Crowne Plaza Bruges - بروجيه

We are a family of 4 and we reserved a room with 2 double beds in this hotel. We did not come with too many expectations. We know hotels in old cities and usually they have small rooms. On this hotel I was amazed by the room size. It was so big so even my daughter and my son could play in the room without any space problems. The hotel is in one of the central squares, very close to all attractions. Just 2-3 minutes walking from all other squares in Bruges. Great landscape to the main square and many old monuments/building. The beds are very comfortable. Room is very clean. I go to many 4* hotels and I must say that this hotel had the best breakfast of all! and it was also a healthy breakfast - except for many types of meats and cheese, it had high quality smoked salmon, many fruits, many vegetables, plenty of types of granola and other serials, excellent coffee, many fruit juices etc. The internet is really free at high speed with no limits of any kind. The parking cost 21 Euro per day but since we read about it before, we did not mind to pay, especially after we had such a nice stay with the help of the very helpful and professional staff. There is no cheaper parking around. I rate this hotel as 4 and a half stars!

Out of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was the best! The beds were comfy but still more firm than I like. The staff had flowers delivered for my birthday (my husband set it up) so when we walked in, I had flowers on the table. The hotel is within walking distance to everything and the staff was just wonderful! The parking is tight underneath but that's just how it is in Europe;) We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends/family!

Definitely stay here. The city is great and the Crowne Plaza is the perfect way to enjoy it.

hotel is in a great location , My wife was with me this trip she complained there was no hair conditioner I don't have much hair so no problem for me The breakfast is 23e I don't mind spending that on breakfast if its worth it but this wasn't ,I don't know about parking as we arrived by train Everybody speaks English ,don't speak French in Bruges they speak Flemish similar to Dutch Overall a nice hotel and would stay there again G from Canada

Hotel was spot on. Room was very nice and very clean. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the food and the main closed which was a bit disappointing but overall very happy with the hotel.

Everything about this place was wonderful, except that the people at the desk couldn't seem to locate a baggage caddy to move my luggage when we got there. Other than this the place was fantastic! Excellent location, nice ammenities, helpful and knowledgable staff, a pool.... the works. The view out of our window was on to a square with all kinds of amazing architecture. The restaurant served great food. They had their own parking garage to get out of the parking mess around the rest of Bruges. The place was reasonably priced for what we got and I honestly cannot come up with a valid criticism about the place, except for that dolly thing (which was some other guest's fault, not the hotel's, presumably). I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic, only thing missing was a steam room!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The kids were happy with the pool and it was really nice to be in the centre of the city for the Christmas holidays. We especially loved the treat in our room to spray on your pillows for a better sleep - nice touch! Job well done!

This was our 4th stay at the Crowne Plaza in Bruges and the quality of the rooms and service remains high. The only sour note is the cost of breakfast, at €22.75 per person we chose to eat out.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a great location. Close to market and the Canal. Really enjoyed it. Breakfast was way to expensive.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right by the market square. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size. I have only a couple of comments - the rooms were a bit too hot and stuffy and whilst you could change the temperature and open the window, it never got cool enough for a comfortable sleep and the moment you started moving around in the room, you got hot and bothered. We were also woken at 8:00am to the cleaners trying to open our hotel room door! When i asked what she was doing she said "cleaning your room" - i had to ask her to leave and come back when we'd checked out later that morning! It was really nice, but those few things just took the edge off our stay.

Wonderful, staff very friendly, English very good, good location. Breakfast very good a lot of choose.

Our room, although typical smaller European room, was very nice. The bed was so comfortable that after our long overnight flight from the US and train ride from Paris, I could barely bring myself to get out of bed. The hotel was lovely, and the staff very accommodating. The location could not possibly have been better, and a taxi ride to the hotel was easily obtained for 7 euros. Plus, there was no extra charge on my credit card for an international charge since this is a US company. In the future I will definitely look for Crowne Plaza properties when looking for a hotel.

Absolutley fantastic. The staff we're really friendly. The room was so comfortable, we didn't want to leave! Great location, in walking distance from everything. Convenient parking. Recommended.

Lovely hotel for the money,but ripped off by the parking underneath.Other car parks in the centre are half the price,20 € Great location,quiet and only a 250m walk to the main square. But be warned,Brugge is a very expensive city,ie -four individual pizzas and four non alcoholic drinks will cost you £100 in the square,so look to the back streets where the quality is better and the same meal will be around £60.

This hotel really has it all. It's just off the central market square in Bruges. Walking distance to all the sights of Bruges. The rooms are large and spotless. I chose it because of the comments about the beds. After 2 weeks on thin hard mattresses, I wanted a great bed and pillows and the Crown Plaza really delivered on that. The front desk was excellent. Check in and out was quick. Suggestions for restaurants from Marijn turned out great. And for pricey Bruges, the price here was very reasonable. I will be back next June!

Central location. Pleasant, friendly, well-informed staff who all spoke perfect English. Pool, sauna and exercise equipment a bonus. Ideal for a short break.

The hotel is nice, quiet and has very pleasant and comfortable rooms. It is located in the center of Brugge old city, near the city hall and the market square, a superb location! The front desk service was good, friendly and polite. The cleanliness and cleaning services were not perfect but good. With booking via hotels.com we also got good value for money. We will surly return to this hotel and highly recommend it to friends.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, right in the heart of Bruges but on the quieter of the two main squares so not noisy or busy. Everything is as you would expect for a good quality city center hotel; good facilities, well equipped rooms, and good service. The pool and gym are small, as you would expect, but quiet. Parking garage really handy and restaurant available for food & drinks when you want them, although there is so much choice on the door step. I would definitely return.

this hotel was so good. we were so suprised at the price considering how luxurious the hotel was and the staff were very friendly. good location, central and walking distance to everything. the beds were very comfortable and very clean. one of the best hotels i have stayed at.

We only had had a one night booking at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Bruges but I can honestly say that I wish we had had the opportunity to stay longer. I have stopped in many top class hotels around the world and the Crowne Plaza rates as one of the best, the staff could not be more helpful or friendly and the service was second to none. Would I use this hotel again? Undoubtedly without hesitation.

The location is perfectly situated right at a center market. Brugge is easy to get around walking. Very busy shopping areas. Lots of medieval buildings and lots of canals. Romantic, historic, cultural & safe.

Great hotel, lovely location, easy to find and great helpful and friendly staff welcomed us. The room we had was massive, very clean, welcoming. Location of the hotel is perfect, with private parking underneath at a reasonable 22 euros a day and free the next day. We did have a meal at the hotel, which was lovely and good value for money. Would definately stay at this hotel again and would recommend it 110%. Good value for money.

The hotel had much to recommend it but for the price I felt there were a couple of areas that might have been better. The wellness area was small and poorly maintained, the duvets on the queen bed were actually two small single duvets so the sleep was not comfortable and warm and the breakfast was ridiculously highly priced when you could walk across the square for breakfast at a third of the price. On the other hand the location is excellent and staff were helpful and polite.

Hotel and Service outstanding. A little difficult to find when riding in. However, the residents appeared to like the bikes, if maybe not the noise. For us, the importance of keeping the bikes safe and dry was fairly high. The Parking was indeed secure and dry. Perfect location. An excellent bar for the biking crew will be Charlie Rockets, which is less than 5 minutes from the Hotel. Thanks, and in the immortal words of an Austrian Monosyllabic Cyborg ... We'll be back ...

Hotel location/vicinity to main attractions in Brugges was perfect. The accommodation itself was outstanding and made our stay in Brugges most enjoyable

After doing battle with the cyclists , horse and carts and pedestrians on the cobbled streets we found our way in to the car park under the crowne plaza and it could not have been better situated. Perfect location for exploring the Venice of the North!

SHOULD BE A 5-STAR. Perfect location, clean, big room, big comfy beds and pillows, walking distance to everything in the old town, it was the best hotel I've ever stayed in...ever, and I travel about 150 days a year all over the world. Also the INTERNET worked perfectly, and was included in the hotel stay! It's the only place that included it on my entire 23-day european adventure!

Amazing Hotel, great location, clean, great breakfast.. just amazing!! I was travelling with 3 friends for 3 weeks and booked this hotel with one day notice. By far the best one on our trip!! (the only small minus was the old and slow computer to use the internet.) If they upgrade it, then this hotel is perfect!

Rooms modern, clean, good facilities. TV from all over Europe, in eight languages. Staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool smallish but perfectly adequate. Location in town perfect, on the Burg. All for a very reasonable price too!

This hotel is in a great location! Just step out the front door and you are in a square with attractions, and a very short walk to the main square. Loved our stay here!

We were absolutely thrilled to stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel. It was a wonderful Hotel in a beautiful location right in the center of everything. We were abe to walk everywhere and it was never far to go. The Concierge recommended an excellent resturaunt for dinner and was very informative about where to go and what to do. He recommended both the riverboat tour and the horse and carriage tour and both were informative as well as a relaxing way to enjoy the beautiful arcitecture and sites of the city. The Concierge also recommended places to shop for lace and the world famous chocolate, and both were spot on. We didn't have a chance to use the fitness equipment or swimming pool, but both looked more than enough to handle my otherwise daily fitness routine. We got a tremendous deal on the price and would highly recommend staying there again. My family absolutely loved Brugge and when we go back, The Crowne Plaza will be the first place we look to stay.

Hotel could not be in a better location. Everything in Brugge is within a short walk. Staff at the front desk were very helpful with dining suggestions

This hotel shines for its spaciousness, and perhaps the best Sunday breakfast buffet I've ever had in any hotel, ever. The location is excellent, very central and ideal for walks. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall this was exactly what you'd expect from a top class business hotel. Things I appreciated in this hotel: the free wifi and connected Internet; the complementary tea and coffee, and the top floor swimming pool & fitness room which lacks daylight and is small but is still valuable. If you are looking for charm, there are better places for that, but for us, traveling with young children, this was a perfect top-class getaway.

The Crowne Plaza is a perfectly decent 'business-style' hotel right smack-bang in the centre of Bruges. What it lacks in character, it makes up for with the location - the main square is only about a 3 minute walk away. The only complaint we had was that 'family' rooms are only available on smoking floors, and whilst the room itself didnt smell of smoke, the hallway areas really did.
