Towneplace Suites By Marriott Cleveland Airport - ميدلبورغ هايتس

Townplace Suites is not the flagship of the Marriott hotel range but for the price it was a good value. Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay. The one big negative was their not having a functioning wireless network. They offered a DSL connection but at the time of our stay, that was not functioning and they didn't seem to be able to get anyone to fix it. Pretty disappointing in the 21st century.

The overall space was smaller than expected and poorly kept--not what we expected for a Marriott or for the price. The heater covers were falling off, the bathrobe hook in the bath/shower area was torn off the wall and missing from the door, there was no maid service, there weren't enough towels for all registered guests in our party, and the heating system left a lot to be desired.

We had to make a last minute trip to the area and re-book our reservation at the last second en route. The accomodations were a great value, and the counter staff and "grab and go" breakfast were great. I would definitely stay again and recommend others do the same. Proximity to the interstate and RR crossing not a problem during stay.

Great hotel. Would recommend it very highly!

Stayed here two nights for a conference. Would not do it again. The staff was friendly, the riff raff was everywhere. I had my newborn and wife and we had to switch rooms at 230 am because of a party next to us. They occupied two rooms and were in and out all night and smoking. They left their doors propped open and played music till 3. There was also dried pee all over the toilet of the first room

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was lacking a few things such as a trash can, cups and hand lotion. I didn't like that I had to go to another building for breakfast and then carry it back to my room because there was no dining area. The staff really never spoke to me again after check-in.

This hotel is incredible. The rooms are clean and comfortable and complete with just about everything you could need for an extended stay. Our experience was fantastic and we have already recommended it to our family and friends.

We recently spent four nights at this hotel and will absolutely stay again. This property has incredible amenities and wonderful staff. The room includes a great kitchen complete with just about everything you could need for an extended stay... toaster, microwave, stove (with oven), full size refrigerator/freezer (with icemaker), dishwasher, full size regular coffee maker, dishes, silverware, can opener, even a vegetable peeler! The location is very convenient and accessible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast includes some surprising items that are perfect for a morning meal on the go. The only problem we had was that our room sat VERY close to a set of railroad tracks that are used during the day and night (we were awakened at 3AM the first night). This was really the only noise issue we experienced. The rooms seem to be very well designed and insulated to block noise from adjacent rooms and halls. We highly recommend this hotel for its amenities, staff, and value.
