The Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino - لاس فيجاس

بمجرد وصولنا لاحظنا أن أكواب الغرفة عليها بصمات شفاه...هذا شيء مقرف. كنا نحاول أيضا أن نستحم قبل أن نقوم بحجوزات العشاء و لكن لم يوجد ماء ساخن. أخبرتنا موظفة الإستقبال أنها سترسل شخصا في الحال. اتصلت مرة أخرى بعد مرور 30 دقيقة لأسال امكانية إعطائنا غرفة أخرى سريعا حتى نستطيع الإستحمام,فقالت هناك شخص سيأتى الآن. و بما أننا لا يوجد لدينا الوقت الكافى سألناها مرة أخرى بإحترام و لكنها قالت أنهم لم يفعلوا ذلك و بالطبع استحممنا فورا بالماء البارد. كانت منطقة حوض السباحة و اللياقة البدنية رائعة و حجم الغرفة كذلك رائع.

لقد كانت تجربتى فريدة و لكن هناك استثناء واحد. ماهو تبريرك لدفع 25 دولار في الليلة من أجل المناشف الخ. إن هذا سخيف تماما. هذه التجهيزات يجب أن تكون جزءا من كل غرفة,فإذا كنت ستسرق الناس بهذه التكاليف فعلى الأقل كن محترما وأخبر عملائك مسبقا.

كانت الإقامة سعيدة و استطعنا الإسترخاء بسهولة و كان هذا حقا تغيير رائع....تجهيزات الإقامة كانت مريحة و عروض العشاء و التسوق أيضا مدهشين.

كل شيء في الغرفة كان ممتازا وخاليا من العيوب. و الخدمة قدمت بكفاءة و كياسة. لا أستطيع الإنتظار حتى أعود مرة أخرى.

إن فندق فنشن رائع و لكننى صدمت من معاملة خادمات الفندق. لم يتم امدادنا بصابون أو شامبو إضافي من أجل إقامتنا في الليلة الثانية و الغرفة لم يتم تنظيفها جيدا. لم انبهر بخادم الفندق لدى وصولنا عند مقارنته مع الفنادق الأخرى. مرة أخرى عندما غادرنا أخبر الخادم صديقي أن ينتظر بالسيارة بعيدا عن الفندق لأننى لم أخرج من الفندق بعد, و كانت فترة الإنتظار10 دقائق فقط. لقد أقمنا في فنادق كثيرة ذات المستوى العالي و لكننا لم نشعربالعامل الرائع الذي يجب أن يكون في هذا المكان.

Exquisite in all of it’s appointments. Superb service, friendly staff, and great overall experience. Worth every penny!!

We had an amazing stay. The area is located right downtown and we had plenty of help. With shopping areas inside we couldn't go wrong. The only issue I had was upon checkout when a few had picked up items off of the sensor bar which automatically charged us. However the staff took those charges off after we told them no item was eaten or used. All in all I will definitely return again.

Had a blast.

Stunning hotel, 1 of the best on the strip as far as I'm concerned. The room was impressive size and perhaps a little more than I needed but who cares, picked up for a good rate midweek. Would recommend the hotel without question, the room...not necessary but if you can go for it, it's Vegas!

First time to Las Vegas...Venetian was first class...clean, friendly, didn't have to leave the resort for anything! Worth the money and a def in going back there!!

excelent, would like to stay again.please be always carefull with the smell of cigarette smoking. stayed in room 7-331 which I thought was non smoking, but smelled cigarrete smke while walking in the hallway (somebody was smoking in one of the rooms)

As perfect as can be! Early check-in. Close to everything. Bus line runs out front. Great in-house restaurants and fresh squeezed orange juice in Cafe Lux.

We had a very bad experience. Room keys were not working so we had to go up and down everytime to the the front to get the keys. The housekeeping lady left the cleaning rags in bathroom. We were given wrong information regarding shuttle service from airport to hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyable... Beautifully appointed and maintained... A total Class Act!

i enjoyed my stay until i check my account and the venetian had applied an amount of 60.38 to my credit card without informing me. I call to ask what the charged was for, i was informed that it was a surcharge because wireless and the spa was available to me. I didn't use the spa or the wireless service . i should have been told this at check out. I have stayed at the Venetian 7 times in the last 7 years and was never charged a surcharge. Very disappointing.

Venetian was the most beautiful hotel I've stayed at in Vegas!

This was a stunning hotel on the Strip! We booked last minute and got our room/suite for 1/2 price! No view but room was elegant and didn't spend a lot of time in the room. There was no buffet like the other hotels so if this is your thing you can easily walk to another hotel. The pool area was very beautiful as well. Did not know about the sensored tray of treats, but called down and they did not charge us. Enjoyed our time at this hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We LOVED our room! It was clean, HUGE, classy, well decorated, comfortable, bed was awesome, etc. Then, we meandered our way out of the room and into the confusion maze. The signs throughout the hotel was so poorly placed that we wished we had a GPS to get us back to our room. I tried to find the Sephora store and it was NOT where the sign told you to go! It became a hilarious adventure! Needless to say, the restaurants we ate at were OVERPRICED and hardly anything to brag about. Maria Bartali's "Pizzeria" was a disaster...the pizza was made with tomato soup...I'm not joking. All of our friends tried it and were shocked. The spaghetti was NOT cooked...we must be from another region where our spaghetti isn't chewy. We were told that all of their pasta was freshly made, but we knew someone was serving us some "crud". We ate at Tommy's Hamburgers and paid $60 for 4 people to have greasy hamburgers....yes, $60 for hamburgers. Overall, we loved the room, but are looking elsewhere to another hotel where it is less frustrating to get around and that has decently priced, tasteful food.

As always great hotel, room and service. The spa and fitness facilities are the best in Vegas.

It was a family vacation and everyone in the family loved the room, the restaurants there and the casino. We will definitely be going back.

Awesome hotel, great amenities, awesome staff

very disappointed to have suite at end of corridor which overlooked a storage area of junked/broken sun lounges piled up in a great heap the size of three cars. To add to displeasure we passed numerous groups of very young people, some who we were aware were just staying one night, in all rooms prior to ours right at the end. Spoke with reception after 2nd night and told me they were sorry but we should have paid $45 a night to upgrade, my response was that as we were staying 3 nights we should bave been better accommodated.

I enjoyed it very much though I felt wifi should have been included in the price instead of charging an extra $25 per night.

Walking into the hotel, you're sure to be amazed by art surrounding all the walls. The artwork js absolutely beautiful and breath taking. The employees are kind and helpful and some speak different languages in case you don't speak english. The rooms are clean and always stocked with towels and everything you need. The hotel itself is beautiful and the stores are open till late. The club The Act was very interesting and fun. It's a great place to hangout and drink at.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and courteous and the hotel is top notch. The room was beyond my expectations!

Everything was fine until some type of college event was being held at the hotel. The place was overrun with the most obnoxious, rudest and inconsiderate college students I have ever been around. The next time I stay at the Venetian I will make sure no college event will be held there at the same time.

Not my type of hotel.... I would liked to be next door at the pallazo.... Internet connection and strength was very bad...

No microwave nor fridge in the room. Lighting horrible. Room size is great!

I left my new purse after checking out at hotel and Lost & Found Dept. found it, they arranged to return it to me. I am verry happy with their service.
