It was close to our destination but did not get a queen bed so full bed small and even tho it wsa non smoking there was a slight smell of smoke.

It was ok but I may not stay there again. I got a room with a kitchenette for a reason. When we got to the room the refrigerator was not on and cold. It turns out the knob to turn it on was broken. When we went to the counter we were told sorry because maintenace does not work on the weekends. We had brought food with us that needed refrigerated. Our stay was for a weekend seminar that did not give us much time in the room. We took our towels to the front desk to exchange and were told it was too late. I would think that it would be wise to keep this available all hours.

The room had a bad odor. The carpet was old and the room just felt dirty.

The Shower was great! I like the security. The beds need to be more comfortable. It felt like an old fashion stray bed. The bedspread needed to be cleaned.

Staff is very accommodating. They go out of their way to take care of any special requests. I always enjoy having the kitchenette available. It is nice that they are pet friendly too... It is sad that some dog owners don't pick up after their dogs...

Great location in Spokane Valley. Nice Kitchenetttes fairly well equipped. I will plan to stay there whenever there is a need to stay in Spokane.

not the fanciest hotel in the world but considering the cost it was a steal! the rooms are in great shape, come with a full kitchen and even silverware & dishes.

I stayed here last weekend, and it was "okay". The room was smokey even though it was a no smoking room. and the bed was harder than expected. Both comments others have made. BUT, for the money it did fine. It has a "kitchenette" and a small oven so if you need a place for a week or two, this could be good.

Only complaint is that our "non-smoking" room reaked of cigarette smoke. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay, great value!

Great accommodating help at the front desk. The room was decent for the price- just missing some of the perks: no hangers, shampoo, hard beds, and no pack-and-plays available- just so you know. Our middle lamps didn't work either. But the kitchen was nice- complete with utensils and range, and again, for a lower rate, it was ok.

Clerk who checked me in was polite, but the overall experience left me quite displeased. Hotel bed had random hairs in my bed. We were housed next to a screaming baby which went on all night and the morning after and a thumping on the wall behind our bed..definitely wouldn't go back lower prices or not

Maintenance on bldg and room was good. Kitchenette was a great feature. The ability to have my dog with me was a plus.. TV, compared to most Hotels/Motels was small. Room cleanliness was sub par. Carpet was not vacuumed. There was popcorn from a previous tenant and receipts that dated back to Jan 21 Jan 2012 still on floor. The No Smoking room was equipped with a bedspread and blanket that reeked of Cigarett. The Staff was responsive and great to work with then these issues were raised.

Good staff - good service

Accomadations were very nice. I loved kitchenette as I had late basketball games two nights and didnt get back untill 11:30. Nice to be able to cook good food rather than eat fast food. Wish there were more of a channel selection on tv. Very large shower-VERY nice. The little gal that checked me in was very helpful and had a great personality. Housekeeping was great. Will be back next year. Thank you.

The beds were really uncomfortable but for the price and location, it was great.

When I arrived to check-in, NO ONE was present! I called for at least an hour to try and reach someone, still nothing. I called their 800 number and they were unable to located ANYONE to check me in. I have never been to a hotel where there is literally no one there to take your money.

For an extended stay hotel,this is value at its finest,very helpful staff,respectable guests,you get your moneys worth!!!!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Crossland extended stay hotel. One of the main reasons is that there are kitchenettes in the rooms with cooking utensils. While traveling during Christmas, anyway to save money is appreciated and not having to buy prepared foods saves a lot. During this stay, I got a call on Christmas that my name was drawn to come get a present. The gift wasn't fancy or gift vouchers, but it was things I could use. I thought it was wonderful that the staff thought of doing this for there customers. It was very special. The beds are very firm and the bathroom doesn't have proper fans which has caused the bathrooms to need some repair. However, the office staff is friendly and services were good. The location is in the Valley on a main road that is close to stores and the freeway is not to far to get too. The rates were also very fair, even through Hotels.com. I would definitely stay at the Crossland again anytime.

Hotel was a little run down, but very clean. Only major problem was the bed was super hard.

You get exactly what you pay for. Not fancy just has what you need. Remember it's an economy suite not a 5 star hotel room.

There was old soap from a previous customer in the shower; the service was very good; there were burn holes in the comforter and yet our room was "non smoking"; the AC did work; the water pressure for the shower was almost painfully hard; not the greatest experience from this otherwise decent company.

This hotel may appear average, but it is definitely not. For starters, the shower in the bathroom did not have a lip to stop the water from pouring into the bathroom, so we had a flood of water every morning. The beds aren't even made each day, which I found to be very poor service. The other guests at the hotel had no consideration for others with respect for noise levels and the front desk staff did nothing to stop this problem during our stay. All in all, a bad experience.

The location was great it was close to a lot but the bed was very uncomfortable! I had the worst neck and back pain in the morning. Also, we had to switch rooms because our first non smoking room just wreaked of smoke. When we got our new room it wasn't as bad but the towels and bathroom still smelled like smoke. Also, we were on the ground floor and people outside were loud and smoking and the smell of their smoking came right into the room. Besides that I had a good stay for just one night. It was cheap, so I didn't expect too much luxury.

the pool was nice and cold and CLEAN. ice machines worked good.

room was clean, water hot. No means fancy. i would stay there again

We recently just stayed at this hotel. I have no complaints because we just needed a place to crash. It is located close to the I90, and has everything you need shopping wise located pretty close by.. You also can't beat the price. It's not a five star hotel, but if you are just needing a place to sleep this would be a great place.

Hotel beds were very hard, no coffee in rooms, had to go down and get toilet tissue. Should have spent more, at a better hotel..

Well like some others have posted I booked a non-smoking room and as soon as I opened the door to the room I was hit by a wall of smoke. Luckily being summer I turned the AC on and never smelt the smoke again. The bed was bad. However if you are looking for just a place to sleep for the night you can't beat the price. Found it very hard there was no shampoo for the shower??

I beds were a little on the hard side.

If you want to cook crack or smoke meth then stay at this hotel. My room smelled horrible. Never stay there again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. When I booked this room I booked a non-smoking room for 4 people. When we arrived we were only given 3 towels 3 cups, 3 plates and 3 of each silverware. So I called the office and told them about the situation, they said I could come to the office and pick up the stuff, so I did. When I got back to the room I noticed the freezer was frozen so much so that we could not store any of our items in it that we brought. The refrigerator was warm and missing the nob to change the temperature, The blankets on the bed had several burn holes in them, I again called the office and told them about he freezer and yeah they apologized but also told me there was no maintenance people working at that time and I could use MY blow dryer to defrost the freezer, of all the nerve.....when I told them I was not going to do that and should not have to they said I could store all my food in their fridge and freezer......not. Finally they offered us another room, the fridge was working but we still had to bring dishes from the other room to accommodate 4 people. The blankets were even worse in this room had twice as many burn holes in the blankest and there was mold stains in the sheets. The sheets were washed but never the less there was mold stains on the sheets. So we finally went to bed and woke up with severe back aches because the beds were just like sleeping on the floor. (hard as rocks). Well I had put my laptop on the floor and slid it under the air conditioner so it would not get stepped on along with my shoes. When I looked at it the air conditioner had leaked all over them they were soaked. I called the general manager and I must say he did step up and take care of the situation, but seemed more concerned with the shoes as to offer me money to put them in the dryer. I told him that would not help my lap top, I did tell him it was working them but did not trust it to stay working because of the water dripping out of it. He

We did not get a break on staying one week--we stayed 8 nights. I stayed there a number of times in the past and got a break on the price, now you have to stay longer than 1 week. Prefer a place that gives a nice continental breakfast.
