Novotel London Waterloo - لندن

الفندق جيد من حيث انه على بعد خطوات مشيا من westminster abbey, البرلمان , London eye , الحوض المائي و محطة waterloo. المنطقة جدية لكن مما رأيناه انه لا توجد مقاهي او مطاعم قريبة فإذا لم ترد الأكل في الفندق فجهز نفسك للمشي. بعد قول ذلك طعام الفندق جيد , لكن وقت الانتظار غير مقبول (في احدى المرات 50 دقيقة). الفطور المفتوح كان ما تتوقعه في أي فندق , ويستحق ان تظيفه لحجزك على الموقع بما انه يكلف بحدود 16 باوند اذا لم تدفع مسبقا. الغرفة كانت نظيفة وملائمة للإقامة. الموظفون كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين. سيارة الأجرة من الفندق الى مطار LHR تكلف 58 باوندا.

انا اقمت بسبب مؤتمر يعقد في الفندق. مبنى المؤتمر كان ممتازا, كما كان الموظفون كذلك. غرف الفندق كانت كبيرة, من السهل ان تؤدي بعض العمل فيها, كما ان هنالك مساحة للراحة. الحمام كان صغيرا نوعا ما (المرحاض المنفصل كان صغيرا - بالكاد تغلق الباب دون ان تقف على المرحاض!) لكن عدا ذلك , كله كان رائعا.

هادىء ويتوسط المدينة نظيف جدا وودي.

موقع جيد حقيقة لكل شيء. على بعد مسافة مشي من london eye و lambeth و محطة مترو الشمال, متحف imperial war يقف اسفل الطريق كما ان هناك بارات رائعة تقدم الطعام. هذا المكان يجب ان يكون على قائمة الأماكن التي تقيم فيها في لندن القريبة من المناطق الواجب زيارتها لكنه بعيد من السياح.

فندق لطيف , بالتأكيد انصح به. لكن أفضل لو كان اقرب لمحطة المترو.

Location is ideal, room was very comfortable for 2 adults and a 3 year old. Easiest way to get around is the no. 3 bus. Lovely shower facilities. Great breakfast although pricey and I would not of paid extra to have it had it not been included in our package. Onsite parking was very convenient for us, although parking is costly this is not a bad price for central london. Overall a decent standard of hotel ideal for a short break.

Reception staff very good and professional. Breakfast not good at all on both mornings. Sunday was much worse than Saturday (only about 40 people in on Sunday). Had to wait each day for hot water, bread, bacon and fruit as well as cheese. Also on both days had to wait for plates and bowls. Even when requested people still had to wait for items (over a quarter of an hour). Very poor and slow service. The restaurant manager blamed the number of people saying they were exceptionally busy! Manager also spent a lot of time clearing tables. Couldn't he have directed his staff when food etc. was missing. All in all not a good experience this time. Added to this when we arrived they had us down for room only and our extra bed was unmade. Definitely not very inspiring on this occasion and not likely to use hotel again especially as it claims to be 4 stars.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Good facilities, nice decor. Only down point, it is not easily accessible by tube/train

Hotel was well placed with bus stop right outside, number 3 bus goes to Parliament Square, Whitehall, Trafalgar Square, Regent Street, Oxford Street. Hotel was quiet, service was fine and food was good & not too overpriced..

Really looking forward to going back next year. Staff so helpful and pleasant. Room a bit small for myself husband and two children aged 15 and 12. When I go next year would have to look for co-joining rooms. But the positives outweighed this negative. An excellent choice

This hotel is clean, comfortable and in a good location. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the bar area was nice for a drink. The room was a little small, but well designed and had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. There was some maintenance work being done at the hotel while we were there but this didn't disturb us. The location was very good as there is a bus stop outside the hotel and the hotel is a pleasant walk to Westminster where there is a tube station. I would stay here again.

Comfortable hotel , good facilities in room , comfortable bed.

Very close to Big Ben, Parliament, London Eye. Easy walking distance to most places...hotel clean, staff friendly - would definately stay there again

Situated in a great location for tubes or even a walk to sights. The staff were very helpful and polite. It was clean and the little play room for kids was great cos you can see them so you can relax. On the downside building work going on through day was awful especially when 6 yr old trying to take a nap. Aldo breakfast??? £15 per person??? There's a great cafe on way to Lambeth tube-Corner cafe-all 3 of us could eat there for same cost and not a slither of grease in sight.

Pleasant hotel, close to the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. It was an 8 minute walk from Lambeth North tube station (Bakerloo line) but the no 3 bus to Oxford Circus via Trafalgar Square stopped outside the hotel and was more convenient. The room was clean and in a good condition but small once the sofa bed was rolled out. Breakfast was very good. Our main gripe would be having to pay for Wifi at a rate of ten pounds for 24 hours,

I really enjoyed staying here as it was only a 15min walk to where I needed to be. On my time off, I had a walk round Westminister and the surrounding area before heading into central London.Overall, I was pleased with the room and the food was excellent.

I would suggest this is a good hotel for those on a budget.

Was good not great. Would stay again

Our first trip to London for our daughters 8th birthday. Location was great with a lovely view of Big Ben and The Houses of Parlament. Staff were very helpful. Would definately stay here again.

Pros: Very quiet, clean, steps from the Thames, great walk to Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abbey -- and all other major sights within 30 minutes. Cons: subway walk a bit long if you have luggage or late at night, room is euro-small, WiFi, breakfast everything else extra, nothing to eat, to see or to do without walking, or taking the Tube.

having to pay for tv? whats that about!!!!! wont use a novatel again think its wrong to have to pay for the tv,internet then i understand,

Very good location, and nice place. We will book again this hotel as my boss really liked her business trip staying at Novotel Waterloo which was an alternative to booking next to her meeting venue nearLondon Bridge just for convenience.

We received good customer service when we experienced problems but I would rather we hadn't had any problems. We chose the hotel as it is central and had its own underground carpark. We had a basic room on the 3rd floor which was nice and spacious, had the normal amenities (TV was a bit small). However the Air Con didn't work, the room was very hot & we needed to get ready for a wedding. We called the front desk and they said the A/C was being worked on and upgraded us to an executive room on the 4th floor. This room had a lovely view over the Lambeth palace but seemed smaller because the bed was so close to one wall. The 4th floor hallway smelled of sewerage and so did the toilet in our room. Also the A/C in the room didn't work. By this time we had no choice but to change and leave to get to the wedding in time. When we got back late that night the smell in the hallway and our bathroom had subsided but the A/C still did not work. The gap down one side of the bed was only about 11 inches and during the night I stubbed my toe badly when coming back from the bathroom to bed. In the morning the A/C started up at 8:30am but was off again by the time we got back from breakfast. The reception were apologetic and waived the carparking fee. If the a/c had worked and we hadn't experienced the bad smell we would have been very pleased with the hotel as the staff were excellent, the bed comfortable, the executive TV was a reasonable size and the breakfast buffet was good.

I found absoltely everything I needed in my room. The location is perfect and quiet. That is if you don't mind a nice 10 minute walk to the center (Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc.). Complimentary breakfast had a lot of variaty. There were obviously a couple of minuses. Sofabed for a third person was less than comfortable. The other minor inconvenience was that I could not figure out how to avoid water spilling on the bathroom floor. The half-door didn't help much and there is no screen. That's unusual design. Too bad I had to pay for the internet access daily. Overall I was happy with the hotel though!

In general well maintained, but missing a few details (such as a fan and sink in the toilet, falling knobs). Good buffet breakfast, but the same assortment every day. Pretty small room for 3 people, as the opened side sofa took a lot of space. This is the first 4 starts hotel that did not prepare fresh towels and toiletry, when the I put the sign To not disturb.

Just by Lambeth Bridge - a minute's walk away from the Albert Embankment, 10 mins from London Eye. Room was fine and clean, service was attentive and helpful (esp at breakfast, which was included). I would definitely stay there again. Only slight negative, bit of a walk to nearest underground, but there are buses outside and if you're walking/exploring round city, its perfect.

Close to bus stop 2 min walk. Tomaso and Gabrielle were excellent. Very attentive. We love them. Super clean, excellent food. Will be back soon

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted a place in the city for 1 night for 3 people and its hard to get a decent room for this number at a good price, so we were very pleased! Room is small once the sofa bed is up, but was just right for our purpose. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room is very modern and clean. I stayed with my wife and child (13 years old). The room was kind of small, so it was hard to open three suite cases – but I think this room is average for a room in London. But, because we were a 3 member family, the sofa bed was included, and that made the room very small. Since this hotel is near Big Ben, about a 15 minute, walk it was very enjoyable to walk at nights because you don’t need to take a bus or train. But since this hotel is not near at Tube station, we had to use a bus (No.77) to Waterloo station. And also the No3 bus which is near the hotel leads to the Oxford Circus, so it was very convenient. Overall it was very good stay considered to the room price. If I can go London again – I may stay this hotel.

It i expected a hotel who try to gine a immage of being a business hotel to have free intenet connection. Here it wa very expencive

A very nice hotel, a short walk from the Parliament. When we arrived at Paddington with the Heathrow Express we took a taxi to the hotel (£20). Don't know if the driver ment to, but we passed several major sites, such as Hyde Park, Buckingham and the Parliament on the way. Nice start on our stay. The room was nice, and we had space to acctually walk past each other. Only downside was almost nowere to put our clothes (locker, cabinet, etc.). And it's too long to walk from West End, if you like to walk home in the evening. Woud definately consider another stay.

This Hotel had the most comfortable beds I have every slept on.

Great hotel, excellent staff. Only gripe is that the maids come to clean your room at 830am! I can appreciate that many guests are there on business and are probably up, but we were not. Perhaps you can roll that back to 10 or something?

Stayed four nights at this hotel. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable as you would expect from a city Novotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and the breakfast included in the cost was a buffet and very substantial and well stocked even towatds the end of service This also included veggie options as well. In a great spot for the city centre and easy acces to bus and tube services. Hotel was great value for a hotel in London, would definately stay there again.

The Novotel London Waterloo was clean. Has been upgrded but needs new carpet. Bus stop outside door. Close to Buckingham Palace. No facility for leaving suitcase at hotel.

we have just had a fantastic 3 day stay in london. We would recommend the novotel lambeth as a great place to stay, it is just around the corner from the embankment of the thames, lovely to walk on with views of westminster and big ben opposite the river and the london eye a stones throw away along the embankment. it is approx 15-20 mins walk into trafalger square where everything is on tap, bus tours etc and tickets for any attractions. The hotel is clean and modern with very helpful staff. The room was ample room for 2 adults and our 6ft 15 yr old, he was in a sofa bed which was comfortable for him and his size, our double bed was comfortable too. the air con was great and a welcome addition as the weather was 30 degrees during our stay. overall a clean, modern, comfortable, welcoming hotel, which was awesome for the money we paid, would recommend it to anyone and we will definately be back!!

double bed was very comfortable BUT we have a 13 year old and the fold out bed was absolute rubish, you could feel the springs in the matress and it was very thin, we asked at reception if they could change it , they said it would be sorted but when we returned to our room the following night nothing had been done. So if you are traveling as a single or happy couple i would recommend this hotel But if you will need to use the bed settee i would not recommend this hotel
