Clean hotel with very attentive staff. Would have liked a fridge in the room but for one night it was sufficient.

Looked like the train left 20 years ago and the hotel was left there to rot. I do think the staff was really friendly, but the condition of the hotel, especially the gym, is quite far from "top notch". Might go again...if I got a ridiculous price like 50-70 CAD per night. Never again for 100+ a night.

This hotel was conventiently located close to the places we wanted to visit and easy to find. It was clean and tidy and the service staff was good. They didn't have continental breakfast which was a bummer.

hotel was satisfactory - phone alarm went off in early morning - it was not requested by us - not nice being woke up with that- --front desk kept pool open late for us upon arrival - that was very nice

excelent management of the hotel. clean and comfortable room

The hotel room was decent but was really upset with the fact that we had to switch rooms due to an annoying sound coming from our first room. Then the "high speed" Internet was mediocre at best. They told me that it was being improved slowly. I tried to connect to Netflix and also my computer at home and I kept getting kicked off the Internet very annoying situation. Have to go to front desk to get tokens to buy pop from the machine on the floor. No mini fridge in the room. Room was stuff and dusty it was very hard to sleep. The ac/ heating unit was loud and didn't have a very pleasant smell when turned on. It was also rather loud.

Dated. No fridge in the room. No king beds. Kinda pricey. But there isn't much choice in the area. So it's good enough.

We tried several hotel brands on our recent stay in Canada and to be honest they were all similar in the standards of the rooms. Some had better facilities e.g. pools, fitness room. In this hotel the pool was out of use. I felt something more than an apology was needed to compensate as we always choose a hotel with a pool when possible. The meal in the restaurant was among the best we had in our trip-good ingredients and freshly prepared. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

was very disappointed the pool was under renovation that wasn't posted on hotels site. breakfast was not that great things tasted like it had been to frozen to long..housekeepers were helpful but the breakfast staff were rude, wait till we are done with our plates dont hover.prob wont stay here again!

Phone was not working, bathroom was not clean, no remote for TV and internet was extremely slow. Bed was not confortable either. This will be my last stay in HolidayInn in Canada.

awesome stay in Mississauga extremely good service stayed the second time

Our room was clean and the layout of the room was great with the separation of the bedroom and living area.

stayed here for one night after flying into Toronto en route to the States. One of the nicest most friendly hotels I have ever stayed in and a perfect haven for travel weary family. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The carpet is too old and has neo been cleaned for a long time. It was smelling very bad and stayed there for one night as there was no other way ( already they charged the rent) I would not recommend my friends to go there. I have a big question, how come with this type of cleanliness they can go under Holiday Inn banner.

Was not comfortable under the sheets. They gave the sensation of being washed in a chemical bath and they were uncomfortable to the touch. Got a bad irritation after 2 days when I got back home.

i travel quite a bit,lately almost every weekend. I dont write reviews, but this one, i could hardly sleep bc there is a door between adjacent rooms and i could hear the other occupants COUGH, their TV and even their "shhh" to each other's laughter at 1am. They were not raucous people, just the quality of the place is horrible. NEVER had such a bad night. PLUS, the cleaning lady was BANGING on my door at 9am.

Clean, nice personnel, good restaurant service

Facility is old and not updated. The rooms were clean and the breakfast staff very polite.

The hotel is quite great location close to the highway staff was very friendly and helpful. We had booked a smoking room without realizing it and they changed the room for us no problems at all. They had a nice buffet included in the price and they have a pool that the kids loved.

Conveniently located on the QEW exit so was really easy to get to lakeshore area and downtown Toronto. Although we didn't get a chance to check out the pool the complimentary breakfast was limited but not the worst I have seen. Front desk staff was very helpful. Only real complaint was there really wasn't a lot to choose from in the way of sit down dining anywhere near by, mostly take out. Overall compared to the hotels we were looking at near Lake Ontario closer to Toronto, this one was by far one of the most reasonable ones. Only real complaint is that I would have liked a samll fridge in the room for food and drinks.

Very nice rooms. Good prices! Would recommend.

Not only was the condition and comfort of the room at least (if not better) than other rooms we've stayed at, the price and location made this room amazing!

My daughter and I stayed a this hotel while because she had an audition for the Sheridan College Musical Theatre programe one weekend. The staff was extremely friendly and more than helpful. (This includes front desk breakfast hosts, and chamber maids.) When my daughter needed a place to warm up her voice, they obliged by letting her use one of their empty meeting rooms. Also, the room was extremely comfortable. The beds were great and the 4 pillows on each bed were heaven! I also liked that there was a desk and two wing back chairs in the room.A full breakfast was included in the rate. It was buffet style and offered a number of options. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I am ever in the area again. Thanks you Holiday Inn, Mississsauga!

I enjoyed my visit and most importantly it was close to all amenities

Great stay! Great service, food, prices, and comfort! Definitely coming again!

Worse customer service ever....

Was good service overall but did not appreciate being told that I would be kicked out because I had a few guests who stayed all of 15 minutes! Yes the room was for 4 adults but didn't realize that meant absolutely no visitors. For that reason alone, I will not stay there again.

no free breakfast and had to pay for local calls

Change of scenery from downtown Toronto. Only a 12 min trip to dtn but we wanted a night out in Mississauga. Worked out great except the alarm clock in the empty room next door was at full volume and woke us up with a continuous beep beep beep at 6 am. The front desk sent someone up to resolve but it felt like an eternity.

Room was to hot all nite. Wonder why was not given free breakfast coupons when registered, had to go back and get them. Why do you charge $25 for pets, very expensive, when most people's dogs are all trained.

De loin un des meilleur service au quel j'ai eux droit, tout à été parfais.

ハイウェイに近く、周りにレストラン街もあったので便利でした。　3人でかなり広い部屋だったので快適でしたがバスルームは古く感じました。　朝食付きで予約したのですが朝食券は2人分しかもらえず、1人追加で10ドル以上取られました。　朝食は普通レベルですが、経済的で良かったです。

Nous en avons eu vraiment pour notre argent. Nous étions à l'extérieur de Toronto mais pas trop loin et c'était facile d'accès.

Restaurangen har ett bra utbud på maträtter, men det är ingen gourmérestaurang. Frukosten är ok, men oxfilen jag åt igår var inte bra... OK busniesshotell.
