Best sleep I've had in a long time.

Very nice layout of rooms. Bathroom area (toilet & tub) very small and no fan. Lovely otherwise and very quiet even though pool was right outside our room.

I was very unhappy to be told upon my arrival that my fully paid reservation required a $200 deposit. While they did accept $100 in cash, they actually went to check my rook before I left. amenities were not what was listed. Breakfast was poor at best. Not only will I never stay in this hotel again, I will never stay in another La Quita again. I was very disappointed with my treatment and would not refer any other person there.

We chose this hotel b/c of the pet policy and the proximity to Scottsdale...it was a GREAT choice! Very close to everything we wanted to do.

Perfect for what I needed. Reasonably close to the airport, great Mexican restaurant next door, and close to the place where the friend I was visiting was staying. Sorry that I couldn't make use of the pool as I arrived with no time to relax.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again when I come back to Phoenix.

family with young kids stayed here. location very close to phoenix children's hospital and just a quick drive to st. joseph hospital. lots of shopping close by. is right off a busy road but with set up of hotel and "courtyard" area you don't hear traffic noise.

Room was on the street side and very noisy. Not as clean as I would have liked. Nice pool!

for the price it was clean and pool was great, be sure to ask for room away from the main street, also if you want microwave or refrigerator in room be sure to ask for that also.

I checked in to find that my rook had a horrible cigarette smell. Thought the hotel is set up as a non smoking hotel it was apparent that this room had heavy smokers in it prior to my stay. The smell was not in the carpet or bed but on the walls. I was too tired to change rooms that night but felt like i was sleeping in a giant ash tray. On waking in the middle of the night I had to breathe through my mouth and not my nose to try not to notice the heavy smell. The next day I asked for a different room. Hugo at the front des (great customer service) tried using a machine to de-smell the room but decided it would need a lot of time to remove the smell so he got me another room. This room was very good. Hugo was excellent at the front desk-

Vent in bathroom was not functioning. Floors were stained. Showerhead was broken. TV was old analog. Place needs minor overhaul.

I was pleased with the motel overall. It was clean. The Rooms are around.a.courtyard. it had a pool, a spa, a water fall. And a nice grassy area for.pets and people. The Rooms were large.enough we had a king.. bathroom area was a bit tight. Closet space was ample. Mattress was comfortable. Kitchen area adequate. We had some.trouble.with maid service. The first day we had to be out very early. When we returned our room had not been cleaned. Because we had pets and we wanted to rest we exchanged our dirty towels they were kind of thin and not enough for clean ones and said we didn't't need maid service that day. Well the next day we didn't' return til late afternoon and our room had not been cleaned. Called front desk to.be told no one there. Was handed off to manager who was pleasant, apologized and brought us towels, but now our trash is overflowing.

Rooms were dirty. Service was ok

Same comfortable mattresses but with upgraded bedding. Very clean, spacious room for the price. Location is quiet and close to my family. My room was ready when I checked in, and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast was above average for a LaQuinta, with a combination of hot and cold items.

Staff was nice. Don't know why the $100 deposit, the hotel was not of that quality. No newspaper for guest; gym equipment did not work and tv was missing parts. Good morning breakfast. Rooms were old.

Since my stay was short, I cannot say much about the pool or other amenities. But the desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nothing special, but enough to start the day with an assortment of food.

I drove from Northern California to Phoenix, but didn't arrive until 12:30 in the evening. There wasn't too much trouble at check in, but i felt uncomfortable checking in at a window. the staff didn't allow us to go into the lobby, I usually see that with places such as motel six but not with LaQuinta. Room was free using my free night with hotels.com but the price was around 79+tax. not soo bad with free internet, breakfast and flatscreen tv. I would not stay here again just because I like to feel safe where i must sleep. this place is more like motel six than laquinta....

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at La Quinta. Of course, the price was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was also fantastic... polite staff & good accomodations. The continental breakfast was also great - a lot of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. The only complaint I had was how paper-thin the walls were. A guest next door was incredibly rude and switched his TV on at midnight; it sounded as if we were right in the room with him. We were also placed in a room that faced the street and the traffic was quite noisy. After complaining to the front desk, they agreed to move us to another room (a bigger, nicer room too!) So I suppose that made up for the noise issue altogether. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will DEFINITELY go back the next time we're in Phoenix.

The property was fine, however it being an older building - I remember my parents staying at the old hotel in the 1970's....the accoustics are awful. I felt like the people staying in the room next door were right with us. Didn't sleep well as a result.

The location was convenient for work, but the hotel didn't have much curb appeal. In my room, the refrigerator was noisy and my desk chair was torn. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay.

Very comfortable stay. Management was helpful with the check out date change which was unexpected. The grounds were meticulously manicured and clean. We really appreciated the ability to take our 2 small dogs with us and to have a beautiful green lawn for them to roam on.

I was in town to do some work and found the staff helpful, the facility great and have nothing but good things to say.

It was good, we all had a great time overall. The breakfast was okay... coffee was a bit tart but the wait staff kept everything stocked and she was very sweet. The room was very clean and simple, we enjoyed it. For the cost and over experience it was worth it!!

The hotel grounds were very well maintained. I especially enjoyed the fountain and pool in the middle courtyard. Staff was extremely friendly. There was ample room to work with a good-sized desk and comfortable chair. The A/C unit was a little on the loud side. This was a very business-travel-friendly hotel, especially for the price (which included free continental breakfast). Would definitely stay there again when traveling on business, and probably with family as well.

My friends and I came to az to visit a good friend of ours for a few days and had a blast ! It was a group of five young, beautiful ladies and our room was near the pool. The price wasn't bad considering this was a last minute booking and there were events in Scottsdale. Overall clean room, great service, great location!

Very good value, had a room with mini kitchen, needed updating but was clean and pleasant. Good location for entire Valley. Nice continental breakfast was a bonus.

no shower towels in the room. appears to be clean but older room. not in a very good neighborhood but not the fault of your company. not disapointed but could have beenh a little nicer for the money.

Unfortunately, I have to choose a hotel by price first, and then reviews. I chose this one also because of it's proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. The lobby was very nice and immaculate. Malissa at the fron desk is efficient, professional and and very friendly. The staff were behind in making up rooms, and I was short a couple of towels, and my sheets, blanket and pillow cases were wet. That was taken care of immediately. The room, breakfast room, and grounds were very clean, considering there was a dog show in town and the hotel - pet-friendly-Yaaaay! had lots of dogs staying there (including mine). There is no pet deposit, and they REALLY are pet-friendly, and there are 'poop bags' around so you can pick up after your dog. I am really picky but I will definitely stay there on my next visit.

I had a great time staying there, the personel was very friendly and helpful. I loved the beautiful patio, its fountain and plants gave a nice ambience.

A friend and I stayed there because we had to be at a function early the next day. It was close to where we had to be. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Room was clean, but tiny. Not much room for anything.

Room was fine, except for a couple of mysterious items on the carpet. Also, the tub felt a bit too slippery when used as a shower. Coffee maker was never cleaned, even though I left empty wrappers next to it to show it had been used. I asked for and got a room at the back so it was a quiet location, in spite of being right on Thomas. Breakfast, although listed as continental, was better than expected, including scrambled eggs with (some bits of) sausage, muffins, cereal, etc. I'd go back.

Very good room for the price mark. Very spaceous.

Suitable for the overnight stay. Should have some sort of shuttle to the Airport if it is going say that it's in the Airport district (advertized such)
