The room was cozy, but very handsomely furnished and comfortable. Complimentary computer facilities in the lobby enhanced our 3-night stay. Desk and bell staff were extremely helpful and cordial. This was a good choice.

Nice hotel, good location but small rooms. I would stay here again.

We had a nice stay. We were upgraded to king suite which was very nice. The last time we stayed at this hotel we had a standard room that was adequate but pretty small. The hotel staff was very helpful at both the front desk and the restaurant. We will stay here again.

It was a nice place overall. The only real problem was the elevators were very slow.

Have stayed at this hotel several times because of its proximity to Wash U. We continue to be happy with the quality of our experience. Friendly staff, very nice rooms, and very good fitness center guarantee a return visit.

I didnt like it at all

The Sheraton was the perfect overflow home during the holidays when the family homestead was bursting to the seams with other family members.

Nickle and dimed on everything. Dirty baby diapers under our bed-so that's what the stink was! Staff tried to be kind but you could feel they were miserable. Do they not like their boss? Their parent company? Someone is making it very hard for the folks that work here to be nice. Just a miserable experience. Really.

The service was very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! That was my first time at the Sheraton, and now it will be the only hotel I book with.

The hotel was clean and well run, and the staff was quite friendly. The room was comfortable as well and I would not hesitate to stay again. While I got a good rate, self-parking is $14/night, internet access was $10/day, and there was no free breakfast.

Very convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were all very friendly and happy. Room was very clean.

We were in town for a marriage conference a few blocks away at the Ritz-Carlton. We stayed at the Sheraton, because I was able to find a room for about $30 less per night. For this discounted price, we got a king-size bed in a room on the 11th floor, which is for "Starwood Preferred Guests." I'm not sure how/if those rooms are any different, except that they are higher up, and therefore, would have better views. Our room did not have a mini-fridge, but one call to the front desk and about a 10-minute wait solved that--at no extra charge! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. There is a $9.95 charger per day per item for wi-fi use in your room, but it's free in the lobby. I saw two people with dogs, so I assume they are pet-friendly. The location is ideal in the Clayton City Center, with many excellent dining options in easy walking distance. VERY quiet area at night. Surroundings seemed very safe and clean.

I thought the layout of the hotel was a little strange (lobby is on the 3rd floor)but we had the best nights sleep ever. We woke up a couple of hours before our alarm went off but we were total fine with it because we woke up so refreshed. My husband wants me to call the hotel and find out what type of beds they have.

I travel for my job and stay at least 140 nights a year in hotels and this so far has been my worst experience. It costs money to park, money to use the internet, and their is no free breakfast. For the price of the room they should include at least one of those. We got up to our room and there was no toilet paper or kleenexes. There were people hanging out in the hallway when we got up to our floor. We actually had to step over some people and their food boxes to get out of our room to go to dinner. The staff was friendly, the hotel is clean, and the location is great though so I guess it's a trade-off.

The problem we had was the noise factor. There were one or two parties on our floor so until 2:00 a.m. you heard knocking on doors, people in the hallway talking and people on their cell phone.

Close to the mall and business. Nice indoor pool but no hot tub.

good stay, hotel just charged un-needed fees more than once

i feel like the sheraton seeks an image of a high quality hotel, but the staff leaves little to desire and prevents such attenuation of quality. the front desk staff couldn't find a room for me, despite my checking in at 7pm. in my reservation i had requested to be away from the elevators and ice machine, and i ended up right across from the ice machine and 20 feet from the elevators. i asked if i could check out late, and the guest services operator was not sympathetic and said the room had to be immediately cleaned because someone was taking my room as soon as i left (yet check in isn't until 4:00, and the hotel was deserted - couldn't they have given me a few hours and given my room to someone else)? Regardless, I felt she was lying and unhelpful. Customer service like this will never convince me that such hotel is of high standard.

My girlfriend and i had a wonderful stay. Though the room was small, it was perfect for what we needed... a clean, nicely furnished and presentable. The rate we got for two nights was AWESOME. It made the stay even better. The hotel staff was friendly and quite helpful. My girlfriend loved the pillows so much, she had called the front desk inquiring about how she could buy two... It was a nice and comfee stay.

Rooms were small, and hotel seemed a little dirty, especially on the bottom floor where you entered from the parking garage. The elevators were extremely slow. Parking was $14.00 per night.

Room was very clean, the halls need some updating. They offer a $5.00 credit towards food if you skip the cleaning of your room. A good incentive to be green.
