Everything good about the hotel, except the food was expensive at the restaurent.

The hotel prices was great for being outside of Amsterdam and Holland. Quick walk to train station. Great breakfest and pool. Hotel service spoke English and Dutch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff and breakfast was great.

Staff was excellent. The Hot Tub was a welcoming sight after a long day. Beds were soft. Water pressure could improve. In room wireless internet should be free as well as the Hotel to Airport transport. Decent hotel with excellent staff.

Shuttle to airport for a fee....no problems.

Hotel is 5 min away from Schipol and only 20 minutes for Amsterdam city center. It is extremely clean and the service is really good. Great Restaurant (although prices are pretty high) and a lot of parking spaces. To go there, unless you will be going to and from the airport only, you need to get a car but it is 2 min away from one of the main highways.

This hotel is very convenient if you need to be close to Schipol Airport.

Great stay for our family. Spent one night for layover and had a nice, relaxing. Stay. Great pool for kids!

I get it, hotels charge for internet connections, that I can handle, but a charge of around 30 USD per device, come on is this the 90's. This hotel uses a third party hosting company for your internet access so if you have a phone and a laptop and want both connected then double billing time. Seriously in this day and age, you won't believe how frustrating that is. I thought all crowne plaza's were created the same, we stayed in the one in Rome which included the wireless portion in the room cost. I had the entire families devices connected, kids phones, laptops etc for one single cost. I won't stay here again, room was nice, 7.50 Euro per passenger for the bus back to the airport, free shuttle to the hotel but not back.

Clean Hotel. 5 minute walk to metro/train station. Paid parking in front of hotel with first 2 hours free if you leave within that time frame. Other than the hotel there is not much around for restaurants in the early evening. Nice stay for 1 night.

The hotel is what you would expect from a four star hotel. It was posh, very clean and spacious. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness. It really felt as if they cared. My kids and myself enjoyed the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi after a hard day of sightseeing in Amsterdam. We managed well with the travel into the city with the train. There is a very nice shopping area 10 min. walk away. It was a treat staying at this hotel and it added value to our holiday.

Hotel was within walking distance to Hoopdorf train station which gave easy access into central Amsterdam. Hotel had a nice pool and the kids loved it. Breakfast was very very expensive. Would definitely stay there again.

My two daughters and I arrived at this hotel around 5 pm for a one night stay for international conection. The hotel was located in somewhat of a businness area; however after getting information from the receptionist, found out we were just a 15 minute walk from a great outdoor shopping mall and fabulous restaurants. It was raining at the time, so the hotel offered a shuttle to take us. We had a wonderful dinner at a fancy steak house, but arrived too late for shopping.Stores closed at 6pm. The shuttle picked us up at the time planned and spend the remaining part of the evening in the hotel indoor pool. We had a great night sleep in super comfortable beds. The following morning we had a great breakfast at the hotel (kids are free) and took the hotel shuttle back to the airport (7.50 euro per adult, 3 euro per kid). I certainly would stay there again!!

Wes stayed in this hotel the night before flying out of AMS airport. We arrived at the AMS airport train station and were pleased to find a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. However, when we arrived at the hotel we found out that the shuttle cost 15 Euro per person to get BACK to the airport the next day; so it's only free one-way. Internet/WiFi was also advertised as being free, but it was a 20 Euro charge. The hotel is not close to anything as far as shops or restaurants. We ended up walking 1/3 mile to the Hoofdoorp train station and buying a train ticket into Amsterdam for dinner. We also took the Hoofdoorp train back to AMS airport the next morning to avoid paying the shuttle fee. The hotel is clean, modern, typical Crowne Plaza (somewhat indiscernable from a Crowne Plaza in any other city). Perhaps it would be good for a business meeting but even for a one-night airport layover as tourists we were dissatisfied with the extra fees for everything, the poor location and transportation options, and the staff was not overly helpful.

The hotel is fine--the staff--not really. I've heard staff shout at customers, argue with them & treat them disrespectfully. My last day there I overheard a pilot who was talking to the hotel manager, furious with his treatment the night before while checking in. Restaurant is horrible & way overpriced. Other than one waitress in the restaurant, the wait staff is absolutely dreadful. I witnessed them actually in heated arguments with customers over the quality of service when they were busy one evening. The food takes forever and staff will ignore you unless you chase them down. One evening I waited 1 hour & 15 minutes for someone to take my order. No one would-just went to bed w/o dinner that evening as I was too busy to go out. On a second visit to the restaurant, the only waiter on staff spent 20 minutes counting the till while I sat 15 feet away from him in plain sight--would not serve me--the till had to be counted! Other people regularly complained to the staff about food quality, timing, and inability of people to take their orders. This hotel needs a full up management & staff overhaul.

This hotel was highly organized, very clean, very modern. The room service menu was accessed through the TV. The Bed was very comfortable and spacious. Even though we were only there for one overnight, we enjoyed it very much.

Even though it is out of Amsterdam, it is just a quick train ride to the city. Just ask for directions to the station and ride the train in (~8 euro roundtrip ticket when I went). Train or hotel shuttle can take get you there when you arrive at Schipol Airport, but it is about a 8 min walk so take that into consideration if you have a lot of luggage and want to take the train from the airport when you arrive. Great place!

Vi bodde med våre to døtre på 14 og 15 og sengene var i det smaleste laget for å ligge 2 sammen. Putene var litt for store og harde i tillegg. Ellers alt helt topp. 15 min å gå til et koselig handlesentrum med de fleste motebutikker med rimelige priser.

Hotel met goede service, waar je op elk moment van de dag met de kamersleutel (kaart) kunt parkeren, voordeur kunt openen en naar je kamer kunt. Ideaal als je naar een feestje moet met je gezin.

Jouduin yöpymään tässä hotellissa yhden yön, koska kaupunki oli tupaten täynnä. Hotellikin oli täynnä ja ilmeisesti ylibuukattu. Vastaanoton virkailijat olivat hädissään, ja minulle suotiin lupa viettää hotellissa yksi yö, vaikka majoitus oli jo kokonaan maksettu. Huone oli toki hyvä, mutta niin sen on tuohon hintaan oltavakin. Aamiainen oli maksettava erikseen, ja se oli standardimättöä, ei sen enempää. Hotellin lähellä ei ole mitään nähtävää, ja sinne on hankala mennä. En mene toiste kuin pakon edessä.

Mauvaise impression dès l'entrée. hôtel sale et défraîchi. A l'étage Prefered Guest (5eme) l'odeur dans le couloir est désagréable. Les ascenseurs paraissent plus usagés que l'hôtel... Seule la partie restauration est entrée dans le 21ieme siècle, l'internet à 10€ sur la télévision est inutilisable, la navette aéroport n'est gratuite qu'à l'aller, il vous en coûtera 7.5€ par personne au départ de l'hôtel. Si votre voiture est dans le parking, pensez à demander la solution au moment du check-out, le personnel n'y pensera pas pour vous...

Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell till de som har dålig rygg då sängarna var lika mjuka som att sova på golvet. Trots hotellets "sovgaranti" fick ingen hjälp. Hotellfrukosten kostar en förmögenhet.

Excelente hotel. Queda muy cerca del aeropuerto y tiene el servicio de transporte gratis desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel. Pero no del hotel al aueropuerto, un taxi desde allí hasta el aeropuerto vale aproximadamente 20 euros. O el servicio de transporte del hotel vale 7.50 euros por persona. La estación de tren Hooddfor qeda como a cinco cuadras (500 metros). De allí al centro de la ciudad son 4 estaciones.

the hotel and the rooms are in very good quality, and we can to Ansterdam with the train from the Arena of Ajax train station.

vi havde booket allerede ½ år før og synes at prise var rimelig. da vi ankom, var vi overrasket og lidt i tvivl om det nu kunne passe, det så rigtigt dyrt og lækkert ud. Flot design og super flotte værelser.

Store rom gir god plass for de som reiser med barn. Bassenget er åpent fra tidlig morgen til sent på kveld. Rent, fint og god service.

Rigtigt godt hotel men dyrt med parkering

firmannsrommene var litt for trange, skulle vært mulig å åpne vinduene for lufting. God og rikholdig frokost. Unødvendig å betale 15Euro for parkering i tillegg til hotellprisen!!

God standard, trenger kart for enkelt å finne fram, litt avmålt resepsjonsmottagelse, svært dyr mat i restaurantet og ingen andre steder å spise om kvelden. Ublu pris på frokosten som ikke var inkludert.

Et flott hotell like ved Schipol flyplass. Gratis transport fra flyplassen til hotellet, men koster €7,50 tilbake. Uansett mye billigere enn taxi! Vi var en vennegjeng som skulle delta på et flystevne på Schipol flyplass, så at hotellet lå i umiddelbar nærhet passet perfekt for oss. Flott service, de hotellansatte gjorde virkelig sitt ytterste for å etterkomme våre ønsker og behov. Utrolig god mat i hotellrestauranten!
