busted elevator, noisy/rattling air conditioner. generally a decent hotel but they could "up their game" and work on the maintenance details a bit more.

Very nice......Quiet very comfortable. I will stay there again without hesitation. Not that far from the city .....easy access to I 5 ......... Very nice restaurants within walking distance. Excellent experience for the price.

Older hotel that doesn't the basics, only just though. Have stayed at the hotel a number of occasions but was very disappointed at the last stay when the bar was closed early on a Friday night. They should change from a Hotel to motel.

The overall hotel was nice, but a ways out of Portland... My wife was in town for business, I was just tagging along. So, I had pretty much all day to mess around. We were out of the hotel by 8 am, trying to keep a guy from out of town busy in Beaverton was harder than I thought. Found a couple gun shops and stopped by the Wahington Square Mall, but spent a lot of my time just driving around. I think next time we'll get the Crowne Plaza in Downtown Portland.

Front desk at check in was unfriendly and did not explain a thing about hotel services. Could smell perfume from a previous guest on our bed, not sure if it was the linen or mattress? Nice property but dreadful service and housekeeping.

It was okay...

outdated computers other than that it was prefect.

The hotel is in a great location. Rooms were nice. Bed was not so comfortable. No liners in trash cans. Neighbors were extremely loud. Over all the hotel is nice for the money.

We had a wonderful stay in Crown Plaza, very clean, fast and polite customer service, quiet and great neighborhood , special recommendation to visit Oswego grill across the street from hotel.

My only issue is that they put me in a handicapped room, so facilities were not particularly comfortable, especially the bathroom...and there was noise in the adjoining room (through the connecting door).

Staff graciously changed my room due to incredibly loud freeway noise. Although my new room was on the other side of the hotel, the freeway noise was still disrupting, the heater was very loud and the hollow core doors allowed me to hear everything in the hallway and the room next door, including the shower curtain being opened and closed. I am a heavy sleeper who can catch my zzzz about anywhere, but the two nights of noise in this hotel resulted in little sleep and a very tiring trip.

It was a pleasant stay. Location was great, walking distance to many restaurants. You can tell the rooms are a little older the bath tub needs an update and our sliding glass door was broken but they do keep it nice and clean. I also appreciated that it was not a loud party hotel.

Nice hotel and staff. Very clean room and great amenities. Hot tub, pool and sauna were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Starbucks is right across the street too which was an added bonus!

Was ok no problems just old looking bathrooms and hallways

The staff were inattentive and blase.The room was ok but not worth the price I paid. Location was convenient.

Good deal for this hotel. It was nestled in a quiet location in Lake Oswego not too far away from the freeways. The staff was friendly and prompt with my toilet issue. It wasn't working when we first got there and someone was sent right away to fix it. The restaurant had great food and the price/deposit for a pet was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel!

Very friendly, helpful staff. It's so refreshing to see smiles when you enter the lobby. The room was also very nice, and very clean. It was well worth spending a little extra than I normally do.

Very luxurious and affordable. King size bed was best I've ever slept on in a hotel.

The jacuzzy was dirty. I reported it, but nothing happened. Although I showed pics of issued area. I will never come back to this hotel. I expected a phone call or letter about it.

Very nice hotel. We would stay again. The desk person working Friday, August 31st afternoon, was amazing how well he multi tasked. He is the kind of employee I would always hope to hire.

The staff was exceptional and the check in check out process was very easy and quick. The rooms however were smaller than I thought they would be. For 2 adults and 2 kids it was smaller than most other hotels we have stayed in but for the amount of time we were in the rooms it was ok. The beds were a little bit too firm for my taste and our kids said the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We had them send up many extra blankets for them to put under them to make it softer. The best deal overall was that I purchased breakfast vouchers through Hotels.com for $2.50 each for us to have their hot breakfast buffet. All 4 of us ate breakfast for $10. That was the biggest deal and well worth it. Can't even eat fast food for that cheap. Kids wished the pool was outdoors but went in it anyways. IT was too cold for my taste. Overall, it was clean and convenient but I probably would stay at another hotel next time.

The hotel itself is very nice and the management was very helpful. However, the housekeeping staff was awful. We left our room at 9:30 am came back at 2:30 and the rooms (all 3) were not cleaned. i had to request clean towels and received them promptly but there was hair wrapped up in it! The hotel was close to where we had to go, the check in was fine, they manager helped with any requests quickly and politely, It all would have been a rave except for the housekeeping staff.

I was very disappointed in the room. It took over 2 hours for the room to cool down, shower didn't drain, no fan in bathroom, leaky seal on frig, and the outlets did not work.. We went out sight seeing the next day and the maid turned off the air and it took another 2 hours to cool back down. I would not ever recommend this hotel. I will say the staff was very friendly.

Hotel service was terrible. We booked a junior suite for two adults and two kids. They would NOT make the bed for our kids even though we called ahead and asked. The hotel is done in 80's style, vinyl walls and tons of gold fixtures, it had its glory times a looong time ago. The breakfast for $14 per person is a joke, I think prisoners have a better selection at the buffet. The only thing this place has going is a well working wi-fi and a convenient location. Customer service they have not heard of.

The hotel is clean, and comfortable. The staff is very pleasant. I would love to give this hotel higher ratings but...a fridge is a necessity. We travel with a sports team and cannot continually spend $15 for the breakfast buffet. After being without one, I will not make reservations at any hotel if it does not have a refrigerator in the room. The only stairs are accessible to the outdoors. They allow pets, but do not specify, (until you check in) that they have a 75# weight restriction. If travelling with a great dane, that can be a problem.

It met all of our needs....and had a good breakfast buffet!

I checked in on time and was given the wrong room. I went back to the front desk explained what happend and was given another room that had a half drank water bottle on the desk, soda or some sticky substance all over the phone, no trash bags in the garbage cans and the bathroom had urine on the toilet. I called the front desk and he was less than helpful and said he would send someone up to take care of it. I waited with three children for over two hours and still nobody showed up. We were then kicked out of the pool because of a dance competition and we were told pool closes at 9:00 even though it was stated 11:00.

We were here for a training meeting. My business partner brought her baby, and during the night, the baby was very loud and fussy. My business partner was concerned about the noise being bothersome to myself and the other customers, so she left and went to her car to calm the baby down. Eventually she came back in to the lobby and asked for a pillow and blanket so she could sleep in her car. The front desk person wouldn't let her do that. I was VERY impressed that he was empowered enough to give her a room away from the other customers so she would be safe in spending the rest of the night. In my book, that was AWESOME!!!!!! Kudos to Crowne Plaza for empowering your employees to do the right thing.

I was amazed at how calm and quiet our room felt considering the fact that there were numerous youth sports teams also staying at the hotel. Thanks!

While everything was fine, I had requested 2 handicap rooms, on with one bed and the other with 2. The second room, the 2 beds were one bed and a pull out couch. that is not what I had requested. Had my husband not been sick and unable to come this us we could not have used the second room at all. I called in a month in advance and paid a higher rate to be assured of having the services I needed for the 2 handicap people I was traveling wtih. WE froze while eating breakfast in the resturant.

We got a great deal on this place and if it were this price again, we'd sure stay here next time we're in town. Pros: very clean, super quiet, and in a safe and central area. Staff was polite and helpful. Great experience overall. Cons: Don't pick this if you want a nice or kid friendly pool. They have a worse-for-wear indoor/outdoor pool that should only exist in Florida (not cold, windy, rainy PDX). The pool area was also sorta dirty although the rest of the grounds were very well kept. Our bed was also not super comfortable and that as disappointing, but not painful uncomfortable...just not "hotel had great beds" comfortable.

I'd put off my review hoping I'd have my difficulties with the Crowne Plaza Lake Oswego resolved, but no such luck after 2 1/2 weeks! I basically had no complaint w/the hotel accommodations...the room was clean, attractive, comfortable, and quiet (no marching bands or circus animals allowed on the floor, according to a sign by the elevator!). I'd stayed at the Seattle Crown Plaza a number of times and had always been satisfied. My problem is with how my hotel reservation was handled by Crown Plaza Lake Oswego staff and the apparent lack of sincere effort being made by management to explain or attempt to resolve the difficulties! I'd booked a room with 2 beds since my daughter and I would be sharing a room after attending a family function. I checked in before my daughter, provided my confirmation number and was given my room key. When I got to the room, it had only a king-size bed. I returned to the reservation desk, again lugging my bag since a luggage cart could not be found when I checked in, and was informed no rooms with 2 beds was available! The best they could offer was a second room with a king-size bed at an employee rate. While this was not acceptable, since it was an additional expense I'd not counted on and was not what my reservations confirmed, I had no choice as I had no car to go elsewhere, it was very late, and I was tired after the day's festivities, so I agreed. When my daughter checked in later, she took care of the charges on this second room on her personal card, separate and apart from the original room charges to my card. When I checked out the following day, there was no mention by hotel staff of any additional charges made to my room (I'd paid cash for the incidentials I'd purchased in their "gift store") and I was told I wouldn't receive a departing statement since the room was "pre-paid" with my original booking. When we returned home and I checked my email, I began getting alerts from my credit card company of charges to my card from the
