Our stay is always great! Staff are tremendous, both at desk and at at restaurant. Our only complaint is always the air conditioner. Very loud and blows right on the desk chair. Everything else is great!

The hotel looks good, and the service staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin and the beds are about as comfortable as sleeping on a pile of cardboard. I have stayed in other Hilton Garden Inns and they have been just fine...not sure what happened with this one.

The rooms with double beds are small. Other than that everything was great

Convenient location close to freeways. Easy trip into downtown area or arena. Good restaurants nearby.

The Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento was a comfortable hotel. The breakfast was the same fast food, large prep meals you would get at any other hotel for Free. The bed felt as if you were laying on a piece of foam on ply wood, i think it was just worn out. The "Guarantee" was posted everywhere but since I paid through Hotels.Com, I doubted their commitment to not charge me for the poor quality bed. The appearance, cleanliness of the hotel and our room was excellent and quiet neighborhood was very nice and the staff was attentive and friendly.

The hotel was what we've come to expect from HIlton....most of the time quiet and comfortable ..no complaints.

Spent valentine's day weekend here with my boyfriend and we had a great time. There were probably a couple of complaints from our room because of the noise but we didnt care. My bf and I are long distance and we made sure we had the best weekend. :) Overall, worth the sale price i paid and would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Apart from the difficulty get on the I 5 northbound the stay was fine. I was a liitle surprised that the restaurant and room service stopped well before the published time of 10 pm

It was overall very good. Hotel a little high priced for the area we felt. probably more of a $69/night property.

Very noisy heater. We had to wear earplugs to sleep. Also they put a $50 charge on my Visa for incidentals (which we didn't use) and left in on for 72 hours.

Staff is very helpful here. Clean and up to date. Nothing fancy but consistent quality from Hilton found here. Location looks like a business area but you can run to river walk and be down in Old Sacto in a 3.5 mile run or walk. We enjoyed this.

Great place to stay. Wish gym and pool was open a little bit longer than 10pm. Pastries were on the dry side. My entire family loved it. We will be staying here again. Besides it is hard at times to stay at an Inn, hotel, and or cabins that have wonderful personnel representatives to whom run these places on a daily basis.

I haven't ever been Ignore or spoken down at any Hotel Desk or Check area or from a Hotel Manager In tìll thís (phÍIípìna Rude Lady). I felt like I was part of some wall pìcture that she could not look up at me or show some lIttle customet servíce ,Not ÌNTILL I saíd excuse me can you help me but my horror just had started then she slam the keys on the counter and look down to her computer then I had to ask whìch way to my room or what she responded bottet a gaìn and rudely go around to the elevetors no curtìsey not ever In my lIfe of travel and I have stayed from 5* to motel 6 I been treated so dísrespectfuly , I will never return or recommend this hotel.

Spent two nights based on the reviews of Hotels.com and wasn't disappointed ! Super clean hotel and extremely friendly staff. Modern tasteful upscale hotel-style formal decor in rooms and lobby. The 2-bed room had extra space for chair w/automan and a desk with nice Herman-Miller desk chair. Lots of extra plug outlets on desk lamp for cell phone charging (A+)! Right off Hwy I-5 (starbucks nearby) . A 10 minute drive to airport or downtown Sac. The room was quiet, no freeway noise. The buffet breakfast in the lobby dining room was $13, might sound expensive, but a breakfast in Portland, OR would be the same. Omelets/waffels/pancakes made to order--everything you could want is included in the price. On the recommendation of other reviewers, I requested the second floor. I would definately stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends !

everything was great except for the view out of window. I was so disappointed to know that I paid a lot and we got to stare at the rooftop the whole time. other than that it was great. the bed and pillows were really comfy!!

Modern and clean if uninspired hotel. More suited for a business trip than holiday but all in all we had no complaints.

I have stayed at this hotel previously but not for a while. I came down from the mountains where I live to fly out of Sacramento Airport and it is necessary for me to stay a night at a hotel for early flights. There seem to have been some improvements to the rooms which makes it a better hotel, now, than it was five years ago. It has a nice lobby, excellent and friendly employees (my favorite feature at this hotel this time) and the rooms are comfortable, very clean, nice and obviously updated recently. I could not figure out the new sleep number bed (or whatever it was,) but other than that, it was perfectly fine. I had a little trouble sleeping that night, but I won't blame the hotel for that, as it was quiet and pretty nice. I am not fond of that neighborhood as I had my car broken into at another very nearby hotel (for a one-night stay) - this was my first time back in five years to any of the hotels in that area, there, since that incident, and I guess I was a little nervous about my car. It would be nice if all the hotels in this area had REAL security guards in the parking lots as the surrounding Natomas area does have some problems with crime. The hotel was nice, though!

Quick drive to old Sacramento and downtown. Clean room and common areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, though it does cost.

I do a lot of business traveling on the west coast. The Hilton Garden Inn is always a pleasant stay - no surprises. The restaurant is very good, as well.

The hotel was great. Close to old Sacramento. It was a $14.00 cab ride. The people were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the HGI Sacramento. The rooms were very nice as was the building in general. The location is a little confusing to get to at night. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open but had a good breakfast there at additional cost. We recommend this as a good stop just off the freeway.

I travel quite a bit. The Hilton Garden Inn's are typically very comfortable and have a pretty decent restaurant. This one is no exception. The service was great. There were no surprises or disappointments. The bed was especially comfortable. The only downside, is that the fitness center is quite small.

The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and attentive when I arrived. The room itself was very clean and well stocked with all the stationary and toiletries that one would expect. The Herman Miller desk chair was a nice touch. The linens were spotless and the adjustable mattress was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I was very pleased with my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future.

in room WIFI ! and adjustable beds (soft/firm) so they're super comfortable, great space in the room, super clean hotel, highly recommend... just in a weird spot off the freeway

We asked for a quiet room on the first floor and was given the room straight down the hall from the check in desk. We heard all the check in noise and the maids in the halls quite a lot. It seems a pity that they were giving us this room since the staff told me it would be quiet since there were only 10 people checked in. We didn't want to change rooms after dinner since we were already unpacked but I do feel that the front desk staff should have been more diligent with the room assignment.

The person at the front desk lacked charm, warmth, and personality. The hotel was filled with young people, who were loud right thru the night. The hotel seemed to take the position that loudniess was justifiable over those travels who wished a good nights sleep. I question that decision!!

Bad experience w/ the HVAC not working when it was excessively warm at 3 in the morning.

I was pleased with the location of the Hotel, easy to find and very close to Downtown. There are a lot of choices within 10 min to eat. The room where I stayed had very comfortable bed and chairs, and the desk was great for work.

The hotel was good value for the price and for the location. We wish they could have better coffee though. Both the free coffee at the lobby and the room cofee were very low quality beans.

Lovely room...lovely beds...everything was excellent!

Nice place and great service but the bed in the room was awful. My wife and I both agreed that the "Adjustable" bed was very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Much like sleeping on a picnic table top. Rate was great thanks to Hotels.com.

Very disapointed that you will do not get Credit for the stay with Hilton if you book through Hotels.com!
