Really bad... Feels like Disneyland, hordes of tourist (not staying at the hotel) dressing up to visit the place and have afternoon tea. They charge extra for everything. We stayed in a junior suite and they charged extra for EVERYRHING! internet, wifi, extra outlets, etc... When you pay a lot for a nice room you expect to not be bothered with small costs at every turn. And the staff is greedy and try as much as they can to get tips, and it leaves you with a cheap feeling. They wouldn't let my business partners come to my room either without their passports, an carrying those around all day isn't really something they (nor I) are used to. The area with Mayfair and all is great, but for sure I'll not stay at the Ritz anymore. There's a lot of great hotels in that area where they appreciate customers.

Ritz hotel is so noisy, uncomfortable. Room isn't really cozy, services too bad. I really know why the ritz is five star hotel. I'll never been to the hotel.

i enjoyed my stay at this hotel , The Ritz is a high class hotel in everything . i will defently stay in this hotel in my future visits to London.in Summery The Ritz is the best

Great experience - feelings the years of history. A small misbalance between price and quality on the room service charge. The meal ok, but below Ritz claimed Quality and Value

The hotel was beautiful. We were concerned that it would be a little too formal. But while it was quite elegant, we didn't feel like we had to be dressed up every time we went out. The staff were warm, funny and also quite helpful. All in all a wonderful visit !!!

Great location ,wonderful atmosphere and very friendly professional staff. The one irritant was the phone. Foolishly used hotel phone for a local call instead of my mobile ,cost 11 pounds for local call of one minute ,eight secs and 14 pounds for 3 mins. 44 secs. BE aware!

Everything and more you would expect it to be. Great building, great food and the service and attention to detail was second to none. A special place that truly makes you feel special.

Great hotel with the exception of being very pertinence and stay away from the PRAWN SALAD.... We both had the salad and both were sick the next day and it being the only thing we both ate the same within the last 24 plus hours prior to being sick. To top things off the hotel would not remove the charge for the salad off of our bill. Its not like that was the only thing we ordered.

It's a must just to stay at the ritz is amazing place service five stars well everything

Exceeded all expectations.

The air conditioning n-take air vents in the hotel room and bath room were filthy. I reported this condition and The Ritz was silent. On the other hand, the hotel was very quiet in spite of heavy traffic and construction taking place right outside of the window. View was poor because of the construction yard. The Ritz should not advertise a "green" view when they know the construction yard is the view. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay at The Ritz.

The volcanic ash extended our planned stay by 5 days - a blessing in disguise. This elegant, perfectly located London hotel is a unique classic. All of the old world beauty and charm, with elegance yet warm and caring service in abundance.The restuarant and bar are the best. My highest recommendation - you will be pleasantly suprised>

This is a top class hotel set in one of the best areas of London. Our room was excellent, service was excellent and the Afternoon Tea was all it should be. Don't forget the Hotel's dress policy however - you cannot even visit the bar unless you wear a jacket and tie.

I had high expectations for this hotel, and I was not disappointed. My daughter and I treated ourselves to one night at the Ritz on our way to Paris. It is everything you would expect from a luxury hotel.

リッツロンドン　とても便利な場所にあり、質サービスともに素敵なホテルだが、欠点としては部屋の床が歩くたびにギシギシと音を立ててたわむ事と、食事は隣のウーズレィーの方が美味です。

perfeito, excelente localização, o quarto é lindo, vc se sente uma verdadeira princesa, minha recebeu um presente e um bolinho de boas vindas,quero retornar, todos os funcionarios, são educados e prestativos, faça sua reserva agora e viva um sonho...

Alle skulle have lov til bare en gang i deres liv at overnatte på dette stillige, luksuriøse og meget fashionable hotel hvor service er helt i top. Fantastisk oplevelse.

Είναι πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, αλλά λίγο ακριβό. Το check-in και check-out θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο απλό και πιο γήγορο (λίγες θέσεις counters και πολλά δωμάτια).

Det er en opplevelse å bo på Ritz. Vennlighet , kvalitet og topp service over alt!

Top-Lage, als Urlauber hatte ich keinen Anzug dabei und konnte somit nicht die Bar, Tea-room und Restaurant nicht benutzen. Man wollte mir sogar in der völlig unbesetzten Bar Krawatte leihen. Nur am ersten Tag gabs Blumen und Obst im Zimmer, danach nicht mehr. Wasser auf dem Zimmer kostet Geld. Sehr laute Strasse zum Picadilly hin.

スタッフが一流で親切でとても快適に過ごせました。お部屋の清掃もかなりきちんとされています。

15年ぶりに宿泊しました。 建物の老朽化は否めませんが、メインテナンスは良く、気にはなりませんでした。 従業員の方のサービスは期待通りすばらしかったです。

Fem stjerne, fem fortjente! The Ritz er tilbage bland 'de fem' i London, dyrt med marcipan godt. Har du råd, prøv det!

Super hotel, groot gevoel van luxe en weelderigheid. Elke centimeter is tot in details gedecoreerd, je kijkt echt je ogen uit! De grote slaapkamer was zeer comfortabel en sfeervol, verder overal nette & vriendelijke bediening. Ook de ligging is perfect, naast het metro station Green Park en op loopafstand van zowel Buckingham Palace als Piccadilly Circus. Ik zou hier zeker graag terug komen een volgende keer!

到着から出立まで、ホテル生活のすべてにおいて最高のサービスと快適な空間を得られます。このサービス内容からすれば、決してコストは高くありません。

非常に格式が高く、現在でも伝統を重んじる素晴らしいホテルだと思います。外観も古いなりに赴きがあり、内装はエントランスはもちろんのことエレベーターに至るまで高級感と清潔感に満ち溢れてました。部屋も細部までいきとどいてました。 こちらに宿泊する度に思うのですが、日本のホテルのような誰でもどんな格好でも出入り出来るというホテルでは決してなく、たまにはオシャレをして泊まりに来るという良い緊張感が味わえる場所です。 また、来客があったのでアフタヌーンティーをしに行ったところ、スーツではありましたが、ついネクタイをせずにいたところ、「部屋まで戻ってタイを取って来るなら席を用意しておきます。」と言われました。御尤もと納得しました。 束の間の贅沢の場として、今後も利用したいと思う。
