Hampton came up to our full expectation and more. The Front Office and Housekeeping Staff was courteous and efficient. Despite being little far from our specific requirement of location; it more than made up on other counts of what makes a hotel Home away from home.

We stayed here going out and coming back from our vacation. Quick check in, friendly upbeat staff, very clean comfortable room, good size full bathroom, breakfast from 6 am included cereal, bagels, scrambled and sausage, fruit, coffee tea, juice toast and jam, pancakes and syrup or bag on the run with fruit, muffin bottled water and coffee.

We had a long late flight and a problem with the car rental. The man at the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful. In the morning the breakfast buffet was cheerfully attended to. I recommend this hotel for weary travelers.

Very impressed with the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful with directions, suggestions, etc. The free breakfast was awesome (loved the waffles) and our every need was met. I would definitely stay here again!!!

the king bed "suite" was just a regular (small) room with a king size bed and a sofa that could barely be opened. Barely any space for 2 adults w/ 2 kids, better get 2 double beds.

We stayed there the night before we left on our trip and it was great. The hotel shuttled us to the airport when we left and came and picked us up when we returned. The staff was very courteous and the room was nice, clean and quiet. The Continental Breakfast was just perfect before a long trip. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Great stay, friendly service, quality and comfort

Very comfortable room/bed and excellent service from the front desk people. Solid continental breakfast with waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, breads, pastries, etc. Parking is a little cramped (but free) and it is a three minute (literally) drive to the airport. Not a lot of things within easy walking distance but not too far from Richmond eateries on No. 3 road.

Good hotel for the price, good location. Downside: Old and not very well maintained. There's no heating or airconditioning, only a ceiling fan. I wonder how it will be during the winter and summer. People at front desk very friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the stay. Easy to find.

We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the hotel. Convenient to airport and had all the amenties needed for a good stay.

A clean comfortable hotel, with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The location is quite good, with access to the sky train a short walk away.

Excellent service, excellent staff and very helpful with my husband who uses a walker. It would be nicer if there was a restaurant inside. Doreen

Convenient to YVR airport. Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly service. Reasonable rates. We arrived at the airport after the car rental agencies had closed for the day. The hotel paid for our taxi to the hotel from the airport.

Only concern was the area. While we were away at dinner (daylight) a couple of cars had windows broken. Ours was OK but the area wasn't too neat. We went ahead with our plan to leave our car in the long term lot while we went on vacation. No problems.

Very adequate room and a great breakfast

This is a nice hotel and very convenient to the hotel. They have a free shuttle. We stayed there as we were taking a very early flight out the next morning. It made it very easy. The neighborhood's not so great but what aiport are is?????? Clean and well appointed, friendly staff.

Although the rooms were well maintained and the staff was friendly I was a bit upset at the fact that they didn't have a buffet as they had stated when I called them regarding it. There is a difference between a hot and cold buffet and a hot and cold continental breakfast. I specifically booked reservations at this hotel based on the information I received regarding the buffet since my spouse is particular about that. The parking is also very limited for this location. And the wifi was a bit slow at times. Not sure yet if I would recommend this hotel or not.

Tired and weary after a lengthy flight - it's 1:30am...all we want to do is SLEEP. Caught a cab to the Hampton Inn but realized we didn't have small change to pay for the fare. Went inside to get some change and the hotel clerk ended up paying for the cab ride...!! Wow...!! Got into our room and the bed was "heavenly"...slept so soundly...!! Woke up in the morning to a hearty breakfast - eggs, ham, waffles, fruit...perfect...!! We had been gone on a two week vacation and our car remained at this hotel while we were away...no problems whatsoever. Very, very impressed with our stay...!!

We had been flying all night and were absolutely exhausted when we arrived in Vancouver. The shuttle service attendant was so courteous and helpful and got us to the hotel as quickly as possible. Hotel reps were absolutely professional, provided us with exceptional service, were friendly, helpful in every way and got us to our room in very short order... after a quick breakfast that had just been prepared fro guests. Rooms were quiet, spotless and very comfortable! Thank you so much for making the end of our vacation so comfortable and pleasant! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends!

Like other Hampton Inns that we have visited, the front desk service is good, the elevators and hallways are attractive, the parking is convenient, the breakfast is reasonably good, the room is clean, and the bed is very, very comfortable. We appreciate the free Wifi in the room and the large desk on which to set a computer. A small comment: there was no empty power point for our computer as the contact points behind the desk were all filled. We had to climb under the desk to unplug the coffee machine in order to have a place to plug in our computer. A suggestion here could be to supply a power bar under the desk. The lobby of the hotel is not very special and its location, while handy to the airport, is in a charmless area. All things considered, we were happy to stay at the hotel again at the end of our trip.
