hotel was close to the venue that we were attending. I passed maintenance concerns to the hotel staff and as it happened, the maintenance staff took care of the issues immediately.

Due to bad weather, my check-in was delayed.The staff was very courtesy and helpful. The location provided easy access to the interstate.

Located just 10min away from The Streets at Southpoint, and within walking distance to other various restaurants. The area along with the hotel is quite clean and comfortable. Will defiantly stay again.

Not a good place to saty. Have to wait 20 mins as check in room was closed. Guy at front desk went out for smoking. No rion and board inside room. Would not stay there.

Checking in was very smooth with the reservations being made in advance. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel whenever I'm in the area.

Convenient location. Good price. Would have been perfect except that we found used soap piece from previous owner.

Motel is newly remodeled. I stopped by the motel and asked to see a room before I made a reservation. I was told the motel was remodeled four years ago. It's small, but it's clean. It's worth the cheap price you pay if you're looking to spend a night and be on your way, and you don't have to worry about roaches. The motel was a very nice bargain for such a cheap price. There's another motel right next to this one that charges the same price and is nowhere near in as good as shape as this one.

This hotel was the most inexpensive, so I was expecting mediocre service, which I got. The ice box was broken while we stayed there, but they were really good about bringing extra towels. So, there might be some things wrong about this hotel, but basically, you can't expect the Ritz with a price this low. :)

Other than the location is a bit noisy since next to a busy highway, the bathroom and room was clean, and seems to have just been re-modelled.

This may have been the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and condescending anytime we asked for anything. At one point, our key literally stopped working, so we were locked out of our room. It was simply a miserable experience.

This here hotel was great. All I need for a weekend ;-)

Worth the money, just don't expect a warm reception

New place and decor for a Red Roof; clean; convenient; quiet and cheap; a real value.

Just needed a little weekend to myself and everything was as expected.. or better. This was the first hotel where the photo was actually reflecting the room. Everything was clean (room & linens, no harsh odors, no bugs. Will definitely be staying @ Red Roof Again -- Only downfall: I would have exchanged the room safe for a refrigerator.

This is a nice clean hotel. The staff are all friendly.

The front desk cleark was amazingly sweet, our room was right in the middle of everything our room was clean althought it smelled like a pool when we first walked in lol its not a five star hotel but if your looking for something affordable but yet still decent this is our place

It was decent for arriving late, sleeping there for the night, and going the next morning. But it wasn't particularly comfortable, so I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation, where sometimes you want to go back to the room and relax/recharge. Several things weren't functioning properly. (The door lock and the light above the sink.) It takes a college degree to figure out how to use the TV. There was also some mold growing in the bathroom, but otherwise it was clean enough. You get what you pay for. It is a cheap hotel. We decided that from now on we'd spend the money for a better one.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Have stayed at this hotel several times. This is the first time I have had a very poor bed. Mattress worn and lumpy. All other amenities were very good. And staff is willing to work with changing rooms if available.

Night chck in staff not as pleaant as previous stays here. Rooms good for the price. And Free Wi-fi for all now!

Our family had two rooms at the hotel. Both were very dirty and had very bad odors. Our room smelled as if a cat had urinated in it. We actually went to buy disinfectant before sleeping in the room. We also got the impression that this hotel was more of a residential type. Also, as we were trying to go to sleep, a group of people were outside our room screaming profanities for a long time. It was terrible! I would not reccomend it.

The hotel was great for someone who is looking for a place on a short stay, that is clean, and free of bugs or other pest. I was pleased with the customer service and the location. Wish they would come to the 21st century and put in free wi-fi for all their customers(right now they charge anyone not in a king size room a nominal fee). I would stay again,it is a great place for a short stay.

Our room was very nice with fresh paint and new furniture. I loved the furnishings, very trendy! The desk was so convenient to work from. I loved the coffee maker as well with lots of coffee choices. Very friendly and helpful staff!

It had everything we needed, a hair dryer at the front desk and free coffee machine in the lobby. Not posh, but a great value!

Absolutely fabulous property, location and staff

We were very pleased; check-in took a bit longer than desirable because the clerk was conversing with several people in the lobby as she dealt with us. I would recommend it, and would return again.

Basic room...no hair dyer or coffee maker...

The only problem we had with this hotel was that we asked for non-smoking and got a room that was supposedly non-smoking but smelled clearly (and nauseatingly) like smoke. We got in too late - after midnight - to complain so for all I know they would have readily changed our room but we didn't even try.

Het hotel was ontzettend, we hebben mogen me genieten van de vrijpartij van de buren, erg genant. Ergens bleef er een t.v aan staan tot tegen de ochtend, waarvan we ook mee mochten genieten.
