Walking distance from Red Lobster, Olive Garden & Cheddar's. Rooms are ok, but beds are somewhat uncomfortable.

i enjoyed my stay nice area very clean bathrooms nice staff

Asked for non-smoking when I booked room online and they gave me a smoking room,when I went back to tell them the mistake they said they were out of non-smoking rooms so I had to spend the night in a disgusting smelling room.

Good value for the price. Older carpeting and furniture/decorations/TV. Bathroom had a few bugs in the shower and obvious patches in the wall/ceiling. Room had no oven, which we didn't anticipate when we brought our own food to bake. Clerk on duty was very nice and helpful, but bathrooms in main lobby were out of order (difficulty because we had guests at the community room). Laundry room had 3 washers but only 1 dryer, which was in use each time I tried to use it. We ended up having to hang up our clothing in the room to dry.

When I went to my first room, it was full of paint cans. The second room was non-smoking. I reserved smoking. The door key was very unreliable and stopped working completely on the next to the last day.

I would definately be booking a room here again in the future

I was extremely surprised how nice this hotel Was.. I just wanted a place to crash in Dallas for the night and got one of the cheapest rooms near I wanted to be. Everything was clean and even had a kitchen.

Disappointing. The night person was not there when we arrived at 12:00 am. We had to wait an hour for him to arrive in a huff and basically angry at us and the three other couples waiting to be checked in. The room was great, except the fire alarm was off the wall and on the night stand constantly beeping due to battery needing to be replaced. When the window unit air compressor came on it sounded like an unbalanced washing machine on fast rinse: very loud and woke us every time it came on. Day desk person was very apologetic and said that the night person’s behavior was unacceptable so I am hoping this was a onetime thing. Otherwise, great place. I would give them another chance.

The rooms were nice ... only drawback was some of the rooms smelled like smoke when the room was classified as non-smoking. The front desk personnell were very friendly.

room was infested with bedbugs. I'm still itching a week later.

My first point of contact was with front desk personell, Ericka, who was absolutely delightful! Check in was fast and friendly and the lobby was neat and clean. The room was easy to find and clean upon arrival. I was only disappointed in the fact that i had no hotel phone. I informed Ericka and she informed me that maintenance would get to it first thing in the morning, and they did, but they were STILL unable to get the telephone like to work. Therefore i was without a phone for my entire stay. It was my first stay at E.S.A but it will NOT be my last.

Looks nice on the outside but when you got in your room omg!!! I have breathing issues and was not accommodated with a non smoking room as requested. The curtains did not close all the way and light bulbs were blown out, so needless to say maintenance was called before I could put my bags down. That was not even the worst these rooms have kitchenettes and when the lights turn off the baby roaches come out to play, yes I said ROACHES!!!. I took my things and slept in my car. What type of hotel doesn't have overnight staff, this one!!! All they did the next morning was apologize, wrote some things down and called maintenance trying to act like they did not know they had roaches when I saw a trap behind the toilet and hell baby ones outside, yes outside on the hotel grounds. I have never seen any thing like this before and hope that I never do again and unless you want to take roaches to your clean home DO NOT SLEEP AT THIS MOTEL!!!!!

I stayed one night at this hotel, and within 24 hrs I had a terrible rash on my back, shoulders, chest, and hands. I went to see a dermatologist about it, and he tells me I got scabies from this hotel!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

It is a horrible experience stay at this hotel. I was booked for Non-smoking and they give me a smoking room. The toilet is clogging each time I flushed therefore i was afraid to use the toilet. When i got back to the hotel the key didn't work and i have to wait more than 15 minutes outside and had to call several times before they send someone up to get me another key. When i left I realized i forgot my car keys inside the room, I cannot open the door again with the new key they just gave me....What's a horrible experience when staying at this hotel. The bathtub is so old and have holes in it. I am normally not picky about room when I stayed at the hotel either for leisure trip or business trip but this time this hotel gave me nothing but headache and discomfort. Would never stay here again even if offer me for me and more incentives.

I stayed at this location from Thursday to Sunday and noone came in to change the linen or empty the trash. On Saturday I had to go to front desk and get towels and linen to change myself.

Front desk person was very rude. The dead bolt inside the room was loose not screwed in or fixed properly.

This was my first stay in this price range of hotel and was not sure to book it. But it surprise me and condition of hotel and room was nice. Quite guest. All amenities in room were working in good condition. Bed was comfortable too,. Internet was not free and breakfast was not available. I would definitely visit next time and surely recommend to other at this price range.

The price is very affordable, and The room exceeded my expectations..... I had a great night stay...!!!

The hotel was easy to get to and from, and there are several eating places within walking distance. But the rooms were not the cleanest, but the beds were comfortable and fairly quiet.

I travel at least once a month. So, I have a lot of hotel stay experience, and this was the worst. Management needs to step in and train customer service.

This hotel is disgusting and not a very safe place for kids to stay. I would hope that they either get shut down or go under new management. They don't clean rooms except every 7 days even if you only stay 1 night. There are drugs and hookers there and people there can barely speak english. I was very unsaticified.

I had to switch rooms because the tenant upstairs wanted to play basketball IN HIS ROOM. Both rooms had a stale smell of mold & cigarettes. The internet connections were very slow & useless for business purposes.

We arrived about 1AM to find that neither heater was working in our room. Upon calling the front desk we were told by the person answering the phone that he was part of the janitorial service and there was no one else available. The furniture by 1 heater had been pulled out so it was evident they knew one heater was broke. After numerous attempts the next week by myself and Hotels.com to contact the manager we have yet to receive a response. If they don't care about you being miserable imagine how little they care about the upkeep...

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The A.C. leaked in the floor. The room smelled. It is a really bad place to stay.

The air conditioner leaked into the floor. The phone did not work. No remote for the T.V. Could no park near my room because the side of the hotel we stayed in had no parking lot. I would not recomend this facility to anyone.

It definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was comfortable, the room wasn't too small or cramped, and it was perfect for our two night stay. The only problem we had was some loud music both nights coming from an adjacent room, but other than that no complaints.
