Hotel was very clean and close to the Vancouver Airport. Morning breakfast was also great.

Breakfast was great and room was great also.

After 13 hour overnight flight this was a most pleasant and restful experience. For an airport hotel the rate was excellent. The courtesy bus drivers, the receptionists and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was more than adequate with a good variety of food. Haven't had this kind of positive hotel experience for a long time. Two thumbs up!

I stayed here because I had a ten hour flight layover in Vancouver before continuing on to Toronto in the evening, after travelling for almost 18 hours from Australia. The courtesy bus arrived within one minute of me calling on a courtesy phone at the bus stand outside the airport, and within 10 minutes I was at the hotel. My room had two queen sized beds and was clean and nicely appointed, for the very reasonable tariff. Vancouver airport has no on-site lounge for domestic travellers who need a place to wait out a ten hour domestic layover. Staying at this hotel was a good alternative to sleeping on a bench at the airport, or paying two lots of $35 to re-eter the private domestic lounges that have a 3-hour guest limit. I asked for a wake up call in the evening, before my flight, which happened on time. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was appreciated, and the bus kindly returned me to the airport in plenty of time for me to continue my journey to Toronto. As a sole female traveller, I felt safe at all times here, and would highly recommend using this hotel for layover purposes. The surrounding areas of this hotel looked rather industrial, and I would not recommend this hotel as an ideal place to base an extended Vancouver holiday. I think there may be more picturesque options downtown!.

The king size bed was so comfortable, maybe I was super exhausted but my spouse and I slept amazing and the bed was really comfortable. Best sleep I had all vacation and the hotel quiet. We called the shuttle from the airiport from the free shuttle phones provided and the shuttles come every 15 min. They also took us back to the airiport in the morning. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, although im not sure what it is as I left before it started but I think its rather small. However i did get a hot chocolate before leaving. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very good stay; excellent breakfast, nice and very clean room. No restaurant and not easy to have a nice diner when you have not car,

I always try to stay at the Vancouver Hampton Inn..never disappointed

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds were SUPER comfy and the breakfast bag at 4:15am was much appreciated, as was the 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport.

Excellent

shuttle doesn't run 24 hours.. we had a few problems with smokers on our floor despite that the hotel is non smoking but were promptly changed to a different floor

Great hotel for stopover to airport. Coffee was weak, but the breakfast was decent. There wasn't a restaurant nearby for late night snacks after late flight arrival. My room needed a good spring cleaning as there was dust along the edges by the bed and nightstand. The main parts were clean though. I'm sensitive to dust, so I'm extra picky. I would stay here again as overall I like the place.

Fine

The location makes it easy to get to the airport to catch your flight. Hot breakfast waiting for you in the morning. Close to a great seatfood restaurant, "The Boathouse", only sa couple of blocks away towards the airport. Turn left on River Street just before the bridge. I will stay here again.

Great hotel, great breakfast and close to airport

This was on the nicer-end for an overnight stay close to the airport. The only issue was the air conditioner was very loud. I'm fine with street noise, but since this would turn on and off - it wasn't a constant 'white' noise so it kept waking us up. It is walking distance to the casino, so that was nice.

It was a pleasant hotel, beds and rooms are comfortable and clean

Airport shuttle p/u was on time and just a short walk in the morning to catch bus to the ferry. Room and breakfast were just fine.

coffee could have been better

Very comfortable to stay in a short time basis, and excellent and speedy location near the airport especially in my case , I missed my flight going to Hawaii. Breakfast not bad at all. and excellent service.

If you are staying close to the airport, the best bang for the buck that I have experienced is the Hampton Inn. The staff is fantastic, checked with me to make sure that the room was to my satisfaction. Everything was clean with no show of wear and tear. The hot breakfast was very good. The only surprise was the lack of a refrigerator in the room but not a big deal. Excellent value overall!

The hotel is convenient located close to the airport with shuttle service from the airport/hotel/airport. The employees are friend people and they are prepared to solve any issue. The complementary breakfast is very good. We certainly will stay again in this hotel when back to Vancouver.

Hotel very accommodating. Rental car was already closed, hotel shuttle stopped for day but they reimbursed us for our taxi ride. Excellent buffet breakfast-fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. Front desk staff very friendly.

very helpful staff- great customer service. We found room very clean, beds very comfortable with good quality bedding. Very good selection and quality of food offered for breakfast. We will stay there again!

very helpful staff in hampton inn,always ready to help and polite.will definiely recommend hampton inn to everybody

Nice hotel. Asked staff to help out with cooling down the temperature in the room. They said to turn the unit off for five minutes and then turn it back on. Well its not a computer. They were not helpful at all. They never checked on how we were again. The room was very hot all night. For the amount paid, this is very disapointing for a Hampton Inn!

I am very satisfied

We were so glad to spend the night here after our cruise, we slept here because our flight was the day after our arrival. It was so nice to rest in a perfect room, with all amenities and such a comfortable bed.

Well I found a big old dried up booger on the towel that I was just about to dry my face with so what does that tell you?
