Close to the airport. Clean updated room. Easy access to Richmond and even Vancouver/Marpole area. Good restaurant and amenities.

The room was clean, comfortable and getting to/from the hotel from the airport was very convenient! Everyone was very courteous! The adjoining restaurant 'Pier 73' had great food and service as well! Only negative thing I can say is that it's not near anyplace that you can go for a walk of any length, but that's a very small detail! I would definitely stay here again!!

decent and cheap. close to airport and free convenient shuttle every 30 minutes. We asked for a quiet room and got that. Staff was very friendly including the attached restaurant which has a lovely view of the water.

Room could be cleaner especially given the cost. Channel changer awkwardbto use. Surrounding neighbourhood as expected given proximity to airport. Bed comfortable.

I was very pleased with the service, I had gone to Vancouver for some surgery and on my return from hospital the staff went beyond and above the call of duty to ensure I was comfortable.

We loved this Hotel. It is close to the airport and has a suttle to get back and forth. They have first run movies in the rooms, and great room service. The food was excellent. We had a wonderful night there before we took of in the morning. Loved this Hotel and would stay again.

Convenient with the Delta shuttle to the Vancouver Airport five minutes away,, which is what we needed for our two one-night stays. Very tasty breakfast buffet too for a reasonable price. I wasn't impressed with the Pier 73 restaurant, which is next to the hotel, but is a separate entity not owned or run by the hotel. Contrary to what the front desk told me, there was good wi-if in both the rooms we booked, for free. There's free wifi in the lobby too. Also, with a free account code on a little slip of paper they give you at the front desk, you can use the Internet free for 15 minutes in their little business office, good for printing emails or, in my case, printing my parking lot company's coupon for when I return home and get my car. Friendly staff too. They will shuttle you for free to Richmond Center, a large shopping center about 10 minutes' drive. (Taxi ride to anywhere else In town, however.) Kudos to this place.

Great location, breakfast cafe and restaurant are excellent, service was second to none. Room was clean and modern. This was our second stay at this hotel and we found the staff and service some of the best we have ever experienced.

If you need to stay close to the Vancouver airport, its a great location and value. Food at restaurant could be better quality. Ingredients were not always fresh.

Everyone was fantastic and the hotel was great!!! We'll stay again for sure!!!!

I stayed there with my family and have to say it was a little loud. There was a function of some sort going on and you could hear people screaming and yelling in to the early morning hours down in the parking lot/main entrance. Granted i was only on the third floor, but it seemed the hotel did nothing to stop them. Other then that it was a nice place, the room was clean, hotel staff was really friendly and it was 10 minutes from YVR.

Good Value and an excellent location.

We upgraded to a "club suite" upon arrival with promises access to the courtesy suite on our elevated floor with water view and included breakfast... (typical breakfasts were $20 each) so the $40 upgrade was supposed to be worth it. When we attended the courtesy suite the night before, we could not even get a standard cup of coffee or hot chocolate. There was no fridge in our room and the breakfast turned out to be only a continental breakfast, which only one of us ate. (and they couldn't find my privilege club info)

A good one. But the room seemed small for a king bed. Paying for parking should not be necessary for hotel guests.

Does not have internet from the 10th floor down.

Room as very comfortable. Nicely appointed. Staff was very pleasant. Great Breakfast!

Stay was good, hotel staff and shuttle driver very hospitable

Very satisfing

Enjoyed the stay, the room, quietness even if near the airport in compared to downtown. Attended a conference there. Good meeting rooms, good food and service, people friendly. Initial check in a little slow at the time.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. I have stayed at a few hotels in my time these people are fantastic. Fixing all my problems and not even breaking a sweat. This is a five star hotel as far as i'm concerned.

We stopped over on our journey in and out of Vancouver. The hotel was most comfortable. The beds and pillows were great! As other reviews have stated when we arrived after a long flight our room was not available at 16.00, however to balance this when we were returning home the hotel allowed us a most generous late checkout 16:00 which we very much appreciated so this balanced things out. For an airport hotel, the waterside location of the hotel and its restaurant are hard to beat. Good value , great breakfast.

Very comfortable and quite considering it is close to the airport. Have to pay for the parking and no wireless in the room

At first we were very disappointed, I was a flight attendant several years ago and your hotel was like my second home; arriving late and got ready for bed pulled down the sheets to find a large black mark on them. Call and with very prompt service it was changed. Found the dusting not up to par or the carpet ; the window was not well done.The accent cushion on the bed was disgusting and was removed by one of the staff. The staff on the whole were very friendly and very helpful. Took care of the problems for us and we are satisfied and certainly will be guests again. Great staff!!!!!!!!

The room was nice except for the view as it looked out over the roof of the lobby area. The room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom has been nicely updated. The room was quiet even being that close to the airport. The restaurants are a bit expensive so we opted to dine elsewhere. Overall a nice place to stay.

The hotel locates only 3 or 4 minutes by driving from the YVR airport. It is an idea place to get you rested quickly after your long and late flight. Yes, it is in relatively isolated location, there are no restaurants nearby, but 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive gets you to lots of choices e.g Subway, Starbucks etc. A night market (6?pm -12:00am summer time) is also within 15 minutes walking distance. We actually went there by the free hotel shuttle. The room was good and has all you need.

We loved our stay in Vancouver. The room was great-the staff was wonderful. Just no wifi in our room! Would have been very helpful as we are from USA and would have nice to use phone to connect with family and friends. As it was you had to go to lobby and wifi there was patchy.

This hotel used to be great, but has not been upgraded for a long time. I was encouraged to pay an additional $20/day for an upgraded room and found out there was a mandatory $14/day to park at the hotel. Their in-hotel lounge was closed and a nearby independent one had to be used for dinner/drinks. Their souvenir shop was the same. I was not able to charge a purchase to my room. The staff were not very friendly and upon check out added additional charges to our bill. When asked, the manager said a service charge of $224+tax was to deep clean the room due to smoking was added. We did not smoke in the room nor could I detect any smell (i'm not a smoker), but they insisted we did and that drapers, carpet, everything would be professionally cleaned at our expense. There was no compromise offer. In 32 years of travel, I have never experienced such an attitude and cannot recommend this hotel.

This was the most uncomfortable bed I have been in in years. Very small room, not many amenities. The staff by contrast were quite friendly and helpful. Not worth the price

Excellent, I have stayed here many times and have never had a bad stay.

Our stay was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and met our requirements. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful and consistent in their service. Easy access to Sky Train and public transport if you are not driving! We had a great trip! I highly recommend the hotel for families.
