My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and just had a look around London, and location wise we loved it. You could walk to Buckingham Palace, Tate, the Eye and its very close to the Tube Pimlicp stop. Was cheap, and clean. The room was small, and the bathroom was one of those tiny all in one pods where the shower floor is the entire bathroom so everything gets wet, but it was grand, hot, clean what else do you need :) we didnt make the breakfast so cant comment, though when we checked in, they said we hadnt booked breakfast I said we had and they said no problem it must have been a mix up and they get that often. so that was eazily sorted.

Customer service was good. The front desk clerks were quite polite and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory. We stayed in a triple room which was satisfactory and which had a spacious full bathroom. The location was convenient and central and near to the Underground. I would recommend choosing a triple room for space and comfort

No frills basic acommodation. A bit of a walk from the tube station and with the smallest bathroom ever, but it was clean and reasonably comfortable if you just need a central location to crash for a night.

Brilliant location for us as we were seeing two shows in Victoria and it was only a five minute walk for both. Our room was spotlessly clean even if the decor & corridors etc might have seen better days. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, clean & comfortable room.

Recently stayed at the central house hotel in London , was a cheap stay for one night , location was great not far from the bus station at all. However was very disappointed on arrival , check in staff where nice enough however got handed the room key told third flood , had never got told whether it was left or right , so I spent at least a couple of minutes looking for the room. The room itself well was very basic , Basic maintenance was I have to say a shambles , there had been sections of the wall that had plastered then not rubbed down right and to top it off had not been painted , I just found that an eye sore , then went into the shower and found that the tap for the hot water came off in my hand after doing a little adjustment I managed to get it back on , I complained on the way out of the hotel which they told me someone would be up to fix it however this was not the case . The carpets looked liked they had not been hovered either very messy . This included in the corridors where the carpets looked liked they had been damaged from a spillage or god knows what . The doors and walls just looked like they had not been touched up with paint in a very long time it just seemed really disappointing that they could not get basic maintenance right. The up side was was that the bed was very comfortable slept it on it with no problems . I filled out the survey card of what I found of the hotel and handed it to reception who he said he would pass it to the maintenance guy , that is if they even have one! Don't think i would return to the hotel which is a shame as it is in a great location

Incredibly friendly staff. I received such a warm welcome from all the staff, which is a real attribute. I cannot blame the staff but the management for the terrible smell of sewage in my room in the basement (room four). The noise was also unbearable. I had an important meeting the following day and had only two hour's sleep. For price as well!!! I was slightly sickened (and not simply due to the smell). Please send my compliments to staff of reception and on breakfast duty - they were truly lovely. My room, other than the smell, was also immaculate. Pristine bed linen and well furnished. Good to have access to the telly too.

This hotel is perfect if all you are looking for is a hotel that is close to a tube station for relatively cheap price. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel in which to relax in and watch tv with lots of ammenities, then I would search elsewhere. Using the room as a launch point to see all that London has to offer it was perfect for our needs. Had we wanted to spend more time in the room we would have been dissapointed. The rooms are typical of European hotels; small, outdated, minimum ammenities for large price tag. The staff was very nice and helpful. The heat did not work in our room the first night, when brought to the staffs attention they immediately came to the room to fix it. I feel like for the price we may have been able to find a better hotel, but what we needed was a clean bed every night and that is what we received. If I were to go back to London I would probabaly look at other hotels first, but would not rule this hotel out again for a place to rest my tired legs.

We stayed for 2 nights in Central Hotel in a triple room. The location is about a 5 - 10 minutes walk from Victoria, and the staff at this hotel could not be nicer. Our room was a bit of a walk from the front desk, but it was large and clean with towels and was also cleaned after our first night which we weren't expecting. Breakfast is good (continental style buffet) and when we asked if there was an internet cafe about to print our boarding cards, the receptionist did it for us free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the location was excellent and the hotel was even better! I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

over priced compared to other hotels in the area, that are much closer to victoria coach/rail station. manager wasn't accommodating when we tried to cancel the reservation.

Great location, walking distance to Victoria station. Room small but very reasonably priced for London. Staff very friendly.

I chose the Hotel only because of its great location, very close to Victoria station. The room was quite small, although for a Hotel in that area I believe it's common. The bathroom reminded me of that of airplanes, and the handle of the door was broken. For its price, you expect at least the breakfast to be included.

Stayed a total of 3 nights and the first night was a disaster. I booked a triple and received a room just big enough for a double bed. The double bed with shifted over and a rollaway bed placed to the side. You had to crawl from the foot of each bed to get into bed. This was very difficult to do for my 80 year old mother in law. We basicly had wall to wall bedding. We complained but didnt get another room until the next night. Pros 10 min walk from Victoria station but bus stops across street. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms nice neighborhood (mostly other hotels) felt very safe at night. Store next door with snacks and sandwitches. Cons Rooms not big enough to swing a cat rooms not connected by one hall, this hotel is made up of multiple rooms, designed by a madman. If you want a super quiet room request room #14 It has its own crazy stairs and hall, very small but quite. The staff makes this hotel. Seems a bit expensive but I guess this is the going rate in London.

Excellent location and good sized room with bubble blowing bath too. Need hotel card to operate the lift. Breakfast was good. I noted (and also noted someone in the lobby queue mentioning the air conditioning unit not working) that my room was far too warm too and i did not get much sleep. Otherwise ok, had to pay £7.50 to use a small swimming pool.

I booked this hotel because it is close to a tube station so that I didn't have to drag luggage all over London. I was very satisfied with it. The bathroom is TINY but other than that it was fine. The beds were very comfortable and it was clean.

Standard hotel, which worked fine for our needs. Small room and bath, but not unexpected. Only complaint being we missed that the breakfast was for an additional fee, and the staff didn't mention that until it was time to check out, but not a big deal. Sketchy internet access for an additional fee as well. Would stay there again, if I needed to be in that section of London again.

great location easily walked to the hotel from Victoria station. simple rooms with nice solid colors- no floral or sadly out of date bedspreads or art. I did have a few beefs - the old style slide in keys require a final shove to flip the latch. The clerk should tell you this before you have to walk through a maze of fire doors and up five flights of stairs after a long journey to prevent you from thinking its a non working key. The bathroom vent fan was not working. there was barely a trickly of water at the shower - and no hot water AT ALL. other than that it was decent. hallway carpet was stained and worn. there is only one way out of the maze - two other exterior doors were padlocked shut - has the feeling of a fire trap.

The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was too small, and the bathroom was tiny.

The location is excellent but the hotel is rather a low quality B&B. Bathrooms are tiny and grose. There was no hot water or heating. Bed linen are synthetic. Won't book it again.

I flew from Houston to London for a one day visit. After a night of flying I was finally in London. When I arrived at the hotel I was promptly greeted in the small lobby after making my way to the hotel from Heathrow airport. I had arrived at the property at around 11:00am. Check in was not until 2pm. The gentleman behind the counter checked to see if I could check in early but unfortunately this was not possible. He gave me a key to the luggage room so I had a place to set my carry on bag down and hit the London streets! After spending quite a few hours sight seeing and walking the streets of London, I made my way back to the hotel. It was around 3pm and I approached the front counter and was given my room key. "it's room #3, down in the basement." I was told. I was very surprised that a hotel would even have a room in the basement, but I didn't come to London so I could sit around in a hotel room all day. The room was very small, but I'm only one person and all I needed was a place to lay my head that night and shower the next morning. The room was clean. It lacked air conditioning but it really wasn't needed anyway. The small TV didn't seem to work but I never reported it because it really wasn't a big deal to me. What I really wanted was a room with a window so I could look outside. The room I was in had a window, but it only looked out into the hallway. I guess the only real issue I had was with breakfast the next morning. The breakfast room for the hotel was near my room so I heard lots of clanging of coffee cups, silverware, bowls, etc. by all the hotel guests at 7:00am. I got myself out of bed, showered, and made my way to the breakfast room. It was so jammed packed full of people that it wasn't worth the hassel of bumping in to people left and right, "pardon me, excuse me, pardon me.." just to get a bowl of cereal. When I checked out, the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to call a cab for me to get back to Heathrow and he made sure that I go

The room we had was tiny but we did get it for a reasonable price. The only annoyance was when we checked in we were told we could have a complimentary breakfast. We assumed this meant we wouldn't have to pay (can't think what else complementary could mean). However when we checked out we were charged extra for it.

this hotel is what it says on the tin close to victoria bus / train stations local restaurants and a nice pub round the corner . the rooms were clean and comfortable just a little compact ok for 2/3 day stay the pillows need to be upgraded to a better quality the breakfast room was light and airey and plenty of room for everyone the continental breakfast was ok and lots of it. the staff were as friendly as they needed to be. worth another visit.

Upon arrival, the reception asked me if I booked a double bed room. I answered yes, we went up to our room and walked in to a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and had two small twin beds. We went back down to inquire as to why and he said we booked a twin room (we even had the print out saying otherwise) and refused to give us a double room but did push the two twins together. While accommodating, was very uncomfortable as the two beds would pull apart every time we moved. The internet was very expensive and the TV only received about 3 channels. Extremely disappointing.

For the price we paid was expecting a lot better. Rooms are very small and bathroom is a plastic container in the bedroom. Shocking! Never again

I wish I had done more research. There is no way this hotel should be 3 stars. Very small room and bathroom. When taking a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. No air-conditioning. Room was hot. TV is very small with few channels. Internet photos did not represent rooms accurately. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I did find the staff to be fairly helpful with booking shuttle to airport and sight-seeing tour. And the location is good. These are the only positives from this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

rapport qualite prix tres élevé. chambre située ensous sol donnant sur une petite cour intérieure ou sont entreposés vieille machine à laver,tuyaux en tout genre!!!!! du plus mauvais effet. coffre fort défecxtueux impossible de mettre nos effets personnels en sécurité (avons relancé en vain le service à l'accueil)

This hotel is locate in zone 1. So convenience for get to every famous place. Hotel near bus station and tube station. It fantastic.....

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla, kohtuullisen kävelymatkan päässä Victorian asemalta. Huone oli pieni kolmelle ihmiselle, liikkuminen hieman hankalaa, mutta koska tarkoituskin oli vain nukkua siellä, tila riitti. Wc:n ovi sulkeutui huonosti, shampoille ja pyyhkeille ei ollut oikein laskutilaa. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan hyvä hotelli kolmen päivän oleskeluun.

É limpo, arrumado e a calefação funciona. É bom para viajantes que não pretendam ficar muito tempo no hotel porque o quarto é pequeno. Tem duas estações de metro relativamente perto, e dali poderá ir a qualquer lugar da cidade.

L'accueil est très correct. La chambre que nous avone eu avec ma soeur était vraiment très très petite et nous avons été déçues par la salle de bains du type formule 1 Pour le petit déj ça allait rien d'extraordinaire ni d'original.... Mais on était pas venues pour rester dans une chambre. Par contre, le fait que l'hôtel soit placé très prés de Victoria Station c'était bien ça...

Points positifs: proximité avec la gare de Victoria et magasins , quartier calme, chambre calme, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner à volonté, télé écran plat Points négatifs: chambre très petite, salle de bain minuscule, pas de shampoing, ménage sommaire parfois, difficulté pour trouver la chambre dans un dédale de couloirs sinueux
