Great service. Full breakfast included. Swimming pool all to ourselves!

The staff was the friendliest customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel. Note that I travel 8-10 times a year and stay at a variety of hotels. I have always had good luck with Hamptons but this far exceeded any other stsy.

The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Location is very convenient for shops and restaurants. Everything was great with the exception of the rather noisy heater in our room.

A++ Rating as I truly enjoyed everything about my stay.

Close enough to Freeport Famous Amenities (think, LL Bean - Warehouse Stores, and a variety of restaurants). A decent hot buffet breakfast - a bonus to the extended staying guests like I was. No complaints on the service.

Everything was great except for the re-modeling, but that is to be expected.

We just spent 4 days at this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel itself is not a 5 star hotel but the people there make you feel welcome no matter what and that made our trip. We were 4 families in 4 rooms with many young children running around and making noise. The staff always accommodated our requests with a smile. Nate and Sarah at the front desk were very helpful with local information and directions. We forgot 2 jackets there and Nate was a great help in finding them and shipping them back to us. As for the hotel, it was clean and comfortable with all the little amenities you come to expect from this level of lodging. The breakfast was a little cramped but that was only due to the renovation. I would expect things to be even better after the reno is done.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Free wi-fi and swimming pool were a great bonus. Breakfast is simple but not great, as per previous comments. Nonetheless, for the price, this hotel was better than I expected and I'll look to stay at a Hampton Inn again.

They were revamping the eating area, so used a bedroom unit for breakfast room. Not great, but understand winter is the time to do this. Most annoying part of stay was heater in our room, as it was so noisy when it went on, it would wake us up during the nite. We reported it in the morning and they said they would send someone to look at it.

The Hampton Inn Freeport is my hotel of choice each time I go to shop Freeport, ME. It's always clean, great location, on a 5 min drive to the downtown shops. The staff are friendly, helpful and know what's going on in the area. Breakfast has a great hot/cold selection. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We had a great stay! I would recommend the hotel. The only thing I was pleased with was the food service for breakfast. The first morning they had put oatmeal out that had not cooked at all, just water and oatmeal - not hot. I asked the woman to microwave it for me and she didn't bring it back out for 5 min. (it had boiled over and barely any left in the bowl - only running down the side.) then she said the big pot would be ready in a min. Waited 20 minutes and she brought it out still not cooked. The 3rd morning there was no dark roast coffee available and they didn't seem in a hurry to replace it (at 6:30 AM) So...I would recommend a little training for breakfast people! Otherwise, people were very friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located for Freeport and Portland, Maine. Reasonable price and friendly staff. Would recommend to family and friends.

I thoroughly enjoyed my three night stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The location is excellent for the outlet shopping in Freeport but also very convenient to the Maine Mall. I will definitely stay here again and I strongly recommend it.

The hotel is close to shopping. They have a great breakfast and the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The flat screen television modernized the rooms and the linens are fresh and clean upon arrival. If you're going to Freeport for some outlet shopping this is a great location.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, cookies at night were a treat.

Everything we have come to expect from Hampton.

We have 5 peoples using one room with extra bed , it is ok .hotel is with very frindly service and in good location surrounding for shopping mall and supermarket .

My daughter & I come to Freeport twice a year for a shopping weekend. Always stay at the Hampton. Are never disappointed!

My mom and I visited Freeport for a few days during April vacation and we had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. Our room was large, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the breakfast staff. Speaking of, breakfast is great! Warm oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and dark roast coffee! I always appreciate when a hotel supplies a quality breakfast, and Hampton Inn did not disappoint. We will definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely time. It was very close to downtown shopping. The room was nice, I stayed with 2 small children and they were happy the whole visit. The continental breakfast was great. I was also right next door to a grocery store and dunkin donuts! Yum! The front desk gave a recommendation to visit a state park in Freeport and it was amazing, great hiking and water access, Wolf Neck state park I believe. Overall I was very pleased and would stay with them again.

upon arrival we requested our passport be placed in the safe...when we checked out we left without our passport and had to go back..they had no record that we had put the passport in the safe and had to wait 45 minutes for them to find a key..

Clean, comfortable, good location, friendly staff, great value. Have stayed here 3 times and would go back again.

Room and breakfast great, bed worn, didn't sleep very well.

Fantastic stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Room was very clean and spacious. Very quiet and conveniently located. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend it.

The Hampton Inn in Freeport, Maine is just down the road from everything there is to see and do in Freeport and is a great place to relax and escape from the traffic and crowds. It is clean, comfortable and has large rooms and nice extras like a good sized pool and exesize room. The included breakfast for the family was great and there were even warm cookies waiting for us at check on tome! A great deal for your vacation dollar!!!

affordable price, nice complementary breakfast, clean pool.

We visit this area several times a year and decided to try a new place. We are so pleased with our choice. We were greeted immediately with sincerity upon arrival. The desk clerk was very helpful with everything from where our room was to the best places for dinner. Our room was very clean, much more spacious that expected, and comfortable. Far enough from the highway to not be bothered by the noise, but close enough to be handy for travel. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected also. Eggs, waffles, fruit, about everything you could want. Will definately stay again.

As usual all that you would expect from Hampton Inn. Very clean, nice people, great location..
