Everything was terrible, from the staff to the room. I would have been better off at a sleazy roadside motel. Never again! I will stay far far away from this hotel chain.

some parking is off-site but nearby. valet parking is available,which I found out later. you do need your room key for the garage which I didn't find out til questioning the check -in staff after I'd made a useless trip over there. they were not pleased that I commented that they need to instruct patrons about it at check-in. otherwise everything elas and all the staff were wonderful and so pleasant to talk to.

Stayed at the hotel for a week. Turned out to be an excellent choice on many levels. The location was great, right on the ocean with easy access to the boardwalk and the beach. The rooms are only single loaded so every room is assured of an ocean view!! The room was good sized and comfortable. The staff was courteous, helpful and on top of things. Maybe it was the off season but the restaurant times and dinner menu were horrendous. It was more closed than open but the all-you-can-eat breakfast was great.

It was a nice hotel but the room wasn't that clean when we got there. It was in a good location right on the beach though. The personnel were all very nice and friendly.

The hotel staff was across-the-board friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the restaurant (breakfast was awesome). Our overall stay was great. Because we stayed at the hotel during a very busy holiday (Easter) weekend, the pool area was not as well-cared for as I would have liked. I would, however, recommend this hotel due to the wonderful nature of the staff, the hotel's the location and the cleanliness of our room.

The staff was one of the nicest I have ever had. Being greeted by Noel at the counter was a great way to start our vacation. Again wonderful staff.

The heater in the room was faulty and made considerable noise everytime it turned on. Impossible to sleep in the room.

Overall my wife and I very much enjoyed the hotel. The view of the beach from our room was fantastic. The hotel did seam a little dated, but was in good shape. One light didn't work on my wife's side of the bed, but that wasn't a very big deal. We asked for a 12 noon check-out and they let us do that with no questions or fees. I called house cleaning for another blanket and they brought it to us in a timely manner, by a very well mannered young man. The only complaint I have about the stay, is the following morning we went to swim in the pool with our 20 month old. We got to the indoor pool around 8am. I am not sure if they heat the pool or not, but it was cold to get in, almost like they had just turned on the heater for it. We were planning on swimming for an hour or so, but after our son and I turned blue in about 15 mins, we dried off and we back to our room.

Hotel services were good EXCEPT BLANKETS, TOWELS WERE SO OLD AND DIRTY. Indoor pools were also old and dirty and water does not seem to have been changed. I would not swim in it.

Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and more tourist-y things to do. Ocean front is always a plus as well. Our room was ready early, we were allowed to park on-site prior to checking in so that we could enjoy the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was really good.

This stay at this hotel was extremely relaxing. The check-in process was pleasant. The valet parking staff was very helpful. The restaurant staff was very impressive. The housekeeping staff was the most professional and courteous I've experienced in the US. My family (3 rooms) thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this hotel.

GOOD LOCATION, GREAT STAFF. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE ROOM, SAME AS PICTURED. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK? MORE PARKING? GET IN EARLY. A GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE? DON'T GO TO VIRGINIA BEACH LOOKING FOR GREAT FOOD. GO FOR THE SAND ON A CLEAN AND NON-MOLESTING BEACH. IF THE HOTEL IS AS GOOD AS THIS ONE, YOU WILL BE WELL SERVED.

The service provided by front desk personnel was excellent.

We just had the car parked by valet service when we arrived and everything was within walking distance that we wanted to see. The breakfast buffet was great!The waffles and egg omelettes are made fresh by request by a cook behind breakfast buffet bar.Then there is 7 miles of boardwalk to walk that breakfast off while watching all the activities on the Boardwalk.

Very nice hotel, with great yet affordable breakfast buffet, and beautiful oceanfront views right on the boardwalk.

Well in general we had an awesome time, however, for a hotel of such high reputation as the one in Boston, MA is, (we are Bostonians) the beds were very small and uncomfortable. We reserved a double bed room for us and our two children (the goal was two people per bed) we were not able to sleep at all because we did not fit in the bed (we are average size people, not overweight or giants), our children, well, one had to sleep on the floor because the bed was to uncomfortable for even two children. So besides the lack of sleep, we guess others amenities were fine. Oh, one thing I feel is very important: the hotel should make their cleaning staff aware that if they are cleaning a room next to one in which the guests are staying for more than one day, perhaps they should be less noisy, since we tried to sleep longer than 9 a.m. because we were exhausted and had drive a total of 14 hours and the noise woke us up too early. So concluding, between the small beds and the noisy cleaning staff, not much rest.

Excellent hotel and close to everything you want in Virginia Beach. Staff was exceptionally efficient and accommodating.

absolutely nothing to complain about. We especially enjoyed the beachfront outdoor cafe area under the canopy.

Great location right on the beach.

Venlig service, god morgen buffet til fair pris. God service i restauranten. Ligger godt på VA stranden, tæt på alt i VA beach. Sengene er lidt små til at rummet kan deles af 3 pers.
