The carpet in room 113 was worn and needs to be replaced. Otherwise the room was great and spacious. Noticed in the pool area the tile surrounding the pool was very slick when it was wet. Should be replaced with a different tile. While in the pool on 2 separate occasions I witnessed 4 different people fall including myself due to the slick floor and one child ended up with a bloody lip while walking into the pool area.

Whenever I stay somewhere I always try to find a Springhill Suites. I alway know what I'm getting. I have never had a bad experience. My only complaint was the time it took to get downtown. That had nothing to do with the hotel though. Kinda far out and traffic was bad some of the time. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast is always nice. Nothing fancy, but included in the price. The pool was great for my kids and the hot tub very relaxing for my wife and I. I will be staying here again on my next trip to St. Louis!

It was a nice hotel, but we were disappointed that the pool was very small, the hot tub was being brought up to code, and the hotel was rather small (hallways, room, pool, etc). Breakfast was okay, but eggs were round premade patties, and there was no sausage, bacon, etc. For this price range, we have found other hotels in St Louis we like better.

We stay in a lot of hotels for travel soccer. This was one of the better hotels that we've been in. It was clean, the rooms were excellent size for 2 adults and three children, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best that we've had. Short of a luxury hotel, this was one of the best ones we've been in. The only thing I would ding it on is that the elevator was a little creaky, the pool was a little small, and the hottub was out of order. But those are minor things.

Perfect central location to everywhere we had to go. Beautiful rooms.

We spent one night at this hotel in Chesterfield, Mo. The location was easy to find and close to a mall. The biggest negative about our room was the heating system. It was cold in our room even when we turned the heat up. We found one blanket that was meant to be used for the hide-a-bed that helped but the floor stayed very cold. The walls were thin and you could hear conversations and toilets flushing. Another negative was the breakfast which was "just OK." The juice was watered down and there was no bread for toasting, just bagels. If we were to stay in this area again I would look for a different hotel but if nothing else was available this one would be a "just OK" place. If you are looking for a clean room with a comfortable bed and you are not too particular about other things give it a try.

This property is just OK for travelers, and is not worth the high price. My family and I booked a room with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. The condition of the hotel seems outdated, and the outside appearance is also just decent. The beds were OK, but the curtains did a poor job of keeping the light out. The pull-out sofa bed was old and dirty, and barely sleepable. The bathroom was very small, with one small sink area outside the bathroom. There is a small fridge and small microwave in the room, with two pretty nice TVs. The breakfast is average at best. The location is only about 25 miles outside of St. Louis, which was convenient. Next time, I would look for other options in the area that are nicer for the high price. Thanks for listening.

Tis hotel is located directly off the interstate 20 min outside downtown St. Louis. I stay 20 min from downtown (my city) . The staff was friendly, & the room was large. The bed is plenty soft, & the alarm clock has an ipod dock. They had enough towels in stock. Oh, and walking across the carpet, without shoes, is an experience you will have to fell yourself. The only thong I doubt like, is that, the fridge don't have a freezer. They also have a Cheesecake factory down the street, Mall, Target, Wal-Mart...etc

Room was very nice and clean. However, the refridgerator froze my drinks. There was a review that mentioned an odd placement for the TV. While I could see th TV from both rooms, it's a little tough from the bed room. A TV on the wall in the bedroom part would be perfect. Wasn't impressed with the restaraunt next to the hotel.

Slept better here than most hotels. A little bit of highway traffic noise but not unbearable. Very nice place to stay. Will stay here often

I book corporate travel, so I am rarely the one who is actually staying at the hotel. One of my business partners was having a birthday the next day and we wanted to do something special for him and the others staying overnight. I called the Front Desk and Stacy was so sweet and helpful. I ordered cupcakes for them and she made sure they were delivered to his room so that he would be surprised when they all returned from their business meeting. She helped make a little thing like a few silly cupcakes into a big way to recognize a special person on his birthday! Thank you Stacy!

The room was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was very small, so did not use. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.

Stayed for 4 days had a great time with family...Rooms were clean and up to date 2 Flat Screen TV's one in sittring area 1 in bedroom...Service & desk staff were terrific and would stay there again if in that area...

No hand lotion,couldn't see the TV from the bed.

Very friendly staff that was easily understood.

Stay was very uncomfortable. Room was very cold as AC thermostat appeared broken. Could not adjust Cooling and had to turn off AC Cooling and just use the fan. All four of us were cold and oncomfortable, I have stayed at several SpringHill hotels in the past and never experienced any issues. Probably will stay again but mad a bad first impression on my family.

While the hotel was a nice enough, and the staff very helpful, two issues made the quality of the stay (two nights) less than we had hoped. First, when we arrived in the room after check-in, we noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Since this is supposed to be a non-smoking property, it was an unwelcome surprise. The odor was very noticable in the shower curtain and the towels. Second, the breakfast was disappointing: the first morning was strange egg circles with gravy, but the biscuits were cold, and stacked with the other breads; the second day was the same mystery eggs with sausage patties. The other choices were the normal quick breakfast fare: self-made waffles, cold cereal and various breads. The one highlight of breakfast was the oatmeal. Overall, the negatives out-weighed the positives, and its very unlikely that we would stay there again.

The Fridge needed a bag of ice to stay cold enough for my perishable snacks. Other than that...meh.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine, with a couple of hot entries per day in addition to the waffles, yogurt, pastries, cereal and juice. The pool was rather small, but we knew that going in. If there are just a few kids you can't really swim -- only float. The hot tub was spacious, and not too hot. The hotel is close to a mall and has a number of shopping and eating options nearby.

When I booked this hotel I was under the impression that there was a DOOR that shut between the two rooms with beds. Upon checking in we learned that ther was just a privacy wall that divided the rooms. If we were not travelling with small children this wouldnt have been a problem. But my husband and I thought that we could put the kids to bed and enjoy ourselves in the other room watching TV and eating our dinner. I was very upset to find that the room was just one open space

ROOMS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND STAFF PLEASANT. A LITTLE TRICKY TO FIND 1ST TIME BUT NO PROBLEMS AFTER THAT. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN

The hotel was very clean and roomy. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We were right next to the elevator, but didn't have any issues with noise. We'd def. recommend this hotel.

My family and I had a great stay. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. Clean, spacious, and very friendly service.

we had a great stay. staff was incredibly courteous! breakfast was good, nice variety. very clean.

Great hotel. However pool was small and pool area was extremely warm.

We had a death in our family and needed to be close to our family members. In our rush to drive across multiple states, we lost the name and directions to the church where the service was to be held. A wonderful lady Assistant Mgr found the obituary and the name of the church where the service was to be. It took her less than 5 minutes to get this information and directions to the church. Service like this doesn't happen often in today's world. By the way, the cost of this hotel on Hotel.com was wonderful. Great service AND cost savings !!!! Thanks to SpringHill Suites and Hotel

Stayed with 2 kids in a room. Kids were 3 and 1 yo. Fridge was handy. Pool and hot tub were clean and kids loved that the most. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife had a heart attack while staying there and the hospital was only a few miles away so was in a great location for our needs. Everyone was very helpfuol and kind.

My wife and I experienced numerous problems using the internet at this hotel. I also developed a bad back in the 5 nights I was here. I found the mattresses much too soft and I'd swear they were crowned at the middle of the King Size bed . Staff were very solicitous and patient with my problems. Breakfast well prepared and variety filled.

The hotel was excellent for the most part. Very comfortable bed and room. Internet was extremely slow and breakfast was incredibly bland but it is a good place to stay for the room itself.

I booked this hotel for my daughter and i to stay before her doctor appointment early in the morning the next day. It was a very nice room with comfortable beds. We liked the restaurant next door and would come back if needed.
