2013年4月13日(土)に1泊しました。ホテルの外観は古いのですが、部屋はバスルームを含めてリニューアルにより新しくて清潔でした。ツインルームは広くて快適でした。又、スタッフの男性には無理なお願いをして聞いて頂き非常に感謝しております。これこそがホスピタリティだと思いました。また泊ります☆

平日に食事なしの宿泊のみで利用。前日に部屋が空いておりお値段もリーズナブルだったのであまり期待はしていなかったのだが、建物は古かったものの、清潔でサービスも行き届いており、温泉（露天・サウナあり）もよくて満足。アウトレットで買い物後、食事を済ませてから９時半頃にチェックインしたが気持ちよく対応いただき、温泉堪能後にお部屋であらかじめ買ってきていたお酒とおつまみで晩酌。お部屋はとても広々としていてソファもあり、平日だったからかとても静かでくつろげました。食事なしプランであれば、ホテルは割高なので食事やスナック・飲み物手配はあらかじめ外でしておくとよいかも（近辺にはないので注意）。車があれば、アウトレットやゴルフ利用の方には便利。

房間很大, 很舒適, 酒店工作人員服務態度也很好, 但附近沒有任何便利店, 所以最好到酒店前先買點食物或所需品, 酒店有餐廳, 但價格比較貴, 因為是自駕, 所以都沒有影響.

部屋は充分広く清潔でした。朝ベランダから見える富士山もとてもきれいでした。 車でいったので、観光には困りませんでしたが、ホテルのレストランが高すぎて行けませんでした。 レストランのメニューがもっと増えて、安くなったらまた利用したいです。

Nice + reasonable price + overall nice & good i will live in next time when have plan to 箱根 again

這是第一次以自由行暢遊日本，而箱根對我們來說也是十分陌生，但因為Hotels.com的詳細描述使我們能輕易找到預訂的酒店（酒店出口已是巴士站），酒店環境十分清靜，服務員的度態誠懇，禮貎周周，不失為一個理想的度假勝地！
