Palladium Hotel - ميكونوس

There are 5 star hotels and then there are 5 star hotels that make you feel comfortable, wanted and special. The Palladium was everything we could have asked for a hotel in Mykonos. An exceptional culture of hospitality, friendly faces, valuable advice and assurance of a great holiday. This hotel and its staff deserve the highest praise for taking such good care of guests. Highly recommend it.

This is a very good option if you want to stay at a classy-resort hotel in Mykonos and don't want to spend hundreds of cash. Highly recommended. Not in downtown but close enough to the center (about 10 min by car or bike). Nearby beaches and restaurants. Nice area. Good hotel staff.

Aside from the size of the room, it was wonderful. Good location, good food, and extremely nice people.

First off, I travel every week for work, and quite a bit internationally. My stay at Palladium was originally supposed to be for four days, and I extended another two just because of the service. From the moment I arrived on a Ferry I was picked up unannounced at the port. The gentleman that picked me up knew my name as I approached the sign, with no previous identification. I was then greeted by Violeta who very articulately explained the highlights of the island, arranged for a rental car, and provided recommendations for attractions, restaurants, etc. At checkin you are greeted with two glasses of wine... George the bartender and Stavros the utility man who helps with all things related to food was exceptionally warm, friendly, and knowledgeable of the island. Dimitris was also very helpful in arranging for ferry rides and other transportation. Overall I wouldn't dare stay anywhere else. The service could not have been more pleasurable.

Excellent service from all the staff members and they surprised you after knowing you eg champagne in the room for honeymooners. Beautiful interior design with 10-minute bus ride to the town. A perfect hotel for romantic getaway.

5 star service, 5 star location. Housekeeping straightens your room everytime you leave the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price and is excellent. You make your own fresh squeezed OJ.

The staff are absolutely brilliant and friendly make you feel special and treat you like VIPs all the time. Jason is fantastic at his job and you can count on him to give you UNBIASED local hints and tips ;)

The service at this hotel is good and the location is convenient but the rooms themselves are quite noisy if you are a light sleeper. Everytime someone's door bangs or people talk on the corridor or in the next room, it echoes all over the building so not good if you are planning on getting a good sleep on holiday.

As soon as we arrived to the hotel, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail. The hotel is very clean and modern as per the photos on their website. The room was pretty good sized with a beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool area (and bar and jacuzzi) with beautiful views of the sea - Plati Gialos. The pool/ jacuzzi/ pool bar area was very modern and trendy with music playing and probably nice cocktails - although did not try any... We were more "on the move" all day and prefered enjoying the swimming pool at dust when nobody was there anymore. The hotel is in between 2 beaches: Plati Gialos and Psarou with the excellent N'ammos. Plati Gialos is a nice clean family beach with few good restaurants and cocktail bars. Psarou has a St Tropez feeling - yachts, confy sunbeds, lounge music all day... We did not try the restaurant as we preferred going to Hora but breakfast buffet was very tasty with great choice. Overall, the hotel is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

My sister and I came to the Palladium b/c of reviews on TripAdvisor and pictures on Hotels.com...seriously gorgeous design, nice pool and nice location away from Mykonos Town. Easy to catch the bus there, and go to some great beaches nearby. We had a slight air conditioning problem that the staff tried to fix but to no avail, so my only complaint was that our room was kind of warm at night :( Other than that and some occasionally loud kids by the pool, I thought it was great. Nice breakfast buffet too.

Just came back from 5 glorious days on this magical island and we stayed at this wonderful hotel. I must say after reading all the reviews my expectations were high and most of them proved to be correct. The hotel is immaculate and always clean, the staff was definately 5 star all the way. They could not do enough for you , spoke many languages and were the nicest people you could find. The hotel is not a five star though as the rating says it is more in line with 4 stars I travel every week all over the world and can definately say my rating is very accurate compared to a true 5 star resort. Overall, I would go back again simply for the cleanliness, size of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff.

Maria took care of our every need. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Le personnel de l'hôtel gomme tous les petits désagréments du site. Il est vraiment à notre service, dévoué, souriant, Vraiment CHARMANT. L'hôtel jouit d'un bel emplacement. Nous regrettons cependant le bruit lié à la conception de l'hôtel. Les couloirs sont sonores, et les clients pas toujours très respectueux du sommeil des autres... La salle de bain est un peu petite, mais notre impression de séjour reste vraiment très agréable
