The bed was comfortable. Sheets, pillows, comforter seemed clean. Staff member(s) were friendly. Was very quiet compared to many hotels we have stayed at. The sofa had many stains on it, enough that we did not want to sit on it. My wife walked on the floor with her bare feet and said it was sticky. Several things were broken, but not to the extent of not being usable.

HVAC unit cycled every 20 minutes for 30 sec all nite! Room was very cold, sheets very rough, worst pillows I have ever slept upon. No one bad thing, just was unimpressed.

The tub in our room was still dirty. We found out later it was because the drain was partially clogged. When we left to go sightseeing the first morning, we were greeted by the housekeepers in the hall & they asked if there was anything special we needed. We asked that the tub drain be fixed. When we got back that evening, nothing in our room had been cleaned, the drain wasn't fixed & the coffee supplies had not been replenished. We didn't realize we had to ask for maid service!!!

The hotel had great potential and at the moment it was under construction, way different from Wyndham hotels but for what I paid not worth it. Rust in the door screws loose, lamp not functional over all just was not satisfied.

Very courteous and friendly staff, large room, comfortable. No complaints, very happy, would stay again.

The couch had stains on it. The tubs had rust in them, and the breakfast was less than desirable. But you get what you pay for.

Everything was great with the motel very clean! Services was excellent, the only thing that could be updated, was the older style CRT TV to a newer model it kind of hummed and buzzed a few times, very comfortable king bed and bathroom excellent condition..

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a nice place. The room was great and service was good for the most part. However, The amenities list a hot tub and, since it was our honeymoon and we were kids-free, that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Their hot tub was closed though and when we asked about it we were told that they were taking it out and would not be getting a new one. The lady was very rude with us when we asked about it. That experience made me question whether or not to stay there again.

This hotel was right off the freeway which was why we chose it on our way through town. But it was pretty grungy, our room had mysterious red spots on the wall, and you could tell it needed some cleaning TLC. But the staff was fine and it served the purpose we needed it to.

Breakfast was so-so, but everything else was great. I would stay there again. Location is convenient to west side of St. Louis and reasonably close to the airport without the noise. Staff was courtious and helpful.

It was a very good hotel. I rated it a little bit lower because I did not receive my wake up call and the sofa bed was not comfortable. The hotel and all other services were very good. I would stay there again.

We stay here all the time for park and fly. The staff are always prompt and friendly, we've never missed a flight. The hotel is clean. We take early flights so can't comment on breakfast or work out facility.

Breakfast in morning was nonexistent after 9am..2 pieces of sausage..nasty eggs..no fruit..pull out couch had stains on it

We stayed here one night. We wanted a hotel with an indoor pool and this one fit the bill. Pricing was just right and room was very comfortable. The pool was heated and was enjoyed by us. The hot tub was out of order at the time but not a problem for us. Nice exercise room as well just off the pool area. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast with waffles, eggs and sausage provided as well.

It was a pretty good stay but the internet was very inconsistant. Located right next to a gas stattion which made it easy to fuel my rental car.

The website advertised flat screen TV's which the rooms did not have. The universal remote did not operate the TV so I had to constantly get up and down.The telephone in the room did not work and had to be replaced.

Didnt stay long but great experience!

Clean and quite with a good breakfast

The rooms of this well maintained hotel were clean and the amenities were all that we wanted. Quality of service was outstanding. We had requested two adjoining rooms for four adults and one infant. Knowing that adjoining rooms are not guarenteed, we arrived as early as possible, in mid afternoon. One of the first adjoining rooms had a slight smoke smell in it, which would have been doable for us but not the infant. The manager was understanding, bent over backwards for us, and we were very satisfied with the result.

service was really nice, unfortunately the pool was not heated jacuzzi broken, heater squealed all night the bathroom light went out middle of night I am sure they would of fixed it and we told them about the few things that had problems. they had a nice lay out for breakfast the Microwave fridge combo coffee maker was nice to have .For the price it was fine.

Jacuzzi was out. Wifi did not work in our room, front desk said our room was too far from the signal. AC/heat unit - fan had a continuous squeak. Not the best... Pool was nice though.

toilet would not flush well at all. Bath Tub was Scratched badly in middle of tub. Both of these issues are nerve benders for me. The person behind the check in desk was not friendly at all. Has no time for customers, you feel. My charge card has been over charged by $30 or more.

Everything was good except at night we like the room to be dark, the front spotlights are so bright and directed up that they light up the room to much for us. We will try again but will stay in a room on other side.

We were in the area for a concert at Family Arena, and chose this hotel because of shopping and dining options nearby as well as distance to the arena. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient at checking us in. Our room was clean, well arranged, and comfy. The pool area and weight room were nice and easily accessible. There was a nice variety available for breakfast, and the dining area was clean and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay again.

It was all okay. The tv was old & hardly worked. Even though we weren't there for tv, when we have down time it would be nice if it was much better. The bathroom, even though clean, was very outdated. But if course, cleanliness is most important!

We have stayed here several times and appreciate the location. My only complaint this time was with the WIFI access. I was having trouble logging in to the hotel's wifi and when I called the front desk to inquire if they were having a problem I was told that our room was on the edge of their wifi and I was welcome to come to the lobby to use it. I found this annoying since it would have even very easy for them to move us to another room because the hotel was far from being full.

The stay was satisfactory, with the exception of the in room heater not working, wouldn't have been bad if it wasn't in the low 30's outside. The worst part was that when I notified the front desk the next morning (I did not notify them that night because it was late and we did not to swith rooms after getting ready for bed andunpacking for the next day), the lady at the front desk was unsympothetic and her reply was "I'll tell my maintenance people." Would have given all 4's if it wasn't for this.

Very nice, bed was a little hard but comfy. Breakfast was very good.

Totally satisfied with our stay at the Wingate. Close to everything, easy to find, great staff, clean, roomy, comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when passing through St. Louis.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wingate. The staff was very welcoming and the food was really good. We were impressed. Thank you for your hospitality and great staff.

My wife&i were totally disappointed this time w/our stay at Wingate/Maryland Heights,MO. Our reservation was not honored as book months n advance & it was totally full w/no other rooms available at da time of our arrival. The room they had for us a/c unit didn't wrk, the hotel had breaker box issues. We've stayed at this location b 4 on da same annual event 2 yrs previously & last year& this year is when their service went down. We r Wyndham reward members& this location is poor representation of the top quality service we have received in using Wyndham facilities.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was more than willing to help on any questions we had. The morning breakfast buffet is open until 10 a.m. and provides many options.
