Great location-Staff super- small hotel with big rooms!

This is a small old hotel clean, well organized and with friendly staff. However, they did not live up to our expectation and they were missed out on some details. For example, the hotel asked for 60 Euro for an extra bed. We asked for a room in high floor, they gave us the room in the lowest possible floor. Here is another example, the trash can in the bath room was not empty and clean when we arrived.

Excellent location, not the biggest room in the world but packed with toys. Ipad, flat screen, bose stereo, DVD. Bathroom was a little tired (room 23) but it was perfectly adequate.

The hotel is a short taxi ride (around 10 Euro's) from the main train station. It is located right in the heart of the beautiful old town of Bruges. You are literally five minutes walk from the main square. The staff were courteous and efficient. Check in was straightforward. A porter will grab your bags and take them to your room while you complete the formalities at the front desk and be waiting when you get to the room to show you the key features. The rooms themselves are beautifully appointed. While it is true the standard rooms are not large they are not tiny. The bed is quite large, very comfortable and with lots of cushions and pillows. The rooms have a large flat screen TV and it is possible to plug in a HDMI cable if you have personal video devices (bring your own cable of course). They also have an alarm clock with IPOD dock and a small refrigerator. In addition the room had an IPad which was a nice touch because it gives you an internet device (there were a few news and game app's installed as well) in the room. The bathroom was adequate and provided all the usual amenities. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. The internet was blisteringly fast and reliable. The hotel also has a sauna/steam room/hammam area that is complimentary. You need to book it at least an hour in advance so they can turn it on. It is a private space for one couple (or two) at a time and only your party has access for the hour. Very well done.

six of us stayed at the Relais & Chateau. Enjoyed a great stay everything about the hotel was first class. We stayed in the superior rooms as it was a special occasion and were thoroughly spoilt. Breakfast was excellent. Would go back again to Bruge and to this hotel.

Great hotel. Perfect location in beautiful Bruge. Very nice staff, rooms are very spacious with modern and clean bathrooms. I will definitely stay again in this hotel. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel, excelent location and service.

This hotel was perfect. The staff was very helpful and the room was great.

We stayed in a very comfortable if slightly small double room for a two night stay in October. The room has good facilities including a flat screen TV and a computer. Personally I would get rid of the computer and have some tea and coffee making facilities instead as there was also a computer for guests to use in reception plus free wi-fi in the rooms. The hotel location is very good, just off the main square, on a quiet side street. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant, but it looked very nice and a couple we were chatting to in the bar said it was very pleasant. I will go back to this hotel the next time I visit Bruges.

The location can't be beat--it's right off the main square. But the rooms are small and cramped, the beds are hard, and the service is cold and unfriendly. It's fine. The outside of the building is completely unremarkable, but the rooms are pretty--they're decorated as if it's a chateau, with that "Versailles" look. I would have liked the hotel a lot better if the service had been friendly.

The Hotel Heritage is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Every member of the staff made me feel extremely welcome. I highly recommend it!

The Relais and Chateau Hotel Heritage is a high end hotel with a welcoming staff and a perfect location. DeGarre's Beer is just a five-minute walk away (try the Trippel - limit 3), and Madame Dumon's superior chocolates are waiting to lure you just steps from the front door. After a walking tour of this lovely medieval town, relax in your quiet, comfortable, nicely appointed room. We will DEFINITELY return to this hotel.

A nice hotel, ideally located near the centre of Bruges. We've visited Bruges a few times and this has been the best hotel to date. We drove to the hotel and noticed a sign outside the front door indicating a car valet service. Only found out it cost 21 euros on booking out, there did not appear to be a prior indication of any charge but I may be mistaken. However, this did not detract from an enjoyable stay.

A splendid experience overall. Very comfortable and well equipped room, though the "standard" room is quite small. I was a single traveler and would have been uncomfortable if staying with a companion. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful--a delight. Breakfast very expensive--should be included.

That boutique charm and a 4 star feel. My only complaint was that the room was a bit small and the bathroom door would not quite open all the way. But hey, that's Europe. Location was perfect! Bruges is such a beautiful city.

Wonderful hotel, service is great as are the amenities and facilities of the hotel. The room was a bit small and the furniture looked somewhat dated but the audiovisual entertainment system was very modern. The only big negative was the bed which was way too soft causing disturbed sleep and back pain in the morning. Location was perfect! Close to everything but not noisy.

L'hôtel est très très bien situé (à 1 min à pied derrière le Markt) donc en plein coeur de la vieille ville. Très bon accueil (explications de ce qu'il y a à visiter), chambre très bien décorée mais un peu petite et lit un peu trop mou. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent et très varié (dont fruits frais en jus et en salade). Personnel très aimable et poli. Petit cadeau de départ (mais manquait les chocolats). Bref, très bon hôtel, idéalement situé pour un WE en amoureux dans cette très belle ville de Bruges (je conseille 4 jours max).

Nice hotel closed to the square for food and the small square for the drinks. Close to everything since Bruges is very smal and nice. The bed was nice and room quiet.

Internet connection did not work properly in hotel room, otherwise: all very pleasant. Also has nice (!) sauna and Turkish bath.

Très bon hôtel avec standing. Emplacement incroyable. Personnel très agreable. Seul reproche le lit double est petit.

qualite d un 3 etoiles mais certainement pas d un relais et chateaux car trop de détails (coffre posé à meme le sol et non scellé,surfaces des chambres petites,climatisation et chauffage bruyants décoration parfois approximative,.....)viennent entacher sa qualite essentielle d emplacement. Quant au restaurant le décalage est encore plus grand et au lieu de vouloir fairere une imitation loupée de cuisine gastro mieux vaudrait se contenter de bien faire une cuisine locale.Le service du petit déjeuner est vite dépassé par le nombre de service .Dommage car avec quelques améliorations ce pourrait devenir un produit correct.

Très joli hôtel situé à côté de Markt, chambres jolie impeccable, et excellent service efficace et souriant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un week-end romantique.

Hotellet ligger perfekt til i en sidegate til den store markedsplassen med klokketårnet i midten av Brugge. Alt du måtte ønske ligger i gangavstand til hotellet: barer, restauranter, shoppinggater, sykkelutleie. Rommene er herskapelig innredet og godt utstyrt med bl.a. stor flatskjerm (for å være på hotell), radio med vekking, DVD-spiller og egen stasjonær pc. Denne er imidlertid veldig treg, men hvis du har med din egen laptop, tilbyr hotellet gratis trådløs internett, og dette fungerer ok. Fint bad med god hylleplass og badekar med dusj. God seng, men kun et stort dobbelt-laken/teppe som "dyne". Vi hadde ikke frokost inkludert, så vi kan ikke si noe om maten på hotellet. Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelige hotellansatte. Vi anbefaler gjerne hotellet til andre gjester.

Wat direct opvalt is de nette wijze waarop je bij binnenkomst te woord wordt gestaan. De kamers zijn netjes en de service is in orde. Locatie geweldig. Prijs (vooral voor superior en deLuxe kamers) wel fors.
