Bayview Park Hotel Manila - مانيلا

Hotel is not bad but your b/fast not really eatable.. you need some varity likes yugort and fried eggs cooked in front of you. you neednice foods..

Stayed for 5 days at deluxe suite and was happy. The room needs a little bit repairs (wall,ceiling). The hotel is across U.S embassy, safe. Taxis are accessible and breakfast buffet is great. The amenities at the gym I guess needs an update. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel just because I prioritze my safet and good price as well..

This was my Second stay at this Hotel. They had done alot of work bringing this Hotel into afirst class condition after a typhoon in 2011 that had descemated them and the surrounding area and had knocked out their electricity.. They are in the process of updating alot of the rooms My room at this stay was overlooking Manila bay.

THe erea is bad. the brekfast is very good. serviS is ok. the hotel is old you can see this on every corner. carpits . and the cheap room i had to the rear side. the serounding is very bad. very poor peopel yast around the nagst corner. to stay ther for 3 or 4 says is ok maby the mor expensive rooms ar better. it is a bit defficult to put here all difrent aspects in to a fair statment. bat it is one of the cheapest

as before this hotel has a friendly welcome and is well located for the airport

It is a nice location, but was not able to enjoy my hotel stay, it is pretty short...missed my flight from overseas...but I would stay there again....

A nice clean hotel with friendly staff who were always eager to accomodate you. Located close to the U.S .Embassy. Value was well worth the price I paid. and the complimentary breakfast was pleasant treat.

The hotel's breakfast buffet menu are all the same. Not recommended for long stay.

If you are going to the US embassy its a great place to stay. Its just a few blocks walking distance. The breakfast was good and the staff were really hospitable.

This was my first stay at the Bay View and while I would happily stay again, I know there are a number of better options for a few more dollars. The rooms were a bit tired and could do with a bit more maintenance. The one issue I had was the thin walls, my son who is still too young to know what's going on had to hear the intimate Olympic love fest in the next room. The wifi was not worth the effort. Good location for the waterfront, malls and restaurants.

friendly welcome even late at night, taxis easy to get from hotel entrance, friendly staff, good location, reasonable price would recommend this as a hotel to consider every time

We stayed there for a night. We had no problem looking for it since it's along Roxas Boulevard. Our experience was pleasant. There are convenient stores nearby and also Chowking, Jolibee and Starbucks. For us, the buffet breakfast had enough food varieties. The hotel and room interiors are not that elegant but it does not look old. There were no musty smell. The only comment that I have is that the swimming pool is small. There's no kiddie pool so my daughter was not able to enjoy. But that is not their problem :) Also, the toilet is small. But when i asked assistance for the shower, the housekeeping department immediately sent a staff. During the night, you can sometimes hear hotel staff passing by pushing some carts (i don't know how it is called) and some other small noise. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. The only reason i may not be going back to this hotel is if my daughter insisted for a hotel that has a kiddie pool. Or if i found another hotel with the same amenities and conveniences but lesser price ;)

This was our second stay here and we were not disappointed. The staff is efficient and the service is much better than we have experienced at other hotels. I use a power chair to get around and had little problem accessing the hotel facilities.

the hotel is easy to get to from the airport and welcomes you whatever the hour, good friendly welcome bit slow on check out

The hotel is OK. But the neighborhood is so ugly, even it thought as a good one. One evening I went out, and found a lot of ugly and dangerous person in the area. Be careful.

I go here every time i visit manila, philippines. its safe, close to airport and affordable. the breakfast buffet is nice too.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient to the US Embassy (just a 5 min walk across the street). It was nice to have the breakfast included in the price of the room. It is not fancy but was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, Manila is a city of its kind - which meant that the hotel was a safety zone for us ...

The Suite is very big with separate bedroom and living room with sofa and dining table. There is a mini refrigerator for your convenient and coffee/tea provided. There are two TV sets, one in living room and one in bedroom. The bathroom is comfortable in size and has bathtub and shower. The only one missing is a mini microwave oven. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, one on site and a fast food nearby. Ocean Park and Rizal Park are walking distance and so is 7-Eleven store and Mercury drugs. Overall we are satisfied with our stay in the hotel.

A great place to stay for the value. I have been staying here more often when I visit Manila, because it is close to the Mall of Asia, and the airport. They have great room rates and a great buffet breakfast. AC, WIFI, and a pool, are all included. Friendly service, taxis on the spot, money changers, and fast food places nearby. Also discount tickets to Manila Ocean Park!

You can easily walk to tourist attractions.Hotel is on a well known street but safe in daytime and hotel staff takes good care of you. Day tours are very expensive from their travel desk. restaurant is good

The room was clean and wide. My only concern was the pool. it was too small it cud have been better if they make it larger not just for kids.

No Bay, no View, no quiet sleep, not safe, no helpful staff. There's nothing I can say good about this hotel. It was a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport with a taxi driver who tried to rip me off for extra money - suddenly, the meter did not work, so she charged me double of what I found out later was the normal fare. I will avoid Manila at all costs in the future.

we only stayed one night. Breakfast/food is great, and so is the location. However, upon checking in, I was expecting somewhat "warmer" welcome from the people at the front desk. When I approached the front desk for check in, everybody seems to be busy and unapproachable, I didn't know who to ask! The next day, we hanged the sign "please make up room" on the doorknob, so that we'll have a cleaner room when we return. We came back at 11:00am, but our room was not made up! What happened to the notice on the room "clean up is at 8:30 in the morning" ?

The parking attendant was courteous and greeted us with a smile while crew at the door were just chatting no greeting was made and then at the reception desk we told them that we have a booking and showed them the booking number from the cellphone and a confirmation booking on an Iphone. The Lady at the reception told us that we should have printed it out and it must be given to them. But how she said it was kind of rude like blaming us that we did not printed it out and she won't process us until we give her the printed confirmation or voucher. When I raised my voice she directed me and my wife to the business center. They have no internet connection at that time but the lady just asked me where did I book my reservation and she asked to see the booking number and she sent us back to the reception. from the moment we step in until we get to our room no one assisted us with our belongings. The room was nice but it has a door for an extension which at around midnight you can here the people snoring from the other which is really loud and annoying! the toilet seat cover is smaller than the toilet bowl and the soap has mold on it. Had to call for the cable of the tv as there was no cable when we came. The engineering guy who came was apologetic and very helpful, he fixed the cable within 3 mins. Breakfast was great except the corned beef which is very oily. Long line for check out as well.

very poor communication within this hotel .double bookings are the norm . breakfast buffet is average ,food runs out and nothing happens. requests and messages don,t seem to be passed on through system ,constantly asking for things over and over.

Hotel is modern and new. Everything was walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly.

As an International traveler for both business and family vacation, i must say that I am appalled with this hotel. 3 stars, humph, 1.5 stars. My experience was horrible from arrival and got worse as the time went on. Upon arrival we got out of the taxi and even with 4 porters and telling them we were checking in 5 times, they still did not help us with our bags. They did however, take the time to move my bags out of their way while we were unloading. Also not one greeting, welcome, how are you...I felt like I had committed a crime arriving in a taxi. Then at check-in there was a long wait and NO place to sit down. When they told me my wife could sit in the Cafe, the cafe then told my wife it was for customers only. I have never been to a hotel without places to sit in the lobby. After arguing with management regarding the room deposit we agreed that I was on a cash basis for my incidentals...DUH, like I was planning to NOT pay for my incidentals if I even had any. The general demeanor of all employees was very inhospitable and downright angry in some instances. A guy at the porte cochere even asked my wife what here business was there and who she was with.....I wanted to knock his teeth out. The room is the bare minimum, no frills, no washcloth, no hangers, no amenities other than soap. I guess that should be expected for a less expensive hotel...but I had just checked out of G Hotel, 1km away and gotten twice the room and 5 star service for only 200 pesos more per night. I left my room just after checking in and went down to starbucks for coffee. On my way in and out of the hotel I counted over 15 staff that I passed. NOT ONE of them greeted me or said hello, or good afternoon or anything. They watched my like I was a common thief or a criminal in their midst. I then returned to the front desk to request a meeting with the general manager...he never tried to meet with me even once.

Hotel Staff was very polite and friendly. Resturant food very good quality and restaurant personal very nice also

very low water pressure in the morning, had difficulty using the shower. I was booked at the 12th floor.

This hotel offers easy access to central city sights, especially Ocean City. The rates are very favorable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and reasonably quiet. The restaurant is great for the covered breakfast, but offers a very limited menu later in the day. The hotel cab services are rather overpriced for hotel sponsored drivers. Be sure to compare with regular cab rates.

Room carpet was dirty. Sheets on the bed are old. Breakfast was OK. The hotel corridors smelt of seafood. The tiny swimming pool was off limits as there was a wedding reception. Very busy traffic in front of hotel.

Our stay in this hotel was quite okay. Though the rooms were not so new there was evidence that constant upgrading was being done and I appreciate it. More importantly the hotel staff, from bell boy to the waiters/waitresses, were courteous and helpful.
