For the price, this hotel was not bad.The breakfast buffet was very nice but the pool was just ok. There is a small bar, but we had to wait for someone to show up to serve us.

We were travelling back from a business trip from Malaysia and decide to stop off for 2 nights to explore Dubai. We booked a suite which was a reasonable price and it was HUGE well worth the extra cost. The hotel has 2 bars American and German which are open to the public and have a nice flow through of people, the prices were reasonable by Dubai standards and the food good too. It is necessary to take a taxi to visit the more famous sites in town but they are reasonable priced. We went to the Ski centre, but I would not recommend this as it was a bit of a dump particularly in the changing areas. Overall the Hotel was fine but location not great.

Absolutely amazing staff that is willing to go the extra mile to help you out. We thorougly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, quite, and very comfortable.

the hotel is not in good quality, there is smell in the room and an hole hotel.

It was very ok. We enjoyed our stay there.

This is a nice hotel, however it is a bit difficult to find as the entrance is off of the main road and there is little, if any signage to indicate the location. Other than that, it is a nice comfortable place for the money. I would stay again.

I have stayed once before in Dubai and booking a hotel with not much idea of the area proves to be quite difficult. This hotel however was absolutely spot on. We booked two rooms, one twin and one king and they have got to be the largest rooms I have ever stayed in. Both rooms came with a very large sofa at the bottom end of the room; they were literally huge. The pool area was small but enough as not many people used it so we were always able to get sunbeds, regardless of the time of day. The pool area was also located well on the roof but had sun the whole day. The last place we stayed had tall buildings an either side so used to get shaded at specific times. This pool area didn't have that issue as there weren't other tall buildings around. The location was great. We visited the gold souk, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall, Atlantis, the seven star hotel... The furthest place was Atlantis which only cost the equivilent of £10 in a taxi so not a bank breaker by any means. There was also a row of shops behind the hotel with clothes shops and many places to eat and a supermarket if you just wanted to nip out. The service we received as amazing. When we arrived (around 1am) we were greeted by Moussa who was on hand throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and exceeded all expectations. The assistant bar manager was also great who seemed to be there every night with a smile on his face and happy to chat. Every staff member we bumped into (we came back to our room as the cleaner was just finishing up) seemed to go out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. The service in general was unfaultable. Absolutely amazing. The only fault was that we found the bouncers/security on the main bar to be quite rude however when we pointed this out to Moussa he couldn't have been more apologetic. We only ended up eating in the hotel once, the food was gorgeous and if it wasn't for our stay only being short and us wanted to explore we wou

I have been to the Rotana many times! The rooms are always immaculate & the staff are friendly & more than helpful. You have a wide range of places to eat not only in the hotel but also the surrounding area. You have everything you want and need at the Rotana, try it for yourself...........

In general the stay was good. the hotel is nice but they try to be smart with the room choice. I paid in advance through Hotels.com about 10 days before i arrived. I was with my wife and baby. I was given a room with two separate beds! because there were no rooms available although I had "king size non smoking room" confirmed in my booking. They said that the only available king size bed is a smoking room! I cant imagine they even thought of offering that to me knowing that we are with an infant! on top of that the room with the two separate beds that we were forced to sleep in smelled very bad!!! it wasn't the smell of smoke but some dirty smell that kept coming back even after spraying air freshener. They changed the room after one night staying in that smelly room!! I advice those who want to have access to Dubai Marine Club to check the rate directly from the Marine club rather than buy the ticket from hotel, we discovered that the rate for daily access is 50% cheaper if you buy it directly from the club. A regular Dubai Taxi will take you to the Marine club very cheap so the difference in price in the entry pass is not worth the free bus shuttle that the hotel offers to there.

Comfortable hotel in authentic part of Dubai. Excellent service.

No overall issues with the hotel Clean, neat with friendly staff. Convenient parking at no cost. Internet should be free but is charged for. Otherwise great stay and would do it again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel for my wife and I. We had a great view of the city from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked about getting around town. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance, like right across the street is Beirut, very very tasty. You'll have to take a cab to catch the hop-on hop-off bus at the mall, but the taxis are clean and very reasonable. Great value. I would definitely stay here again.

excellant! I have no complaints! room was quit! highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, service was extremly friendly, we felt very comfortable. Our room was upgraded on arrival, Location is average but taxis are very reasonable rate so it was not much trouble. Breakfast is fantastic.

Easy access to Dubai World Trade Centre and not that far from malls/ beaches if that's what you want to do. Great staff, always welcoming. Breakfast could be better, but can't complain really.

mycket bra hotel, trevliga personal,bra service. Hotelet ligger på lungt område nära till allt, bra frukost,,

Godt hotel med fine værelse. Rengøring og personale er helt i top. Hotelles morgen buffe er fin men hotelles resturant Five var ikke pengene vær, så hellere spise ude i byen eller på Boston i stueetagen. Fin beliggenhed 35 kr med taxi til downtovn, den gamle bydel og stranden (god betalings strand).

Rannalle ja keskustaan hieman liian pitkä kävelymatka. Ostos mahdollisuudet ja ruokailupaikat aivan vieressä. Rauhallinen sijainti.

Trevligt hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Bra service och lugnt läge. Bra frukostbuffe. Fint poolområde på taket. Skulle absolut boka detta hotell igen vid ett nytt besök i Dubai.

Hotellet var rent, snyggt och fräscht med en trevlig bar med bra mat. Personalen är mycket professionell och positiv. Enda nackdelen är att det ligger en bit från det mesta, men taxi är nästa gratis, så det var inget problem.

Helt fantastiskt hotell! Personal och boendet överträffade alla förväntningar! Alla i personalen var genuint trevliga och brydde sig om hur man hade det. Superb frukostbuffé! Finns inte nog med superlativ för att beskriva hur nöjda vi var med vår vistelse på detta hotell i Dubai! Skulle definitivt både rekommendera hotellet till andra samt vilja bo där igen om man åker till Dubai.

Hotellet har både basseng og trimrom på toppen, gode solforhold. Frokost- og middagsbuffet har mye utvalg. Området rundt hotellet er greit nok, litt langt fra folkeliv (12-15 min. med taxi).
