Crowne Plaza Heidelberg City Centre - هايدلبرغ

Although the hotel was ok - it certainly was not up to the typical standard of the Crowne Plaza. lHotel is older and a bit "worn". The rooms were very small and very standard. I booked my reservation under the assumption that the hotel would meet a minimum standard - which it did not. If you can get a really great deal book it. If not keep looking because any three or four star would offer the same amenities.Oh yeah - read the mini bar info before taking advantage of the service.

This hotel was only 5 min walk to the Old Town and it had all the comforts you would expect of Crowne Plaza. Great customer service and decent bar and restaurant. There is also a park across the street to walk your dog. I would definitely stay there everytime we go to Heidelberg.

The hotel was only 5 minutes from the main station. It was very comfortable, and the rooms were big a quiet. Good quality of linen, shampoos etc, liked the show shine machine. Breakfast was great, excellent location at the edge of the entire CBD, main department store just over the road, and the main street which goes on forever was next to that. The hotel receptionist planned andentire days tour for me, and I completed the lot. The German christmas village and Castle were fantastic. You could not choose a better location for Heidelberg.

Awesome hotel. The only two problems I had were It was impossible to get this hotel's phone number online and the pool is NOT kid friendly. The adult guests do NOT want to hear your children playing in this hotels pool. Other than that, it was awesome. Great service, clean and convenyent.

Stayed 3 nights in September 2011. Good location, around halfway between the main train station and the 'old town', both about 15 mins walk. The hotel is modern, clean, but a typical 'business' hotel, i.e. efficient and expensive, and no character. Could be anywhere in the world... Breakfast was not included in our rate, and would be been very expensive if we'd chosen to eat here - we preferred to walk 2 mins away from the hotel, and eat for a fraction of the cost. If you're on a business trip - this hotel would suit, but for any holiday - suggest you look for somewhere with a bit of soul.

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. Need to be aware that breakfast and parking are not included in the room rate.

The hotel was generally clean and well maintained with exception of mold in the bathroom tile. The location is pretty good (walking distance to the old town and the train station, though we took the tram to the train station). Also, Lufthansa Airport shuttle runs from this hotel to Frankfurt airport. The room had complimentary mineral water, instant cofee, tea, cookies and evening chocolates. Breakfast was good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant (actually, only the bar was open in the evening) was somewhat common (basic American). I liked the decorations and the fact that I can open the window. The only other drawback was the shampoo: While the hotel had fine individually sized lotion and bar soap, the only shampoo available was Dove shampoo/conditioner dispensed from a wall dispenser.

The hotel was one of the more pricy in the area but you get what you pay for. The hotel was 2 blocks form the main street which was extremely convenient. Staff was friend, rooms were clean and comfortable. The room even has a 115V outlet which helped. Downside is that parking and internet are expensive. The hotel restaurant was also convenient and the food was ok (6.5 out of 10). Then again, why eat in the hotel with the main street a couple blocks away. Hotel was also close to the train station (10-15 min walk). Definiltey my place of choice if I return.

Lost count of how many time I have stayed here. But this time was different, with my children and wife in a large club room. Its difficult to get anything better in Heidelberg than Crown Plaza...walking distance from Hauptstrasse, with an excellent neighbourhood with Thai, Indonesian, Chinese and of course biergartens all around it, the ideal place for both business

Hotel was little pricey, money for everything, do not expect any favor from this hotel except "FREE WAKE UP CALL SERVICE". Paid Internet, Paid Breakfast. Good thing, it is in heart of the city, walking distance to everything. 8 out of 10

Very very nice. We had club room access which was a pleasant feature of the hotel. In addition, the hotel is close to the old city and not too far from the castle. The staff was helpful and friendly.

If you are going the Heidelberg for business or pleasure I recommend this hotel. The Marriot does not even compare. This hotel is walking distance to everything. If you purchase the internet it works great. The parking garage is great and the hot tub and pool is very enjoyable

The hotel was in a decent part of town - close to everything; however, parking was a nightmare. Rooms were a little on the small side and TV stations were very limited. The staff was friendly and polite which made up for the accomendations.

A localização é perfeita, numa pequena caminhada vc tem acesso a todos os pontos de interesse. O único ponto negativo na minha opinião é a cobrança pelo uso de Internet no quarto. Realmente inaceitável que um hotel deste nível ainda faça isto. Não deixar de visitar o Caminho do Filósofo pois lá tem-se a mais bela vista da cidade. Vai-se de funicular ao Castelo(que na verdade em grande parte está em ruínas) e dos jardins tem-se também uma vista espetacular. É muito gostoso passear pela Old Bridge e pelo centro antigo. O passeio de barco pelo Rio Neckar com suas eclusas também vale à pena. Ali perto, a uns 30 km se vc estiver de carro não deixe de visitar em Simsheim, o Museum Technik que é realmente imperdível. Além de milhares de carros de todos os tipos e épocas eles tem também em exposição por incrível que pareça, lado a lado um Tupolev e um Concorde onde vc pode inclusive entrar, basta ter pernas para subir as escadas. Não deixe de ir. Vale muito à pena.

Les chambre sont petite contrairement au photos sur le net ,le buffet on se croirez à la cantine d'une école .la cerice sur le gâteau deux jours de parking de l'hôtel qui est payant et quand même 38euro et quelque poussière pfff.

Очень неплохой отель, практически в центре города, но вдали от шумных центральных улиц, вблизи есть прекрасный итальянский ресторан, можно спросить на рецепции они подскажут. Номера удобные, немного не хватало тапочек в номере)) но это так придирки. А так вполне рекомендую, соотношение цена-качество отличные

Hotel in sehr guter Stadtlage, Personal höflich, zuvorkommend und kompetent, Hotelzimmer funktional, bequem und sauber. Hätte perfekt sein können, aber dann das "gemütliche Sonntagsfrühstück": Beide Frühstücksräume hoffnungslos überfüllt, am Buffet 10 Minuten Schlange stehen für eine Scheibe Wurst, dann noch mal 10 Minuten für ein Ei, vom Kaffee ganz zu scheeigen (ein Automat für die ganzen Gäste). Atmosphäre wie an der Autobahnraststätte. Kein schöner Einstieg in den vierten Advent - wir haben dann in der Stadt gefrühstückt. Fazit: Das Hotel ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, wer aber ein gemütlches Frühstück wünscht, ist woandeers besser bereaten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut geeignet, um Heidelberg auch ohne Fahrzeug zu erkunden. Ansonsten ist das Hotel modern und gut ausgestattet, hat sogar ein Schwinnbad und Saunabereich. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und lässt keinen Wunsch offen.

der Zimmerausblick liess einige Wünsche offen. im Zimmer herrschte ein undefinierbarer Geruch (kalter Zigarettenrauch).

Het hotel heeft een goede locatie, de hoofdstraat ligt op korte loopafstand. Het hotel ziet er prima verzorgd uit, de kamers zijn netjes en het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

ビジネスルームプランを選んだが、夫婦がそれぞれのパソコンを利用して部屋でネットが使い放題。しかもホテルのビジネスセンターは、すべての宿泊客に無料で開放されていた。朝食のバイキングも、品数が豊富で３回の食事も飽きなかった。フロントのサービスもよい。部屋でのインターネット・アクセスが分かりにくかったが親切に教えてくれ、かつ対応もよかった。部屋は十分に広く、清掃も完ぺきだった。フランクフルト空港とバスで直結しているのも楽。ホテルに直行バスが来るのだ。レンタサイクルもホテルにあり、ハイデルベルクを十分に楽しめたと思う。

Très bon hôtel que je peux conseiller sans aucun problème. Une seule petite critique le prix du petit déjeuner (22 euros), qui est par ailleurs très bon et qui les vaut, mais cela fait quand même un petit-déjeuner un peu cher.

Das Hotel macht einen netten, gepflegten Eindruck. Unser Hotelzimmer erschien uns nicht allzu gross, aber es war nett und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Queen-Size-Bett, das uns leider zu weich war. Das Zimmer war ruhig, Richtung Innenhof gelegen. Wir können das Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen.

Wir sind Zum Jahreswechsel nach Heidelberg geflüchtet und haben dort wunderschöne Tage verbracht! Neben der Tatsache das Heidelberg wirklich einen Ausflug wert ist, hatte das Crowne Plaza einen grossen Anteil an dieser Empfindung! Der Service und die Freundlichkeit sind super und das Frühstück spielt in einer ganz eigenen Liga! Was uns des weiteren Sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, sind die sehr fairen Preise der hoteleigenen Gastronomie! Keine Spur von den so typischen 5€ Bieren an der Bar und 20€ Schnitzeltellern im Restaurant.... Hier bekommt man was für sein Geld! Rund um eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen mit Sichherheit nochmal wieder!

Rigtigt dejligt hotel med virkeligt flot wellnesområde med fin service. Dog dyr parkering (kælder) og dyr morgenmad.

Belle prestation conforme à la chaîne. Parking facile et spacieux. Belle chambre relativement bien insonorisée. Superbe buffet petit déjeuner. Hôtel très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied. Personnel accueillant et qualifié. Clientèle internationale. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout ceux qui veulent un séjour sans surprise avec un bon niveau de prestation.

Très bon hôtel avec piscine offert pour le séjour dans l'hôtel. C'est vraiment un très bon hotel.
