Hilton Garden Inn Folsom - فولسوم

We love to stay in this hotel when we are in Folsom which is about three or four times a year. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. When we take advantage of the breakfast, we have found that it is the best we have ever had at a hotel. Thank you so much.

Excellent stay. Great location! Nice clean room!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The concierge was very courteous.We were in Folsom to see a performance at the Folsom Lake College and the hotel was a short drive from there. The rates were also very reasonable. There is a restaurant by the lobby, which was not the best, but the waitress was very friendly. Anyway, there are lots of restaurants nearby so it was no big deal. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed being close to the LDS Temple. In fact we could see the spire from our window. We also enjoyed Old Folsom.

We had a meeting about a mile away and this location was perfect. They had breakfast and wifi which was perfect for the business traveler with a iron and board in the room. Overall the stay was great and would stay there again.

Linens weren't good guality. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

I was very pleased with this hotel in all aspects.

We had stayed in here in the past and been quite happy with the breakfast and the hotel, but this last stay led me to believe their maintenance department is a little lacking. The rooms feature these gimmicky beds where you can select the level of firmness or softness on each side. The first room we stayed in, the bed on one side was lower than the other. Basically, 1/2 the bed was about 2 inches lower on one side than the other. It was a little weird, so we switched rooms. After that, everything was fine except the room had a funny smell. The service was great and they were very accommodating when we wanted to switch.

Hotel was a great place to stay with my 2 girls ...no more looking for a hotel to stay in Folsom going back everybody very helpfull ,,,,,,,,,wish i could go every month and see my husband if $$ would go down (dont get me wrong price is good but not if i want to go every month) if the manager would only give me a lower price im there ,,,,,,,,,I LOVED THIS HOTEL

The hotel was centrally located near restaurants and shopping. We were going hot air ballooning and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. Food was delicious and they had cookies and hot tea and coffee all day. Rooms were clean and included a microwave and refrigerator for convenience. Additionally, the bed was quite comfortable.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite, and very personable. The fresh coffee in the morning was great and there seemed to be quite a concerted effort to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible. The only drawbacks were that the air conditioning units were extremely loud, and the beds were a little too soft for my liking, but overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was also easy to find from the freeway and very centrally located.

My husband and I ahve stayed at this hotel twice and both times we have received the greatest customer service....We also loved our room. The price isn't bad either for the quality of service received. Affordable for us.

We stayed for a business meeting but would go back for pleasure as the location is across from an outlet mall and want to go back to spend time in Old Folsom downtown.

The hotel was comfortable and located close to all the services we wanted. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Twice a year I am in this area for business and I always stay here. The rooms are always very clean and I love the breakfast they have downstairs in the lobby. In addition, it is right across the street from some great shopping outlet stores!

Nice clean rooms with friendly service. The pool as heated as promised and the spa was very warm. The fitness room was clean. The in room guide provided some nice ideas on what to see in Folsom.

Our second stay at the Garden Inn was very comfortable. I wish we had more time to stay longer. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. I slept better than at home.

As always, our stay was very pleasant. Staff is very friendly and readily available to assist and/or answer questions at any time. The breakfast is always one of our favorites and very cost effective for what is served. This place is conveniently located to many restaurants including the Outlet Mall directly across the street. We will definitely be back again.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk were very helpful and told us all what was offered. There were lots of resturants in the area because it is by the outlet mall. But they also had a resturant in the lobby plus a snack and necessities shop. Over all love the place and will be staying there on all my trips to Folsom in the future.

Good location but hotel was awfully noisey that weekend. Couldn't sleep due to all the noise. I had prepaid for our rooms (2 full size beds) but when we checked in, we were told they gave our rooms away (rooms aren't guaranteed) becaue they overbooked it. Ummm...whose fault is that? Anyway, we were given a full size bed and a pull out sofa. That would have been okay if it was only me and my husband traveling but we had my 77 year old mother-in-law with us. Needless to say I was an unhappy camper. What was even more annoying is that we always patronized this hotel yet they still gave our rooms away. I will not patronize them anymore. Funny, they have a "sister" hotel in Roseville and when we show up there, the staff recognizes us and knows who we are but at this hotel, we are still strangers to them and I guess we always will be because we will NOT be staying there ever again!

What a great room for the Memorial Day Weekend. We just needed one night to attend a friend's grad party. Our room was clean, up to date, the bed linens were all new, clean, comfortable. The furnishings were also up to date: flat screen TV, clock radio, coffee, fridge, large closet. Lots of space to lay out my toletries in the bathroom. It was similar to a regular room at the Park 55 in SF, just a tad smaller. It was a nice surprise to find quality at that price and on that date.

The hotel was clean and had a very friendly atmosphere. It was a fine place to stay - no frills but clean and a decent place off the highway.

It was a comfortable hotel for the CA International Marathon. Also right next to an Outlet shopping mall, which is great for holiday shopping.

Out of all the Hilton hotels I've stayed in, this is THE BEST!!!! COMPLIMENTARY Internet and the shopping OUTLET is literally across the street. What more can a lady ask for :-)
