عاديٌ جداً, لا شيء رائع أو شنيع بشأن هذا الفندق. المصعد كان بطيئاً جداً. الإنترنت اللاسلكي متوفر فقط في اللوبي. موقعه ملائم جداً لقربه من محطة قطار أنفاق "ناينتي سكث ستريت" وصيدلية "دوان ريد" على الناصية تماماً.

إن موقع فندق "ذا ديز هوتيل برودواي" كان رائعاً للوصول لـ "كولومبيا" من إتجاه والوصول لوسط المدينة من الإتجاه الآخر. الغرفة كانت نظيفة ولكن بشكل ما كانت متهدمة. لقد خاب أملي في عدم وجود Wi-Fi في غرفتي (متوفر فقط في اللوبي) والتلفاز العتيق كان به القنوات المحلية فقط. إذا خططت لقضاء أغلب وقتك بالخارج وتحتاج فقط لمجرد مكان لتنام إذاً فهذا مكان رائع. أما إذا كانت الوسائد المريحة وتلفاز الكابل وإستخدام الـWi-Fi في غرفتك مهم بالنسبة لك, ربما عليك أن تبحث عن فندق آخر.

بشكل عام,لقد إستمتعنا بإقامتنا. بإستثناء أحد عاملي الصيانة, فطاقم العمل بالفندق كان في منتهى الود والتعاون. البواب "رونالد" كان إجتماعياً جداً ومتعاوناً, حقاً هو ثمين لفريق العمل بالفندق. الغرفة تم تنظيفها يومياً, وهو مالم أتوقعه. المشكلة الوحيدة بالنسبة للمرافق كان التلفاز (توقعت أكثر من مجرد "الكابل الأساسي"), الـWi-Fi ليس في الغرفة, والمصاعد كانت صغيرة الحجم وبطيئة في الوصول. الحي كان ملائماً لقربه من قطار الأنفاق كما لديه العديد من المطاعم ومتاجر التجزئة خلال مسافة سير, كما أنه يبدو آمناً.

فندق رائع للإقامة في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع مع الأطفال. قريب من محطة قطار الأنفاق. حي جيد (سكني). الغرف حجمها ليس سيئاً بالنسبة لمدينة نيويورك. حمام كامل. لم نقض الكثير من الوقت في الفندق, لكن الأسرّة كانت مريحة والحمام كان جيداً. السجاجيد والحوائط يحتاجون للتجديد.

الكل كان متعاوناً جداً, تم تسجيل دخولنا للفندق سريعاً جداً وبإحتراف.

Good upper west side location . Got "penthouse" but that just meant endless elevator ride to top floor featuring a room with no window, about 5 cable tv stations available and a nearly 10 minute wait for hot or even warm water from the sink. Plus giant night light with no obvious off switch.

We were upgraded to the penthouse for a week because we were accidetally given a room key to a room that was already occupied. The staff was very apologetic and we definitely appreciated the upgrade. They are still renovating rooms, but from what we saw they're doing a great job. In fact it reminded me of how The Roosevelt in Hollywood is decorated. The elevators were really slow, but in NY you're lucky if your hotel has an elevator so we didn't mind. The location of the hotel is perfect! Next door to Duane Read (aka Walgreens), the Subway is right on the corner (only 2 stops away from Times Square), tons of little shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a movie theater in Lincoln Square to walk to if you want to stay in the neighborhood. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to NY that wants to be close enough to all the tourist stuff, and still have the option of having everything around them if they want to stay next to their hotel. We'll definitely be back again!

This hotel is mostly about location: only one block away from the number 1 subway line, making easy access to Lincoln Center, and the Cloisters. A Whole Foods stores is within walking distance as is Central Park. Restaurants and other support services are abundant in this neighborhood. Rooms are much bigger than some "low cost" Manhattan hotels. But the interior of the hotel is severely worn, the hallways smell bad, honking taxis on the street disturb sleep and all parts of the hotel above the lobby are drab, unappealing and shabby. The "free" Internet connection only works intermittently and, even in the lobby, was never strong enough to update an iPad subscription to The New York Times. On-site gym equipment dysfunctional and not repaired in a ten day stay. Elevators very slow, often over-crowded and broke down on occasion. Staff tries hard to be accommodating but they have little to work with. On my next trip to Manhattan, I will stay elsewhere, even if I have to pay more.

The only thing that bothered us, was the sound of TV from neighbours room till 2a.m.

The rooms were quite small but clean. And when you walk outside your right in the heart of it so the location was perfect.

Improve on geyser most time water is cold

This was our 2nd stay, the first being about a year ago. The location is very convenient, close to family we were visiting. I had asked for a room like we had last year on one of the renovated upper floors but one was not available. We had a room on the 9th floor which was old looking but turned out to be ok. The bed was comfortable, A/C fairly quiet, and bathroom clean and presentable. Hot water took some time to come up but once up it stayed hot. For NYC the hotel is a decent value compared to the much higher costs of better hotels. But there are trade-offs you should be aware of. The hotel is run down looking. Hall carpet torn here and there, past water leaks evident, walls heavily scuffed and patched up in places. TV had just a few over the air channels with grainy pictures. Service is spotty. In our 4 day stay we always had a different assortment and number of towel types each day. We made do with that but one day we only got 2 bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. We had to ask for them - twice - but did get them eventually. Again, the room itself was clean and comfortable and a considerable savings over other NYC hotels. Just know that you are not getting champaign on a beer budget and you'll be fine.

Close to Central Park and to the subway, easy to reach it and very nice location. The room was clean and nice

we stayed on the 12th floor-- king bed room was spacious enough for the two of us and very clean. older hotel but he top floors have been renovated and everything in our room seemed new--wi fi provided in room, coffee, iron, flat screen TV, friendly staff. Best of all the subway is half a block away and only two stops to times square on the #3 express train and only an easy 3 block walk to central park--many restaurant choices and CVS pharmacy on the block. I will stay here again.

I was very happy with my stay. The location was perfect, the staff was amazing, and the price was right! Will definitely stay there again in the future.

After quite a bit of research on line, I decided to stay at Days Broadway Hotel. I was very happy with my choice. The room had two double beds and was a large room compared to others I had looked at. It seems that New York standards are different than other vacation destinations. The rooms are smaller and the cost is higher, but hey, its New York! Things are more expensive there. The hotel was nice and clean, housekeeping came everyday and made the beds and left fresh towels. They will not touch your personal items so if you leave anything on the bed it will not get made. My son left his laptop on the bed one day and that bed was not made but the other bed was made as usual. We are not demanding guests, so we did not have any special requests. Over all we were very pleased with our stay.

This gem (sort of) budget hotel is located in New York's fashionable Upper West Side, removed from the noise and garishness of New York's main tourist destinations is worthy of those traveling on a budget. A five minute subway ride to Times Square, the Center of the Universe, adds to its convenience. The hotel is situated among a bevy of restaurants and near a passel of museums. The hotel is a bit dated, although the rooms appear to be refurbished. Many of the rooms are rather small -- tiny, actually. The lobby retains its pre-war charm (Civil War, that is). The staff is generally very helpful, if curt sometimes.

extremely nice, friendly, and professional staff. Gave me a free room upgrade because it was my first time there. Very clean rooms. One of the elevators was a bit slow, but no major complaints.

Great price for this nice, clean hotel in a great neighborhood. Near restaurants, the subway and stores. Small rooms, but well-kept up... perfect for overnights or short stays.

As always, once a year I catch a show and stay at this most convenient of hotels at the corner of Broadway and 94thSt.Train station around the block, Times Square and the Village in close range for just a couple of bucks, But back to Days Inn. The staff are polite, courteous and go out of their way to fulfill your requests such as extra pillows or towels. I have enjoyed my room every time even though some would say they're cramped. I love the old time feel of the place and you can't go wrong for the price,.

Friendly and helpful cleaning staff. Professional but too busy receptionist. The trip advisor was not helpful, gave as poor instructions when she sold us a tickte for a trip to and outlet. Location is very close to the metro whith express trains to the most important locations such ans 42nd and 34th street.

This modest little hotel is wonderfully located on NY's Upprt West Side. After that sentence, there are no further superlatives. The rooms are a bit smaller than tiny. The lobby was nicely updated shortly before the outbreak of WWI. And it shows. Don't be concerned about high speed modern elevators. This hotel offers low speed, creaky antiquated elevators ( if you are on a high floor, give yourself an extra 30 minutes to get to your destination, or pack a fanciful lunch -- you'll have plenty of time to enjoy it). For some odd reason, other guests seem to feel a need to loudly open and close doors in the morning and evening. If you are traveling with friends or family, practice sleeping on your sides and synchronous breathing. The rooms are a bit on the small side.

Overall it was good. elevators did suck most of the time.

Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Walk out the south end of the 96th St. subway station and you are across the side street from the hotel. 24 hr Pharmacy on the corner.

Would stay there again

Small but cozy hotel, great service

Elevator was not working decently, shower drain wasn't draining properly, toilet flush wasn't working properly. Although TV was on reservation it didn't have one in my room when I arrived, only got a TV on the next day and a very old TV. Although my room was cleaned every day, the room was smelly and the carpet has stains all over it. The corridors are tiny so was the elevator. Anyway, didn't worth the money spent on it.

This is the second time in this Hotel. First stay was wonderfull, now this time the tub was clogged and dirty as well as the sink. To top that i guess the heat was not working well cuz it was freezing there....

Not fancy, but clean and great rates. The first room they gave us had broken a/c so they switched us to a different room which was larger than the first (score!). Our stay at the hotel actually got extended because of weather and the hotel was great about letting us keep the same room for an additional night. Very accomodating. The fact that the metro is less than a block away was very convenient. I will say that when looking for the ice machine, my friend and I discovered that the 11th floor and up are a different hotel. Appears to have been renovated somewhat recently, while the rest of the hotel has not. I would recommend Days Hotel Broadway to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay while visiting NYC.

Like someone else had said elevator is slow as hellllll and if you dont hit the "open door" button you will miss your floor lol also there was a smell on our floor the second day we were there. Dont know what it was but it was horrible. Glad it wasnt in our room :). Overall decent stay and decent location. Bathrooms were nice. Would stay again.

The room that my friend and I stayed in was absolutely disgusting. There were stains all over the floor. The hallway smelled terrible (like rotten ham). Our room smelled bad too. The shower did not drain -- we both ended up taking showers in 1 foot of water! The hairdryer did not work either. SO GROSS! But, I guess the location was pretty good?

The bathtub couldnt drain the water, asked for someone, took them 3h, and then 1h30 again to clean it. When you travel 10h in a bus, and want to take a shower before going out, that kinda kill ur day.

The hotel was old, but was in good condition. The room was clean, but I always worry when staying in cheaper places, so I did check the bed in case and coast was clear! HA- the walls are a bit paper thin and can hear everything, but I just needed a place to rest my head on a layover and found this quick. It was sold out as well. I didnt like that you couldnt check in early, and the maids were a PAIN trying to get in before I checked out in the am. But the hotel did have a bellhop that held my bags after I checked out for a few hours. The carpets def need to be updated, as does everything else, but they were clean which was my main thing.

This hotel was extremely dirty, staff was very unprofessional and RUDE, plus room had no heather, overall I'll never stay here again...

Quaint little hotel, which is way past its glory years. Most of the staff does seem to try hard, but there is only so much you can do with limited resources. Rooms are a bit snug, but there is an advantage to being ankle to lie in your bed, use the toilet and bathroom sink while simultaneously opening the door. Lovely view of the city scape -- a back alley.

Great staff, tiny room, but who needs more for NYC ... good rates. Incredible neighborhood restaurants

Check-in took too long even though we were only behind one person who was at the desk. Bed is less comfy than the other hotels I been too. Great location though, the Metro was down the street and two stops on the 3 Train will get you Times Square.

Great staff. Clean, crispy linen. I slept like a baby.
