Had pool with spa

Everything about this hotel was great for me and the reason for the lower overall rating was the bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I didn't get any sleep. This was a totally no smoking hotel however someone was burning some very pungent strong incense that would take your breath away the moment you stepped out of your room door. Fortunately the ventilation in the room kept the smell out. I think someone was smoking and using the incense to cover it up. I mentioned this to the desk clerk and was told they would check it out. Great hotel but if you need a bed a little less than rock hard take a memory form topper with you

If you need a crib, take your own bedding. Crib bedding is not washed between users. Would have been a problem if we were not traveling with our own bedding.

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel close to downtown Denver, and was scared off by the reviews of some of the hotels in other areas. It looked like Glendale was a safe area, and with the special they were having, this seemed to be the best deal. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was very friendly.

The service s exceptional, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is the best. The TV needs some updating for picture quality but nothing is perfect. The carpet in front of the elevators needs stretching also. My wife and I will stay no other place.

Location of the Hotel was favorable to the venues. The Hotel's amenities were available as promised. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. I would recommend to others.

We have stayed at other Hampton Inn's but this one seemed a bit tired. Cold shower, running toilet, shower curtain too short, no thanks.

after booking the hotel online we were under the impression that there was a Jacuzzi in our room. there most certainly was not.. and when we went down to ask the front desk they said " well, all of our rooms with Jacuzzi are booked." they didn't try to solve the problem at all nor apologize. it was slightly upsetting.

The staff was super friendly! We would stay there again.

Great place to stay in the Cherry Creek area. Everything is close that you may need, and plenty of nice resturants.

I was very pleased during my stay here. Great price, helpful staff, nice comfortable room, good continental breakfast and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again!

Not the best hotel in the area. We were given a handicap suite. We requested a room. It was overpriced and very out dated. Bed was fine but the furniture was worn out. I requested a better chair to watch the Nebraska football game and never heard a word from them. It was right next door to the Mercedes dealership so that was very handy for us as that was out destination. Will try Hotel.com again but will check the actual accomodations better.

Picked this hotel because it was near University of Denver. I usually consider Hampton Inn hotels a step above others in their class but, this one was not as nice. It was clean and the beds were comfy. But, the shower curtain was too skinny for the stall, the towels were way past fluffy, the hall carpet was worn, and in general it was in need of an update. There were no major concerns, but it just wasn't wonderful. The location was convenient if you have a car.

the front desk service was great, our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was nice and close to many shopping & dinning options

Had a very nice stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Huge whirlpool...big enough for my granddaughter to swim in because the pool was too cold for her. Only complaint would be the pool was too cold.

The free breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel before. Lots of hot items, not just carbs, fresh fruit, great coffee. Room was clean, comfy beds, quiet, lobby was open and nice. Only complaint was that the pool and hottub were closed when we stayed, which was one of the reasons I picked the place. It was still a great place to stay.

Stayed in the hotel for one night in connection with a business trip. Good practical hotel with free internet for multiple devices. Good functional and spacious room. Good breakfast. Great service from reception.

Nice hotel, but A/C was noisy. Staff said they are getting ready for an update. Good breakfast.

Hotel was very nice and great location for my stay. We were there 5 nights and only problems i ran into was with the shower could not get hot water unless you also turned on the sink water. and one day we left the hotel at 7am and returned at 3 pm and housekeeping never came to our room ??

Overall the hotel is super clean and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good (and free!) We did have to have a pack and play for our baby which made the room super cramped but other than that no complaints. Everything was clean and quiet.

A little far outside downtown Denver which was where I wanted to be, ideally. But for the money, the hotel was great. The room was meticulous and was nice to go back to after a long evening on the town.

I was very pleased with the staff, my stay at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the hallways were very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in the Denver area.

This Hampton Inn is on a highway near a number of restaurants and shops, so it's great for that reason though not the sort of place for a stroll. It's about 15 minutes from City Park, which is the neighborhood we wanted to be near. They have kitchen facilities in the room and a laundromat downstairs, so it's good for a longer stay if you can afford it.

Great location and very nice staff.

This hotel was very nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Truly service oriented. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the "little perks". I will stay here again and check out other Hampton properties.

Hotel was easy to find, great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Desk clerk very friendly. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is the breakfast. The items offered were very nice, waffles, breakfast bagels, cereal, donuts, french toast. However the area was very crowded and they kept running out of food items, with long waits, one waffle maker was down, which made the wait for waffles twice as long and the batter was very thick, had to end up dipping cup into canister to get enough batter. 2 of the workers went on brake to leave 1 attendant at the busiest time.

Couldn't have been happier. Had thought about staying in other areas but this worked out perfectly. Large comfortable room, walkable neighborhood, good breakfast. No downside from me.

Hotel staff were all extraordinary. Great place to stay.

Well maintained, no frill hotel suite; adequete free breakfast. Very conveniet location for us with family less than a mile away, but otherwise not much else nearby, unless you have a craving to visit Home Depot which is across the streep. Very convenient to I 25; 10" drive to Cherry Creek

I was very impressed with the Hotel. My room was clean and well taken care of. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Yoy had a nice selection of food. The people at the desk were very helpful and courtesy. I definitely would stay at your hotel again.

I was very delighted with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn. The bed was extreemly comfortable, the breakfast offered was wonderful and the staff was very helpful! Close to the Denver Zoo and Natural History Museum. Perfect for what I needed!

Close to cherry creek mall and downtown. Hotel service is good and rooms rare clean. Our sink wasn't draining properly the night we arrived, so they fixed it the next morning. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
