Service and Room were very satisfactory. Location of the Hotel is perfect. Staff is excellent. There are only small details which could be improved, i.e. amenities at the beach should be complementary, and house shoes in the room would be comfortable.

The Loews Hotel is very expensive...everything comes with a 20% service charge, on top of already inflated prices ($10 beers at the hotel bar for example). The pool area is extremely crowded, and if you don't have a children, you'll feel left out...everyone else does! The pool is pretty, but it ends up being one large toilet full of baby pee. The staff is nice and courteous. Overall, I recommend the hotel even though it was very expensive, and the pool was full of pee.

The hotel was overpriced and overbooked. I feel like we spent too much time complaining to get what we paid for. i paid for a luxury king room but was given a room that did not meet the description of the room I paid for. The type of room I paid for was not availble so I had to wait a day to move into the correct room but then was charged fees that I had to spend time on the phone to dispute. They also had charged me for using the gym without telling me they would charge for that. The pool area does not have enough chairs to accomodate all guests, so if you dont get there at 8am to reserve a spot, you will not have a spot to sit by the pool. They also charge $50 to use two chairs and an umbrella by the ocean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax on your vacation. You will have to hussle to get what you paid for and that is not a way to relax. The drinks by the pool are not good either. Very expensive and they only use sweet mixers and no fresh ingredients...which they should for the price you pay.

When I arrived the lobby was full of talking people so loud that I could hardly hear the desk clerk...when I tried to order some drinks to cool off it took over 15 minutes to get thru to room service...next day I placed an order for breakfast at 8:10 and was told my breakfast would be up by 9:00...at 9:15 I called and it took another 5 minutes to get thru and was told my order was the third one in line and my roomate had to leave because he had a meeting to get to so I told them to take my roomates breakfast off the bill as he had to leave ...the breakfast arrive at 9:35 and of course the order was all of it which was charged the full amount..called back and was told would not be charged but the bill I was signing had the full amount....so disgusted I went out at 10:30 put the housekeeping light on for the room and to my dismay when I returned at 3:30 the room had not been touched although when I left a cleaning cart was right next to my room...so my experience was terrible and I travel alot...so I will not be staying here ever again..

Staff is very attentive everything is clean. I usually stay at trendier or smaller boutique hotels but this still satisfied me because of its prime location. This hotel has more of a contemporary business feel but you still feel like u r in South beach Miami. The pool had a nice band playing and complimentary strawberry, melon, or pineapple water to keep u hydrated as well as complimentary chilled grapes. This is more of an adult spot than a HOT party place. There are older people and some family action but a nice overall mix. Nice spa and gym. You are steps from the beach which is right across the boardwalk. The boardwalk is a great people watching scene to walking or bike ride.

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend. Service, amenities, room were all all terrific. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is great both it and the hot tub were open 24hrs. Towel service poolside was very very nice. Great beach access, path for jogging and everything very close by. Drinks and food pretty overpriced, but that's par for the course at a hotel. I though it was an overall excellent value and I would definitely go back!

The Hotel was quality but the check in was late and the checkout was early. Way over priced for what you could possibly utilize in a day or two.

This reason i gave this hotel a very poor rating is because of one major thing. The hotel room doors slam and make a lot of noise when they close. Now you would think this isn't a big deal but if you are not getting up at the same time as everyone else it doesn't matter if people around you head out 5AM then you are waking up a 5AM. The noise is so load that you can hear it very very well. I asked the management about it and they said that every room is like that. WHY DON"T THEY FIX IT???? Lots of other places to stay for the money they are charging.

We spent 2 nights at the Loews Miami with our teen age children on our way home from a cruise. Everything was great. The service, location, the decor. We all had fun. (And we had the most magnificent weather which always makes it better)

This was our 3rd time at the hotel which we book every other year. We always look forward to our visit as we know what to expect and this year is just the same; good location, good rooms and always very good service. We found all members of staff very helpful and friendly.

This was our third hotel in Florida so we had something to compare. For the price I expected it to be better. We were treated like a number - probably because there was a conference on. None of the friendliness of the previous hotels. Not child friendly. No atmosphere to speak of. Very disappointed. Would not go back.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean (although a bit tired) and comfortable. My only complaint was that we were in rooms with no balcony and the air was a bit stale. I would have preferred the ability to open up a window or door to get some air circulation. The hallway also smelled a bit.

Impressed would be an understatement. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating. The suite was gorgeous, immaculate and well-appointed. Both the restaurant and room service food were great, with their only fault perhaps that of being TOO yummy, resulting in some overeating :-) The spa and recreation facilities were top notch, and the spacious, well kept property was out of a Hollywood dream. I will be back...........for sure!

This hotel hiked the room rates by nearly half again because of Art Basel Miami. It would have been acceptable at the lower rate, but certainly not worth the higher rate. It does have a lovely swimming pool area and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. However, the hotel is large, impersonal, and typical of Loew's brand. Use of the gym is an extra charge.

my experience with Lowes was amaising - when we were cheking in they were so kind to bump us up to a partial water veiw room ( wich was more expencive) for no additional fee, they also got us a nice bottle of wine and fruit and cheese tray because it was our first time staying with them! Stuff at the pool could be better but over all - amaising!

...and will definitely be back. Yes, the overnight parking is too high ($37 p/nt) and the room service prices are equally ridiculous, but the service is stellar. From the time you drive up, to the check-in desk, to the bellmen and the bartenders, you're treated like the most important person staying at the hotel. That's what a first class hotel does best and Loews definitely delivers. Great location, beautiful pool, beach, and spa made this trip extremely delightful.

Cannot say enough about how nice the hotel and staff were. Room clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was there for 2 days. my room was on a forth floor with a balcony coming out to the roof of th hotel. both days I was standing next to the window before 9 am to discover a hotel employee walking around on my balcony and looking into my room. when i called the manager, they treated me like was crazy for complaining about it. They would not even move me to another room. I spent 15 minutes on the phone convinving the manager that i should expect privacy in my room, with no results.

Came here for a bachelorette party. There were 6 of us in adjoining rooms on the 7th floor. Since we booked through a 3rd party, I feel like we lucked out on getting adjoining rooms and having a balcony in one of them. Amazing customer service - super attentive as soon as you step onto the grounds , knowledgeable and friendly concierge, beach attendant who laid our towels for us and later gave us an ice carrier to keep our champagne chilled, poolside people who helped us find chairs, quick room service, free in-room Wi-Fi for one machine, the security office who went looking for my 2-week old Macbook Air adapter that I left behind in the room and who will send it to be via UPS ground. There are so many more other details, but the gist of it is that that actual hotels' amenities, superior customer service, 24-hour pool and hot tubs and location made our Miami visit fantastic. We paid lower prices because it's off season. If I can afford to stay here again, I definitely will. The only cons were: 1) bathroom doesn't lock and doesn't have a fan/spray and 2) the amazing spa and fitness center aren't part of the hotel, and you have to pay additional fees to use them.

The Pool is great and the rest of the hotel is very poor. Unclean and very worn. The carpets .doors , elevators all are old and neglected. The hotel is at the most a 2.5 to 3 star. The hotel staff told us that the hotel is 4 stars . Hotel .com claims 4.5 --- both are way off the mark.

Very nice hotel with a lot of amenities but room was dirty and the sheets in both beds were dirty. Instead of changing rooms, they made us stay up until 1am waiting for room service to change the sheets. It was completely unacceptable and the manager never called me back. If you want a beautiful hotel in a great part of town but managed like a motel 6, this is your place. It does not compare to Loews in New Orleans as far as management is concerned.

The hotel looked amazing and really gives off a luxurious feel. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel was walking distance to everything... restaurants, walgreens, bars, clubs... with a 15-20 min walk, you can really hit a lot of places. The hotel pool was open 24 hours, so always great for a late night swim or just hanging out at the jacuzzi. If you hit the pool earlier in the day, they try to accommodate you by holding your chair for an hour which is really fair. The concierge is even able to print out your boarding pass for you as well - which is great since we needed to catch a flight.

When taking showers, water goes out of stall on the floor. Call front desk to fix it but no one bothered. Call concierage few times and they put you on hold and when you go in the lobby, you find them not busy at all. Very disappointed with the service. Location is good, rooms are good size and welcome services are good.

Location is almost perfect but hotel rooms are small at least in the building we had our room. The ratio price / quality is average and this hotel is a bit overrated !

The hotel is in a great area of South Beach right on the beach. The actual beach is great (pricy if getting beach chairs and umbrellas), the spa/gym is great, the pools are great. Restaurants are good too but there are better throughout South Beach. Hotel is expensive but you have a comfortable, safe stay.

I typically prefer boutique hotels, but my travel partner wanted to stay at Loews. I'm happy we did because I couldn't have been more pleased with the attentiveness of the hotel staff, the amenities, the room - everything was perfect. The only complaint was I could hear all the happenings outside of my room, but it wasn't too bad because I was far away from the elevator. So it was primarily the comings and goings of my neighbor, and the housekeeping staff making their morning rounds. During our stay, we dined at the hotel sushi bar our last night, lounged and ate by the pool each afternoon, went to the spa one afternoon, had drinks outside at the lounge, rented a car for the day through the concierge, etc. We took advantage of as many of the amenities that were offered. Can't say enough good things about my stay. Will definitely visit again, this time with the family as they had lots of activities for children.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Loews. We loved the beach access, pool, bars and restaurants all available onsite. The downside is that we were in the St. Moritz tower. It was okay but definitely an older part of the hotel. It would've been nice to know when we made the reservation that we'd be in the old tower rather than the newer and larger Loews tower. All in all, it was a great hotel and we'd go back (and stay in the Loews tower) if the opportunity to present itself.

sehr unpersönlich - NULL Servicequalität - Baulärm beim Pool - Zimmer nicht richtig geputzt - Betten durchgelegen - zu teuer um wahr zu sein!

Die Lage des Hotels und auch der Strand direkt vor der Tür sind sehr schön. Was uns jedoch massiv störte waren die horrenden Zusatzkosten die in keiner Weise zu rechtfertigen waren: 40$ Parking/Tag; 14$ Internet Kosten/10$ Eintritt ins Fitness das etwa so gross ist wie ein besserer Hobby-Fitnessraum und auch die Kosten für die Verpflegung sind sehr teuer. Alles in Allem stimmt bei diesem Hotel das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in keiner Weise!

Foi tudo super perfeito. Todo Staff muito atencioso, digno de um 5 estrelas. Ficarei la novamente com toda certeza!
