Conveniently close to all we wanted to see! Great hotel staff and wonderful complimentary breakfast. Pullout sofa bed not the best though.

I had a great stay at Residence Inn in Ottawa. The continental breakfast was very good and super convenient. The onsite Tim Hortons was also great. I had minimal complications with the free wifi. The staff were all friendly, and our room was clean. The parking situation was not good. Without warning before our arrival we discovered that the hotel's parking lot was under construction. They offered 2 suggestions for parking upon check-in, but they were not situated close to the hotel, and one didn't offer in-out privileges. We were not apologized to for the inconvenience, and were offered no compensation for the inconvenience the parking situation provided us with. As most 24 hour parking lots in the vicinity are 24 hours, 5am-5am, or 6am-6am, we were forced to wake up early in the morning and walk to our vehicle to ensure validity of our parking pass so we wouldn't be charged upwards of $70. I could speak of the parking inconvenience for hours, and I would suggest choosing another hotel in the vicinity until the parking lot construction is complete, unless you look into other places to park prior to arrival. Other than this issue, I was quite pleased with my stay and impressed by how close everything is, being able to walk to Parliament, shopping centres and restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options; cold/hot. The swimming pool/sauna/whirlpool were an added pleasure. It was in the heart of downtown Ottawa. The only problem was parking as their parkade was being renovated, so it was quite a walk for parking. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel.

Good Comfy Room.. We were 3 adults and 3 Kids Stay was comfy, They had a Kitchen fully equipped which was a Big bonus. The Breakfast was Good. As they had renovations happening to their underground parking, the parking was 2 blocks away, Aside from that, It was a Good Stay and I would definitely Recommend.

The hotel is clean and very vell maintained, breakfast is generous, room was spacious (compared to other) and it includes small kitchen. There is aslo nice size swimming pool. The only downside during the stay was parking for the car. The hotel parking is under construction and they have arrangement with some remote place which is way too far. If you wish it closer you need to arange by yourself.

I enjoyed my stay very much, was a little surprised when I checked in and their was drilling going on in the parking garage, I did question how long it was going to last and was told 5pm, I checked in at 4:30pm, was relieved with the answer.

My stay was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and nice staff was very pleasant also. The hot breakfast was really convenient and pretty good. i went down to visit my daughter in ottawa u and it was really nice and close.

The only problem was the parking and valet service. One morning I had to walk to get my car .

The hotel was ideally located, just a block away from the winterlude festivities. We could have watched the fireworks from our room! Even if we stayed just one night, the little kitchen was ideal. We brought our own wine... The brunch was included the next morning and the pool hours were longer than in most hotels. There was also a Tim Horton attached to the hotel. How convenient!

The hotel was a roomy and comfortable and the service fantastic. All were friendly and accommodating. Our first room had outside noise but were moved immediately The only issue was that the reception desk was on the 4(fourth) floor!. Confusing for check in.

Our stay was really good. The only thing i was a bit disappointed was the breakfast,a little bit more variety would been great and when whe ask front desk howf far a walk was the Mint Museum the didnt know what we were talking about. He should know tourist atraction, but thanks for the little booklets in the room so we found in the map.

I belived I was in an econolodge not a marriott .Iwould not recomand this place to anyone . had issue that I would not discuss.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The one bedroom suite with two queens and the roll out couch made our family of 5 quite comfy. The breakfast was very good and saved us alot of money over two days as well as the hastle of finding a breakfast place. The location was great as we were moving our son into his apartment for university. The kitchen was very nicely equipped in the hotel room-we were able to make lunches and snacks for our children. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again in the future.

Leider hatten wir nur eine Nacht. Das Zimmer war top, mit richtiger Kueche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Fruehstueck auch mal wieder fuer Europäer auswaehlbar.

C'est un hôtel qui se trouve tout près des monuments touristiques de la capitale. Les services de qualité, la chambre spacieuse avec un réfrigérateur et un micro-onde... à recommander. J'ai simplement remarqué qu'il n'y avait pas suffisamment de personnel (et de la nourriture) dans la salle à manger pour le petit-déjeuner surtout dimanche matin...

La chambre est en réalité un condo avec toutes les commodités: chambre séparée, cuisine complète avec cuisinière, micro-onde et frigo de taille normale. Le déjeuner, substantiel, est inclus et varie chaque jour. Vous pouvez laisser votre liste d'épicerie à la réception et vos aliments seront livrés à votre chambre. Les serviettes et articles de toilette sont fournies, mais pas la robe de chambre. Tout est très propre et aéré. Seul bémol: même le chauffage coupé, et la ventilation continue, nous avions très chaud et l'hôtel demande de ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres au risque de faire éclater les canalisations au froid. Il y a de la construction à l'avant et à l'arrière, y compris le stationnement de l'hôtel; le bruit ne dérange pas, cependant les taxis ne pouvaient pas toujours se rendre à la porte d'entrée. 初めてResidence Innを使わせていただきましたが、パーラメントヒルや繁華街に近くて便利なのに周辺の環境がよく快適に過ごせました。従業員もフレンドリーで、また美味しい朝食が付いているのが良かったですね。キッチンが付いているので、もう少し長い滞在だと少し自炊してもいいかなと思います。

Très bien. Par contre, à notre arrivée, on nous a donné une chambre dont la carte magnétique ne fonctionnait pas. Nous sommes retourné la changer; lorsqu'on a réussit à ouvrir la porte, nous avons constaté qu'il y avait déjà des gens dans la chambre. Nous avons du attendre 1h30 pour une autre chambre. Il était 1h30 lorsqu'on a pu entrer dans notre chambre. De plus, il n'y avait pas de bonnet de douche à notre disposition. Mis à part ces problèmes, nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel. Merci!

Très bien situé pour prendre part au Marathon d'Ottawa 2011- le départ et ait à un coin de rue. Chambre avec cuisinette idéal pour un week end de course. Confortable, bien situé et propre.
