I didn't feel safe at this hotel. Not pleased at all!!!!!!

This was my first stay and my last. The room smelled like smoke and other oders. The chairs look old and had stains on them. The whole place needs some tlc quickly. There was no soap, alarm clocks and no towels in one room. I would tell anyone to spend alittle more money and get a better room some where else!

Pleasantly suprised. Expected typical discount hotel, not what I received. Hardwood floors, granite countertops and a very comfortable bed. No breakfast however there was coffee in lobby.

hotel had reasonable rate, perfect location. the bed was awesome. towels a little scratchy. thanks for the fridge and microwave. the room was great. outside in the stairwells was dirty and trash cans were over flowing and parking lot was somewhat trashy. other than that, i will stay again when back on business. thanks :-)

It was nice to stay.I reached here in night and I had little difficulty in finding it though my GPS has updated maps. on top of that the receptionist put me on hold for 10 minutes when I asked for direction. But it is near to interstate Exit and I was very comfortable.

I was very upset with my stay at this hotel. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The bed had a huge sink hole in the middle and it was hard as a rock. There were several roaches crawling around. I will never stay with this hotel again.

You get what you pay for.

This hotel looks like it's right on the highway but you actually have to go around the block to get to it. My GPS got me there fine but if I hadn't had that it would have been difficult to find. Once I got there, it was almost 10 PM and there was only one person on duty at the desk. She was on the phone and I did have to wait quite a while as she made a reservation for that person. Once she got off the phone, though, she was very nice and everything went smoothly. I ended up with the room right next to the office and didn't even have to move my car which was great. Once I got in with all my things, everything went fine. The TV worked fine although there aren't a ton of channels and the shower and bathroom were all acceptable. The little fridge in the room was loud when the compressor is running and they charge you for the safe in the room unless you ask them to take it off. The best thing is they allow pets and don't charge for them, which is rare. Also it's right by a McDonalds so you can easily grab breakfast on the way out. Overall it was a fine stay and great if you're on a budget.

Hotel is an older one and for one night, I survived. I would not stay there again though. When I first entered the room I looked at the chair sitting beside the bed and thought "Oh my God!" It was stained and dirty looking! That was my first impression and even though the rest appeared to be okay, I just couldn't believe they would still have a chair that old and dirty sitting there.

Horrid!!! bed was hard as rock... Toilet wouldn't flush. Bath water was brown...

Great hotel for the price. Walking distance to a cracker barrell and short drive to cruise terminal.

Red Roof Inns have become a favorite. We have a small dog traveling with us and Red Roof always allows pets for free; big advantage. Room was fine. Rate was great.

The hotel is OK for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn't want to spend an extended period of time there, or use it for a business trip. First of all most of the room was in disrepair - the TV remote didn't work, the sink fixtures were falling apart, the bathtub drain didn't work, and the knobs were broken on the air conditioner. Also, while there was a reliable WiFi connection, there was no workstation in the room (no chair or desk). I had to sit on a luggage rack and use my laptop on the dresser. The room was kept clean and the front desk service was good, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone except as a short-term overnight stay.

location very close to any services and downtown

This has to be the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. We booked two rooms in this hotel originally, however the day before our stay, our friends were told they had been over booked and were moved to another hotel in town. The room was filthy (probably hadn't been vaccumed in weeks), smelled of rotten food (probably because of the CHEESE we found in the A/C unit!! Yes, cheese, and we have pictures to prove it), was dark and dingy, and the water in the bathtub would not drain. On a scale of 1-10, I would give this hotel a NEGATIVE 4. Totally disgusting!

The hotel had some good updates but the bed mattress was sunk in the middle. Also the room was not the cleanest.

the room had a bad smell and the carpet was just plan nasty. shower had meldew on the wall and ceiling locks were broken pulled sheet back and they must just changed the top sheets cause somebody place some paper under the sheets and it was still there. part of the carpet was pulling away from the wall and the floor molding was falling off. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The surrounding hotels are much better and do not cost much more. There was a roach in our room.
