Sheraton Delfina - سانتا مونيكا

Great hotel but we were forced to pay $25 for valet parking every night due to free public garage full.

Fitness room is under renovation but you can use the Viceroy Hotel fitness facility at no charge down the street which is within walking distance and is a great alternative.There is construction going on next door of an apartment building which did create a lot of noise during the week especially if your room has an ocean view. Looks like they just started this project .We walked to the mall and the beach which was very close. Be prepared to pay for daily parking because they do not have enough self park spots. Great location. Perfect when construction next door and fitness room is completed.

Loved this hotel. Good food and nice pool area. The ambiance was elegant without being stuffy.

In the ameinties it said there is free parking. Wrong it was firist come firist serve. Then they got you to have to pay for valet parking. I went to the front desk to say "whats up with the false advertising they said there is nothing we could do. Valet or nothing. They just wouldn't budge. No options. If I didn't pre pay though Hotel.com I would have been out of there. Just poor service I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Very disappointed.

Title says it all - the hotel is beautifully decorated, it's close to the beach - but the parking situation is so SO bad. Free lot was full, so the only option was valet ($25 each time). Plan ahead, because the attends are rude and horrible, and it WILL take you 30-45 minutes for them to retrieve your vehicle. Also, saw the attendant driving my car like a d-bag - it's not a rental, I own it, so stop treating my vehicle like one. I would give a qualified recommendation - stay here if you don't have a car, otherwise pay more to go elsewhere.

I stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms. Apparently, I was the first guest to stay there. The TV froze as I was clicking up through the channels. Guy came two separate times to fix it. Didn't work and there were no rooms to move me to. After all is said and done, it's 10:30-11pm by this time with no TV and an evening with maintenance coming in and out. Front desk calls to offer me complimentary wireless for THAT DAY ONLY so that I can watch a movie on my computer that night. Yeah...at 11pm, this was her solution to accommodate me for inconvenience. Weird.

Great staff and great food. My wife was pleased with everything so if momma's happy I'm happy. Also a great location, close to everyplace we wanted to go and close to the beach. I recomend this hotel.

Lobby looked great but fell short after that. No fridge(but 1 was brought in later), no free wifi in room. Great view of the next door apartments run down pool area and rooms.

Close to the beach. Clean and comfortable. I'd stay again.

The Delphina gives a discount in the hotel's restaurant for Starwood members, we did'nt eat in the hotel, but that is a plus. It's a fine hotel, but a little overpriced in comparison to others in the same area and star-rating. Next time we will stay a bit closer to the beach or promanade.

It was needed for me to stay at this location as I had an event that I had to attend closeby. Liked it will reccomend it to others and if in the area again will stay there.

Hotel lobby and Bar are nice. The rooms are a bit outdated.

This hotel is very nice and it is the quality you would expect from Sheraton. However, there is no fridge ($25 extra), and the walls are PAPER thin. I was woken up at 8AM to the vacuum cleaner of housekeeping, two rooms down. Nothing is a secret here. If you dont bring earplugs and you have a neighbor who is just even talking a little bit, forget about sleep. Note: I was staying in a "Cabana Room." so I can't comment on the rooms in the elevator section of the hotel.

Delfina is conveniently situated a stones throw away from the hive of activity. Will definitely recommend this to anyone.

Nice hotel . . . but it should be for the nightly charge we paid. Had I realized what we paid, I might have expected more.

I was already having second thoughts when I saw what the hotel looked like from the outside. However, the interior turned out to be nice. The room was a bit bleak. Everything was fine but I was expecting something better. Hotel is located quite near to many things but the the neighbourhood where it actually is located is not that nice. I feel like I overpaid comparing to what I got.

This is a good location as its near Venice beach etc. and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very nice, however the restaurant waitress was a little grumpy. We didn’t have free internet access, but in the business suite you do and you can print out your boarding passes for free (allowed up to 5 pages of A4 for free). All in all it was a good hotel which we only stayed for one night before flying home. Also one night in LA is enough.

The staff at the hotel is very professional and helpful. The hotel itself is in very good condition and the rooms are clean. Be mindful of the hotel's policy of allowing guests to have dogs in their rooms. We had a dog in the next room that was noisy, especially at night. Because the hotel was full, there was no place to move us. The beds and pillows are from a torture chamber. Use the self-park if you have a car. It is free.

The Staff were extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. The location is not bad at all. A quick 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the shops. Rooms are a bit tired but not enough to complain. The beds are extremely comfortable. The TV worked well as did the air conditioning. The free internet in the iCafe was great and the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive. Room service was lightening fast. All in all. Very happy with the Sheraton Delfina.

Everything was wonderful about my stay, the decoration was tastefully elegant; the employees were lovely; and the location was perfect walk to the beach. My only regret is that I was there for business and had to spend my time in meetings. So I basically ask clients if they could meet me at the hotel. And they did.

This hotel is great if you don't mind walking a bit or driving to other destinations in Santa Monica. The only real issue I had was the following. When my friend asked the valet for a cab, he instead called for a private car to take us no more than 10 minutes away and the driver wanted $25! We were able to negotiate down $5, but I was embarrassed by the situation anyway. The driver was nice enough to offer a ride back when we were done with dinner, but it is totally inappropriate for the valet to do this.

Hotel was stylish and comfortable, beds particularly and rooms spacious. Just 10 minutes walk to main shopping area and about 15 minutes to the beach. Ideal location and great friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

so seamless and the staff was amazing - so friendly and accommodating. would definitely go back. only complaint was the pool side restaurant and food. my chicken wrap was really bland and the waitress was not very good either - she brought out the food for the 2 other people I was with a good 15 minutes before bringing mine out. not a big deal at all but was strange. i will tell my friends about the great experience here. :)

Booked this hotel on-line thinking it would be a special treat to the end of a month of travelling the US staying at various hotels. Complete disappointment. Upon arrival I specifically requested a room with a "pleasant outlook" and was informed all the ocean view rooms were filled however ours overlooked the pool. Our room overlooked the wall of the next door building - more specifically, the noisy air conditioner, complete with cigarette butt on our balcony. From the moment we arrived we felt uncomfortable. Perhaps it was our shabby unkempt look that the staff were unhappy with - they were less than helpful bordering on rude. Observing their attitude to well dressed business men/women was the complete opposite to our treatment. Needless to say, we cancelled the next morning rather than stay a further 3 nights. Would never recommend any Sheraton anywhere after this disastrous experience.

Good hotel, a little bit dated, could do with a make over - but the bed was comfy and the room was a good size.. Location was great, 10 min walk from Santa Monica Pier and very close to the shopping near by.. Consierge was super helpful which made our life easy.

Very nice place and staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice amenity areas, very close to all Santa Monica has to offer! Would definitely stay there again!
