Hilton Garden Inn Beaverton - بيفيرتون

We came to Beaverton to go to Nike so the hotel was very close but the actual building was difficult to get since there were few signs and there was no access from the surrounding business buildings. Overall very nice stay, clean and friendly staff.

Great location, rooms are clean and beds are comfy. It's are go to hotel when visiting family in and around Portland.

This hotel is amazing. Great service by the staff. If I am in Beaverton again, Hilton Garden Inn is the way to go.

Comfortable

Great alternative to staying in downtown Portland, if you rent a car and are mobile. Nice suburban setting. Lots of free parking and free Wi-Fi access. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast at reasonable cost. Easy access to freeways, and downtown by car. Recommended.

Very good. Staff was very friendly.

My family was treated horribly by staff and the room was not ready when we arrive at 5PM and check in is at 3PM according to the Hotel. Room smelled bad. Staff was unfriendly. Never again will we stay at any Hilton related Hotels. We always stayed at Hilton and Double Tree in the past and never had a complaint but this place is degrading.

The pool and spa were down the first day I arrived. I only knew because I asked when I came to lobby. On the last day I found out it was open. I wish I had known how long it was going to be in maintenance so I could have taken more advantage of the hot tub and pool. Very nice once I did get to use it.

This is the best place to stay if you don't want to spend so much, but at time same time looking for a comfortable and affordable stay close to downtown Portland. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Our bed was extremely comfortable with adjustable pressure switch. Tall trees shade the morning sun, adding a touch of nature. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I recently stayed with the Hilton Garden Inn at Beaverton. When we arrived late (which we notified the front desk earlier that we would be coming in late), they gave us the keys, we were almost ready to open the door when the front desk woman came running up saying they switched us to another room. When we got to that room, it was saturated with the odor of burnt popcorn, the window was open so we knew the hotel knew the odor was present. We thought we would get used to the stench but it was bad. The next day (since we got in late), we let them know and they said they would send someone up with some spray.... we we got back and it seemed to be worse, we then went and got our own spray deoderizer (Frabreeze) and sprayed the room which helped. The question I raise is, WHY would the front desk put paying customers in a room they knew had a smell of burnt popcorn. Just because of that I will probably go stay at your competitor any time I am in need of a hotel room and will not recommend your hotel to others. And that's why I am posting here, so others may choose to go elsewhere as well. I have stayed at the Garden inns on previous occasions with good results but this time was one of the most unpleasant stays I have had. Please make sure they don't do that to other paying customers and I hope the policy of "Make it right" policy stands where if my stay was not a good one the company would make it right.

The staff was great and we liked the room. The matrices could have been a little more comfortable and we only had enough coffee for one but overall it was a great stay.

Hotels.com website said they have bassinet/crib, when I asked about getting one the guy at the front desk was rude and said they don't have cribs. Then the next morning room service knocked on our door four different times while the do not disturb sign was hanging on our door. Will never stay at Hilton's again this is the second one we have had a terrible experience at!

The hotel seemed nice until we turned down the sheets and found blood on the sheets. I called down to font desks and was told I had to come down and get my own sheets and change my own bed. Not happy with customer service.

The Hilton Garden Inn- Beaverton is a fine hotel. I appreciate the loan of workout equipment I could use in the room and other extras provided.

They have wonderful lemon water in the lobby.

the location was great close to the shoping malls and eating places.Its a beautiful location;the hotel is absolutely clean; the set up the decor is very good and welcoming; the staff are very loving and friendly the really love their job;the room was well lit with good furniture there were glass cups and glassses the coffee maker and micro wave was spotlessly clean there were plenty of tea bags sugar and cream.Each time we went out the staff would print out the directions for going to the place and the

Almost everything about this hotel was great. The room was clean and modern, even included a small fridge and microwave. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy - check-out could be done from your room on the phone. They even offer exercise equipment that you can check out and use in your room. The only problem that we had was that neither my wife nor I slept well. The bed was comfortable enough - it even had an adjustment for firmness (although I could not feel any difference from one extreme to the other in the settings). The problem, I think, was temperature. The bed had a sheet and a very nice, plush comforter for covers. My wife and I prefer a cool room to sleep in, so we opened the window to cool the room down (the air-conditioning appeared to be disabled, being that it was December). The room was comfortably cool, but using the comforter was too warm, and using only the sheet was not enough. Consequently, we tossed and turned all night. If we had stayed more than one night, I'm sure that we would have figured out a solution to the problem and enjoyed our stay much more.

Very nice people, clean and comfortable room, great service and all the things you'd expect from a high quality hotel. My only problem was the noise from a very large group of kids on my floor.

Nice hotel reasonably priced, very nice clean room and near all shopping and close to acouple of nice gyms, if you like getting a good workout, "Edge" gym is the best. small bar, bartender not to knowledgeable. Bed's not as comfortable as I thought they would be.

Good hotel with great access to Tanasbourne Shooping Mall on Black Friday.

Looking for a comfortable and attractive hotel with easy access to Portland and surrounding areas? The Hilton Garden Inn fit the bill. The price was very reasonable. The room was very comfortable and clean. Plus the restaurant in the lobby was handy! These accommodations made my Thanksgiving visit with family and friends easy.

the perfect place to stay. staff was always friendly and helpful. enjoyed the 24/7 coffee/tea table. room was perfect. only suggestion, provide a continental breakfast. i was there for 4 days and to pay for the buffet breakfast wasn't a option but a continental breakfast would have been convenient and helpful.

Wonderful hotel & location; great price; we couldn't believe it was only 3 stars.

Nice location for access to major roads to go anywhere in greater Portland metro area. Friendly staff, quiet location. Room had still not been cleaned by 4:00pm after our first night, and we were to tired to wait longer, so room wasn't cleaned for 2 days. Otherwise, nice place to stay near Portland.

The cons: We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a roll away bed. When we got to then hotel the front desk person that we talked to said that the room we reserved was unavailiable. Instead, she told us we could have a room with a king bed, a fold out couch and a roll away. However the catch was we could only have it for 2 nights out of our 3 night stay... After that we would have to go into a room with 2 queens only and our 5th person would be without sleeping accommodations since the hotel was full. We accepted the room offered to us since we were tired from driving over 10 hours from California. At the time this employee was not very helpful and seemed put out that we kept questioning her. When we spoke again regarding our room situation (the morning of the day we were either supposed to move in to the dual queen room) they told us it was fine for us to stay in the room we were already in. Although the outcome was fine, this whole debacle left us with an unfavorable feeling towards the front desk staff. Also, several requests to have the room serviced were also unheeded. When we asked to have the sheets on the pull out bed changed (it had crumbs and other debris on it) the front desk told us that they would have to charge us for it. Needless to say we had just checked in, it should have already been cleaned. They brought us new sheets for it but we had to change it ourselves. The pros: The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff there was helpful and professional.

Unexciting suburban location but hotel offers a lot for the price. Large clean rooms and great adjustable beds.
